I had a very pleasant experience. Their hospitality to start was over the top. They offered me a chair and a TV and even found me a Disney classic western called Jim Bowie. Watched 3 episodes. This was after waiting at Dennys for 3 hours. I had a remote starter and alarm installed and upgraded my speaker system. Works great!! I can be sleeping and if someone breaks in Im alerted. If you start the vehicle and unlock it and forget something in the house or store and dont shut it off anyone that trys to jump in and steal it, the vehicle will die immediately. I checked with another vendor down the street and they told me I had to wait outside. Im disabled and live alone 40 miles away and there were no restaurants near by. They lost $600. I will go here again to have my 3 way backup system installed. Thanks for the kind and helpful service.

I met Eddie and Michelle in July of 2004 after my vehicle was broken into. I was referred from Atlas Body Shop (another great shop!) From the beginning this gentleman and his spouse were top notch and very professional. I have always had the best service here anytime I have needed it. I have never had any issues with any services or installations. I have brought over 10 vehicles here over the last 15 years. I highly recommend them for your audio needs. What Ive learned in life is that you get what you pay for. This business knows what they are doing and they definitely do not do less than average work like other places do.

From the very beginning, when I communicated with them via messaging, all the way through the actual install, they have been first-class, top-notch service providers. Stopped by today around 11:30am to have an alarm installed for our truck, the service was amazing. They had a customer ahead of us and still managed to finish our request an hour before closing.The customer service was great. Went in for just a tune of my audio system today and the owner came out and was able to get it done fast. Then after talking with him about my bass he told my my subs and box was not a good match for air space. He turned me on to a pair of 8” DD subs and a ported box. And man do they hit harder then the two 12”s I had in there. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to upgrade. Thanks for all the help today. 5 ⭐️ rating.

This place was great! They had a new radio put in my truck in 30 minutes! Super clean environment, very friendly and professional.

They gave great customer service, were very inviting and easy to set up an appointment, went above and beyond to assist me and fix some problems with my stereo and even helped tune it up a bit, so now its sounding even better. Would highly recommend for any complex or simple task didnt over charge and helped with problems without an issue and I was out in an hour or so.

Love the owners here. They aint the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive, but they will give you great quality that is beyond satisfying. Eddie and his staff have worked on my jeep and my Honda from audio equipment to led lighting. He his wife Michelle, son Matthew, Robert and Felix are all very welcoming and very honest. They always ask what your trying to get out of your vehicle then go from there rather than sell you the most expensive equipment he has. If you need he will tell you if you dont he will tell you. I would not let anyone else do audio work on my vehicle other than this place and Im a picky person.

So far so good sound a lit to punchy at first but lowered bule tooth level sounds much better they did a great job and sales team was very good at getting me something in my price range just had to tell them the sound i was going for how much i could spend and they hooked me up time will tell but for now highly recommend i had a problem with a blown speaker guess what these guys did got me took care of under. Way under what i thought it would cost me very honest and good pepole I couldnt ask for more highly highly recommend

I have to say I was nothing but pleased with the service at Audio Express. I emailed them and Michelle responded quickly every time answering all my questions. I had attempted to install a Metra dash kit in my 2019 Mustang and it didnt work. After searching online for help, I came across Audio Express. I explained the situation and she recommended trying Scosche dash kit. I ordered it and brought it to their shop. She had recommended a Sony android auto stereo which I went with. I dropped my mustang off and they had it done in 2 hours. The setup turned out great. Thanks Michelle and team for all that you did. I wanted to upgrade the car stereo in my 2011 Ford Focus with the latest and greatest technology. I ordered everything from Crutchfield and had Audio Express do the install plus a backup camera. It was quite and complicated install. It took about 3 hours but he got everything right. Customer service was excellent and everyone was very nice. The install cost was also very fair. I highly recommend Audio Express. Its family owned and we need to all support these great small business here in San Antonio.EDIT: Today I had to take the car in. Noticed a few issues with the install. Some buttons werent working and the airbag light was on. They were all very nice about it and fixed it in less than an hour. Excellent customer service. For me when there are issues the real test of a good store is how they treat the customer if there are problems. Audio Express passed with flying colors. Good job!

Eddie and his team are great! My husband and I went there to have the speakers looked at in my car because one of the speakers was going in and out. We talked with Felix about replacing both of the front speakers, but in the end, they only had to replace one because the other one was working just fine. They could have done both to get more money, but only replaced what I needed, which saved me money. We really appreciated their honesty and quick work.

I am very happy with the aftermarket install of an Apple CarPlay system. They worked with me to schedule the visit and the unit looks absolutely perfect, not to mention gives me exactly what I wanted with the applications (even audiobooks) Installing a Sirius XM tuner allows me to listen seamlessly even when I lose reception in some remote area. I had The Sony XAV-AX5000 (Apple/Android) Car Play installed on my car today. First of all, the location is really easy to get to. The Audio Express team is so amazing and kind. The front desk woman(sorry I cant remember her name) Was just so sweet and kind. She talked me through everything and gave me my options.
