The store has good selection, easy to get to, and friendly staff. However their pieces are like way over priced, in my opinion at least.I.e. selling a basic temp pen for $100, select an electric for $500. That kind of stuff, if you dont mind spending more or less then it probably wont bug you but it did me since I do mind spending more rather less when its the same product.

They have a ton of inventory when it comes to any product you may be looking for, and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable

It’s a small shop but I love the vibe every time I walk in. The staff is really friendly & chill and usually play great music especially on the weekends. They have a larger selection on wraps than most stores in the area. A lot of options when it comes to CBD, delta 8 as well. Overall I’m happy with my experience and it’s gonna be my shop for a while!

Really nice spot! Great vibe

Bought two 4packs of refillable juul compatible pods. When I got home I discovered that both packages had been opened. One package was missing one pod and the other package was missing two, for a total of three out of eight I purchased and did not receive. Not to mention the unsanitary state of the package seal being broken. These were behind the counter items, so I see no excuse for this.Ill be happy to revise this review if the store will replace the missing items.

Absolutely amazing! I’m 58 and went in for some pipe tobacco..they had everything but the kitchen sink! Really clean, friendly.. I could have stayed for HOURS just checking out all the different stuff they have!

This place is such a nice and big shop with so much to look at! All kinds of really cool stuff and also clothes, tapestries and all kinds of fancy wooden boxes.... as well as good gift ideas and incense and oodles and oodles of more neat stuff. I will definitely go back! They had some really cute womens blouses on sale and also dresses from India. I wish I would have bought one cuz it was half price!

8/27/21 update: friendliness has gone out the window. Called the see if something was in stock and without even checking guy says no. When I asked the guy if he was sure, I received a rude and condescending response. A simple, “yes actually the customer just before you just called asking for the same thing. Must be a popular item!” Found what I was looking for at another smoke shop and as I stated before, these stores are everywhere. Until never supernova 👎🏻Great and very positive shopping atmosphere. With so many smoke shops around, great customer service and a friendly attitude go a long way. I’ve been there twice and both were great experiences. Highly recommend!!

Asked for some help trying to figure out which bong to buy and told them my price range. (200) Asked for the difference between several types and couldnt get an answer. Then asked what their personal preference is so that I could at least have some type of idea where to start looking and again, they couldnt answer. Then asked for the price range on all recyclers to get an idea of what to get.... They looked at 2 within arms reach and got the prices JUST FOR THOSE 2. Couldnt even be bothered to look at any others unless I told them which one specifically to look at! The only difference between buying somewhere online (Amazon) and getting it here is that you get to hold it and take it home the same day for about 30 bucks more than what you would buy online. The one I looked at there, I had found one very similar (looked better and was thicker) for 40 bucks cheaper.

Great selection, nice staff

This is the only location tha Supernova has that I have shopped so, I dont know if they are all run the same. The customer service here is lukewarm at best and kind of hit or miss other times. I was looking for a replacement 90° stem and bowl for a bong and needed a specific size from a unit that they sold. When I asked about the size of the stem, I was told to look at what was under the counter and see if one looked like it wohld fit. Look...how am I supposed to know? Yall are the ones who are supposed to know...you sell them and you sell pueces, parts and accessories for the different style, types and brands...why dont you know what they need. Sort of like going to buy a car and you tell the salesman that you need a replacement car with a certain size engine for the one you bought there in the past and the car sales guy says just look around and tell me if you see one...isnt that your job to know. Thankfully I guessed right because, it cost more than half of the original rig was total and if I was wrong, they wouldnt take it back. If you are going to sell something, you should know at least the basics about yohr product. And its not like there were any new faces. Oh yeah, if you go there they wont let you in without a mask and not only that but, they will also tell you how to wear it. Even though every health organization in the world say if your not SICK, dont wear a mask...I wish there was another place closer, these guys suck.

I bought a ooze and it stop working after the first day so I went back and tried to return it the next day but got refused due to the being a manufacturer defect that has been identified and sellers are aware of I thought that was a loss of 20 bucks oh well so I bought another and best they can do is 25 percent off so far its working I will post later if it stops. Super Nova is Awesome

If I could give less stars, I would. This store has a problem with “quality testing” their “brand new never opened” products. I came in an hour before closing last night to purchase a Brass Knuckles battery kit and everything was great, staff was easy going and friendly enough I even tipped. Then I get all the way home which was about 25 min only to find that the buttons paint has been completely worn off and the button itself is already sticking as if some heavy handed person had been using it already!! I called today to be told that “had I shown up within 24 hours that they could have helped but all we can do is sell you another” He and I have more words because I can’t understand how as a manager, he said he was, could be okay leaving a guest with a CLEARLY USED product over a technicality; as if that didn’t scream “I don’t care”. Then I realized I was technically still within the 24 hours and he quickly changed it to “no now the policy is no returns or exchanges; we would have done it out of courtesy but I’m not gonna sit and argue with you”. So I asked for the owners info and he gave me an email and said good luck with that and said I “better not show up to the store causing problems” and hung up. Wish I had read the reviews before shopping. It’s worth it to just drive the extra few minutes to Headrush Vape and Smoke and save yourself the time, money and frustration.

This place is way too pricey. Smokers Island is much cheaper for the exact same stuff for example at smokers island I bought some detox for $15 and this place charges $30 for the exact same one.

Great selection. I went in and was being helped by a very knowledgeable employee when the manager made her stop helping me and my wife to answer the phone. This was pretty rude especially because he obviously knew nothing about the products. A little pricey as well. Pax 3 goes for 250$ new this place sold it for a whopping 340$. Save your cash order online.

I was looking forward to coming here, seeing that there was decent reviews for this place. Unfortunately, customer service was non-existent, nor any attempt to offer advice due to a lack of knowledge of their tobacco products. There was quite a selection but Im sorry, I wont be coming here again.

No doubt the best choice for all your glass needs everything from candy to dab rigs to add-ons for water pipes to butane, lighters and cigarettes . Thats all well and good but the best part is they have a lot more selection and their stock is always quality. My go to shop no matter which location

I used to only shop at Supernova because the other smoke shops are a rip off with terrible selection and supernova was the best shop around. Now that the guy from supernova told me about this place because its so close to my house I figured Id try it out. Well I tried it and now I wont go anywhere else! Went here for the first time yesterday. they had what i was looking for and the guy that was behind the counter was super friendly and very helpful. was not put out to help get what i needed. i will be back.

Bought a smok v8 and was told it wouldnt leak. All it does is leak! Tried replacing coil that came in box but coil wouldnt work. Took coil back and asked for a replacement. Clerk wanted to be a hard ass and refused to replace it. Lost my business for good. Foolish move on their part considering how much money Ive spent in that place.

Cool shop location sucks but other than that nice pieces .. staff lets you look around without looking over your shoulder and trying sell you everything .. Ill be going back
