I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACETo start off, it was okay. We got to test drive the car, and all was good. Until Nathan started explaining things to me and my wife. For starters, he mansplained everything to my wife but kept it simple with me. My wife knows everything there is about buying a car.Nathan also continuously said there was Bluetooth in the car even though there was no Bluetooth with that car or any other models of the vehicle. This was before we decided on buying the car btw.We decide to buy it because my wife loved the car and everything was fine for a few months. Then, recently, they called asking to install something for the GPS but the car didnt come with GPS. Doesnt have a screen or anything of the sort. Simple buttons and knobs. A few weeks go by and they call my wife again about it. Shes telling Nathan that she doesnt know what hes talking about but he starts getting frustrated and yells at her. Louis comes on the phone and asks whats wrong. My wife says theres I dont know what yall are talking about because theres no GPS integrated in the car He says its a little thing thatll track the car in case we dont make a payment. Thats fair, I can understand that.My mom and wife go there (I was at work) and both Louis and Nathan start arguing with my mom and wife. My mom is talking to Nathan and he decides to puff up. Like he was gonna hit my mom. Louis had to be in between them and tells Nathan to go inside. Louis then turns around and starts going off on my mom about how weve been trouble My wife then says Lets just get the GPS in and leave this thing behind. Theres no need for thisLouis then points to my wife and says There is your problem My wife being very upset and frustrated at this point says Are you f** kidding me? So then Louis starts going off AGAIN saying we are the problemI get it, they shouldnt have said what they said, but you (Nathan & Louis) as faces to a company and a Customer Service Representative should not be losing your cool because my wife didnt understand what you meant by We need to install this GPS thing for your car when THE CAR DOESNT COME WITH GPS ANYTHING and yall should NOT have been major d**heads when my mom and wife went to put in a complaint and just tried to let it be and get out before things escalated.All you had to do was say The GPS we need to install is so we can track your car in case you dont make payments on it not blow up on my family.I told friends about this place saying yall were nice and you guys have good cars. But now, Im not recommending this place to anyone.All it took was a simple explanation but you decided to make it hard on yourselves.I do NOT RECOMMEND this place

BEWARE! Rip off artist! My wife and I are seniors so couldnt get under truck Rick (owner) sold us. Found out after purchase truck is rusted pile of junk! Battery died week after purchase. Tried to get spray on bed liner. When they removed plastic liner found big holes rusted through bed. Cost $1000 to replace. Exhaust is rusted and must be replaced. $$$ Tires were shot on inner side and had to be replaced. $$$ Car lot was aware of problems. They have mechanics who sprayed black paint over rusted frame. NEVER shop here or other location on SW 410.

So I had a reliable Honda Fit that Ive enjoyed driving for almost three years up until this past March, in which I totaled and gone through the hassle of auto claim aftermath. It was a bit of a stressful situation for me because I had used my Fit for work and needed to get back on the road ASAP. Anyway, a month later, I came to this dealership again since I had tagged along for a trip to this dealership earlier (because my mother and brother purchased their vehicles from here as well) and she had roused the idea for me to look around this place. I was recommended a few cars by the owner Joe, and honestly wasnt very hyped until I this really nice red Honda Insight caught my eye at the front of their lot. I was immediately sold since it was everything I needed and wanted. Especially after that drive test. Omar had informed me about the mechanical aspects of its hybrid functionality, and I appreciated that courtesy. Showcase Auto is selling vehicles that need more repairs then there worth. I should have trusted my gut when they told me I couldnt take the car to get diagnosed and couldnt even test drive without sales rep. Yes I signed an as is contract but when the car fails in less then 30 days any decent person or business would work with you. Sticker price was $6k and have already been quoted $9k-$12k for repairs to get vehicle operational. I guarantee Im not the only one! Please read inspection reports that Ive attached showing excessive repairs needed 28 days after purchase.

This place is great, great and friendly staff, my salesman OMAR got me behind the wheel of the exact car I wanted and did it easy and fast! The only reason I didn’t rate a 5 star was because I wanted a car to help build my credit and when I wasn’t accepted by the bank, they offered me in home financing but failed to mention to me it wouldn’t go to my credit, which made me really upset because I didn’t know until after it was purchased.

And to top it off they fixed or worked with us to fix the few small things that needed taken care of on the vehicle.Part of the reason we were able to get such an amazing deal was because the infotainment system was messed up, but they hooked us up with a mom & pop radio installation place down the street. Now I have an even better radio then what the car was manufactured with and I have Apple CarPlay! They also paid to have the alignment fixed and shared the cost of retinting the back rear windshield with me!Originally, Rick was going to have a guy he knows fix the tinting, but wasn’t able to get in contact with him. We worked together to find someone else and it all worked out. Even though I had to call them numerous times, not once did they sound annoyed or ready to be done with me. They even put my tags and registration on for me when they came in.Overall, working with this dealership was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I was so stressed about having to get a new car, especially in the middle of a pandemic. However, these guys made sure I came out of it with a huge upgrade (and working AC 😂)! I was also able to help out three small businesses which is a huge plus for me with everything going on in the world right now.Thank you Rick and Nathan! Keep it up!
