Very sweet gal quick changed our car fob battery and off we went!

This location has serviced my car batteries for the past few years and I can say that thier warranty and customer servoce it top notch. I always have a geeat and helpful experience here and strongly recommend them for your baterry needs.

Today, my experience with Jonathan was terrible. I felt he didnt want to do the work on my phone (changing the battery) because he is feeling lazy, he came up with a reason that doesnt make any sense, he said he couldnt change the battery on my phone because his charger is not charging my phone fast enough, I told him I could bring my charger, he agreed and when I brought it he saw it was charging fast, he changed his mind, he said my phone must charge fast on his charger, doesnt make any sense, its working on my charger just fine, my phone is charging fast, he still didnt do the work all because his charger not charging like my charger(it is just his charger not good enough on my phone my charger was working fine) he took it as a reason not to fix my phone and I had to leave. Upon that, he sent an email to all other local locations in the area not to work on my phone, when I called a different location they informed me that I was at the other location and they received an email not to assist me that was above the line from Jonathan. He is not spouse to act like that, its frustrating.

Amazon has better prices, the staff are nice and helpful though.RESPONSE, dont get me wrong, the place is where I would go if I needed batteries etc. in a heart beat. However, being a very cheap person I would buy another product to save a dime, if I was not in a hurry. Its just the times we live in, if a store has any more overhead than a warehouse and a few thousand drivers etc. The prices at brick and mortar or going to be more some times. I wish yall the best.

I told it was acceptable to proceed with a new battery since both are sentimental to me. He also helped me out with some questions about an old phone I need to get opened! That was really amazing.

The warrenty backed by the ease of purchase made the battery I decided on a no brainers. The staff was friendly and also the only place I knew that held a northstar battery in the area. A bit pricey but obviously for the higher quality the product is. The warrenty on my battery is for 5 years! Not even autozone would match that. I highly recommend your next battery from here.

Called to inquire if a specialized automotive battery was available and in stock. Was told yes, the employee on the phone verbally confirmed presence of battery. Told the employee I was on my way to purchase.When I got there (30 minutes later)the only employee in the store told me they didnt have this battery. I asked if there was another employee who might have been answering the phones, and was informed the person present was the only employee at the store. He repeated that they didnt have the battery, and never checked with anyone else to see if some other employee might have fielded my phone call. I had to raise my voice and express disbelief at being given the runaround, before the man behind the counter would look a little harder.The battery I enquired about was indeed available, and it only took getting upset at the employee, to make him try and do his job a little bit better.I dont appreciate being jerked around. I dont like having to get upset in order to purchase a product.You guys lost a customer today.

Rookies..couldnt program my key fob

Friendly service and offered specials in the store. Not many people do that. He wasnt pushy about it and just offered suggestions. Did it well enough that I bought what I needed extra.

My phone was overheating to the point where I had to take apart to let it cool down, only to find out it would do the very same thing once I put it back together, on top of that, it wouldnt charge with any charger anymore. Thinking it was a battery issue, I went out to buy a new battery.Thats when the staff showed me it wasnt.Austin removed my old battery and placed a new one, and plugged my phone with their charger, not only it wouldnt charge, the overheating problem happened all over again. At this point, he implied that maybe it was my phones charging port that was damaged, so that I might have to get my phone fixed or worse, buy a new one...ugh!I was pretty down, at this point, when I heard that. I didnt really have the money to buy a brand new phone. I wanted MY phone to work.So, they suggested a place where I could have my phone looked at and if it couldnt be repaired, they also sold used phones for very affordable prices.I loved that idea, they provided me with the address and headed out that way right away.Long story short, Austin, Joe and John saved me from spending money on a new phone because my phone was fixed right away and its working better than ever!Thank you guys!You are truly THE BEST!!!

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I needed a particular bulb for my shed in the backyard. I was also able to get a screen protector for my granddaughters mobile device. The employee didnt get his name he was nice enough to put it on for me.

The staff was nice and friendly. I went in for a key fob replacement but was unable to get it done due to not having my original key, but the staff really tried to get it done and refunded me back my money. On the upside I did leave with a Dallas Cowboy Popsocket.

Very positive (battery, get it, lol) experience. I called around for the best price on a replacement motorcycle battery, they had it (and in stock). Got there, looked at an upgrade from my existing battery (longer warranty, brand name), and went with it. They offer a military discount. The sales clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes.

The associate, Jeremy, was very nice from the minute I entered the store. The store was clean, bright and organized. All details about the order and my car were verified, and they were patient with install. I cant attest to the battery fully yet, as its still new and imo I need to give it some time to truly know, but so far so good! Thanks!

Do not come to this place. They will nickel and dime you for every single thing. I came in for a battery replacement and it was supposed to be 2 to 3 hours but they never called me and we waited 5 hours to pick it up. When i picked my phone up there were big scratches on my screen protecter that were not there before . They scratched it on purpose so I would have to buy there glass screen protecter for 20$. If you do come here take a picture of your phone to document the condition . I hope this is helpful to users that read this.
