I love this place! They have a huge selection of beautiful dresses for special occasions. I always have to get my clothes tailored so the alterations services offered at the boutique are very convenient. The owner, Indira is amazing. She is very professional, kind, helpful and she takes the time to assist customers in any way and offer recommendations. Went to rent a bridal dress. Paid approximately $500 for the rental over an approximately 5 day period. Owner never showed me and fiancée prices, and payments are final, no refunds. Owner made it sound like hemming and making a veil were included in the price.Went to pick up the dress and owed another $200+ dollars apparently. What for, we did bot find out until later. Asked the owner to refund the payment, and this is where things took a turn for the worst.Instead of acting with integrity, owner tried to say work must be paid for. Apparently we were charged $90 for the hemming and the remainder of the $200+ for the veil.Asked this sum be refunded as is was deceptive. Owner agreed and told us to bring the card we paid with.Upon arrival, owners first comment to my wife was that, your husband does not want to pay for the work I did. She then told my wife she would refund $90 for hemming but not the remainder of the $200 (we had found a similar dress for sale just after paying to rent the dress at a mall nearby for $300 but decided to respect that owner said sales were final trusting the $500 was all we had to pay).The hemming was done poorly (did not fit my wife whatsoever/very poorly).I strongly recommend caution and that you look elsewhere to do business. This owner will act as if she will do everything for you. Beware! Once you give her your payment, you may be in for more.Dishonest and deceptive are the best words to describe this location. Stay away...

I gave them one star because I didn’t have the opportunity to do business with them. Apparently they don’t rent to Black people. I called twice to inquire and was hung up on while speaking with the woman before I could continue telling her what I needed. When I called back no one answered the phone. Bad business! Don’t forget this is America!

Best experience ever! I took my two daughters to rent dresses for their quince and the owner took great care of them. She was the sweetest! Beautiful dresses, beautiful store, great lighting. We will definitely be coming back very soon

I took in my suit for alterations, and my mom for a dress rental for a wedding. Clean, afforable and quick with great customer sevice. The owner was there to take care of us, you can tell she takes pride on her work. We will definitely be back!

My daughter has a pageant in 10 days. We decided that it would make more sense to rent a dress. We found a beautiful dress and Indira does alterations. My daugther also needed some training for her 1st pageant. Indira was a previous pageant administrator and has coached current pageant winners. So we were able to enroll and train before pageant Indira will help build your daughters confidence and give her the proper advice to succeed. I would recommend The Orchid Dress 5 stars for excellent service and beautiful dresses. Indira said she will be opening a summer camp for pageant training

I drove 30mins over here, what a disappointment :(#1.They have a small selection of dresses which the lady said it was due to rental dresses on high demand this week -_-#2.To top it all off the building is a 2 story complex so once you enter there are stairs that go up which is hard for someone who has a child in a Stoller D:#3.What a waste of time, I was hoping to be impressed by this shop especially by all of the good reviews on here.#4.Someone needs to post real pictures of the building inside & out.
