Roy was very helpful. He even let me test out my disposable vapes before leaving the store which was great because one was a dud and he replaced it for me before I left. Greatly appreciated! Also the store is clean and very nicely setup. I highly recommend going to this shop!

Little hidden secret. I went on 28 May. Dont remember the name of the young lady working but she was courteous & so very helpful. Most items are priced very fairly and not marked up as much as their competitors. Additionally...they have a little rewards program. Still trying to figure it out (was a little fatigued when I went). I highly encourage you to check them out. Totally legit and cool

The supposed manager opened the door and instantly told me she couldn’t do business with me, for no apparent reason. I spoke to the general manager and he rectified the situation, I do appreciate that customer service is a priority for them.

Went To The Shop & The Old staff were youngsters who were never nice rude but the new girls and the manager Kristi is Nice helpful and showed me stuff the old staff never took the time to show me or explain. I highly recommend this place

I bought the Vinchy mod from Becca at Smoke Tokes. At the time I bought it they had no replacement coils to offer. I asked her if she would talk to whoever orders inventor for me able getting the coils. She obliged. Since my purchase Ive been back twice and each time no coils. Its been a couple weeks and Im probably going to order coild online today.The shop had a cool vibe and a wide selection of products but they dont seem too reliable. An employee told me that the owners tend to order a bunch of random products and when they sell out thats it.

Extremely rude manager. Immediately walked out. Won’t be back.

They close earlier then they were supposed. Looks like some younge guys that were runing it. They even left the store before 10pm as they say they are open from 10 to 10pm. I was there at 9:45 pm.
