They replaced a couple of actuators for me. It took them longer than was originally stated, in fact they kept the vehicle 24hrs. The job was just short of $800, but without any prior estimates, I agreed. They accomplished what I wanted, but in doing so uncovered another related issue that was going to require a lot more time and removing the dash, resulting in another $1500. I passed, for now. The shop was convenient to me, not too busy and the staff was nice. Hector was very personable, and understanding. Will I use them again, probably.

I had my 2005 Kia Sedona at Ancira Kia for new tires and state inspection. The horn was broke and they were unable to locate a new Kia horn They suggested I take it to an Automotive Repair shop.CarTech popped up when I searched on-line. It was 2 blocks from my apartment. Hector checked many places for a new replacement horn and finally found one. It had to be specially ordered so I had to pay a deposit which was not a problem.When the horn arrived Hector called me and we set up an appointment for the next morning. He told me it would take an hour to install the horn. It took the hour to pull my van into repair bay, install the horn,complete the paperwork, and pay the bill.I received prompt, courteous service. Technician recognized my name and had the part ready for installation when I arrived. No extra waiting.

I had been looking for someone to change my oil on a Mercedes. I had went to three different locations and they did not have the tools to do it. I saw this place and they did everything in 40 minutes. They were even willing to go pick up the part if they didn’t have it in stock. Very impressive service.

Model:96 Chevy Silverado 1500So i had a front headlight out and I figured it was time to replace my bulbs as well. This was right after a 1200 chunck of change to fixed cracked head and replacing gaskets, including water pump this was a week job and required the engine block being opened up and intense repairs were done. A necessity even if a costly one.But to replace to headlights and its bulbs almost cost me 520~. When talking to an employee there It was under stood it would be 120 for the lights and then labor would be added. Imagine being someone who couldnt afford a BS infraction as this would leave many wondering how this buisness is still operating. Unacceptable.

Buyer beware! Went to get a brake job on 2wd truck. This owner quoted me one price, I left my truck and called me to give another price. Even after listening to the recording. He made me pay 129.00 to get my truck back. I ended up taking it across the street to Goodyear. So much better service!

I feel very good in this shop. As a Chinese, language barrier is a big problem. Mr. Hector, the boss, is a very good man. He has no feeling of impatience at all. There are many free tests for oil change. The CV Axle of my car almost broke down. The boss suggested that I repair it, because it would lead to a very unsafe driving experience. I dont want to spend too much money on the repair of this car because its a ten-year-old car, so the boss only advised to repair the problems affecting safety and driving, instead of intimidating customers with various problems to improve their business. The price of this store may not be optimal (because I didnt go to other stores to investigate and compare prices, so I cant say that this place is the cheapest, but the $48 oil change fee should be an ideal price), but the service provided by the owner is absolutely the best (including free pick-up and delivery service, multiple parts Choice and price preferences, etc).Although this shop is small, you cant even search for it in Google Map, but the technical service is first-class!SM. The transmission on my sons Toyota Corolla went out so I started calling around shops to see who could help. When I called Car Tech I talked with Hector the owner and he said hed been repairing transmissions for over 20 years. He offered free towing and financing. The tow truck showed up in 35 minutes and so I headed over to the shop. Like many of you its hard to trust mechanics so I really didnt know what to expect. Hector was very knowledgeable and after looking over my sons car it turned out to be a very simple and inexpensive repair. We didnt need the financing option and my son drove his car to work the very next day! I wonder what would have happened if I would have taken it somewhere else. If you want a good honest mechanic I highly recommend Car Tech Automotive on Mainland Rd.

Came in to get my radiator fixed and they also checked on other parts of the car, letting me know my brakes were wearing down. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Will be returning for my brakes and any other issues.

My Honda fit was starting to have a noise when I would let off of the accelerator. I took it here out of convenience and they did a very thorough check. They drove my car put it on the lift and checked, then dropped it and checked again. Then the tech got inside while on the lift and they checked again. He got out a stethoscope and checked some more. to summarize they checked a lot of things.I was very worried that the noise was coming from the transmission, they narrowed it down to the brakes sticking, even though it only made the sound when the brakes were not engaged!! They really did some fantastic troubleshooting. Thanks for taking the time to figure it out instead of guessing. They replaced the front brakes and the noise is gone.

Went here due to a problem with my steering and alignment (and lack of tools/time to fix it myself). Requested that they review to ensure no other problems other than suspected culprit.Staff was friendly, gave me a ride home after dropping the vehicle off, and had it ready to go the next day.Typically I do most of my own mechanic work when needed, but if you lack the time, the ability, or the appropriate tools, Id recommend this place.

Took my truck for a break job and a general inspection, after carefully check my vehicle got a few things needed to be done right away and others that could wait. I also received an estimate for every thing I needed.Brake job was done in one day and had no issues, but a few days later I had to come back because I had a leak in one of my rear tires, I own a Silverado 3500 a seems like some kind of blade got stuck between the tires and cut a little hose. Repair was done at no extra charge and I confirmed the blade was there because I also got a flat tire that was repaired at another shop.I’d recommend this guys anytime. They’re honest and efficient.

I was broken down a little ways from his shop. Ford would not even respond to my calls. Hector came to me, diagnosed the problem, and luckily was able to get me on the road to get my van to his shop. He then fixed it and got me on my way. I dont live locally but if I did, he would be a first choice. Nobody does that anymore.

Passing through town on the day before Thanksgiving I heard a noise in my front brakes and was lucky to find this workshop.They diagnosed the problem and fixed it, taking into account my budget constraints, in under an hour including getting new parts. Whole experience was a disaster, i went to go get a engine replaced and soon as I get the truck back I get all types of codes saying that my crankshaft is not working properly, the sensor is probably out, i come back to Hector because i have warranty only to try and tell me it had nothing to do with what he did to the truck. I decided to call him and tell him to not worry about it ill fix it somewhere else, he gave me a price over the phone saying hes gonna charge me for an hour work ($110), I come to pick it up and hes trying to make me pay $200. He fixed nothing i highly recommend not taking your vehicle here.

I WENT TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECKED, BECAUSE I HAD AN OTHER REPAIR SHOP REPLACE MY BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS, BUT AFTER A WEEK I HEARD NOISE WHEN I WOULD BRAKE, I HAD FULL SERVICE MASTER CARE CHECK THEM, FOUND OUT THAT I ALL NEEDED WAS TO HAVE MY BRAKE ROTORS REFACED, RAY AND ART SHOWED ME WHAT I HAD TO HAVE DONE AND WHILE THEY WERE SHOWING ME WHAT I HAD TO GET DONE WE DISCOVERED THAT ONE OF MY SHOCKS WAS LEAKING, I GOT A GREAT PRICE TO CORRECT MY BRAKE NOISE AND TO REPLACE MY SHOCKS, I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE EXPENSIVE, BUT NO IT WAS WITHIN MY BUDGET, I DROVE HOME AFTER WORK WAS DONE, WOW!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE IN THE WORK DONE HAS MADE, I RECOMMEND ANY AND ALL TO GO AND GET HONEST PRICES AND WORK DONE, THAT YOU GUYS VERY MUCH.

Came in for an issue that other shops were unable to solve. These guys took in my vehicle immediately, showed me exactly what was wrong and got it fixed the same day... Hard to find mechanics as good as these guys.

Ended up paying twice what was quoted. Had called 4 separate shops and decided to drop it off at this place since they were apparently the cheapest. Next time I will definitely go to Berts which is a few miles away

Got my hemi engine replaced here. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and came with a 3 year warranty. It was more expensive because they only use OEM factory parts. Done right the first time and came with a 3 year warranty

Hector is very professional . I have taken several of my vehicles to him and most of the time has them ready the same day. He issues a warranty with all his work and follows through . Sometime he gives me free advise for things I can do myself . I recommend him to anyone I know.

I been to this facility just to check my brakes and the gentlemen was very polite and profession .. he check my brakes for free and took me threw my car so I could see I need my brakes, he was so honest and completed the job and highly recommend this shop to bring your vehicle for services there honest and professional.

I had brought my car to get the oil pan to get fix here. the owner art said i needed a transmission pan replace also. i told him i didnt want that done. he later tries to swindle me by saying the oil pan is what he sugested to fix and the transmission pan was i asked him to fix.first, transmission pan was never in my vocabulary until i learned it from him.I got the oil fix by him because i bumped a ditch and knocked a bolt out of the pan so the oil leaked out. but all he did was replace the oil pan cover and the gasket. but it still leaked out oil because it was cracked.i told somebody to pick it. but they got swindled and got the transmission pan replaced. but i dont think they replaced but just charged for it.but i drove the car for a week all oil leaked and the engine blew.i got someone to bring my car somewhere to get fixed. and my luck they brought it back to the same shop.the shop replaced the engine. but now the vechile leaks coolant and transmission fluid. the owner of the shop said that was how the car was brought in and hell fix it at a price.how is the car leaking. week before bringing it into the shop there was only a oil pan problem and supposely a transmission pan problem that he was paid to fix.now because he didnt give me a full service on the car the car leaked out oil and blew. then i brought the car to him to fix the engine.there wasnt a coolant leak and transmission leak before beacause i would of fixed it with the oil pan. so now i have the engine replaced but now it leaks coolant and trans fluid. it wasnt like that before like the shop owner says. I dont know what to do i thousands down but the car right now has a puddle liquid around the car sitting there and i cant drive it with no fluids.

This place is a highway robbery. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Scam Central...

Gave me an estimate of almost a $1,000....took it to my mechanic and he fix the problem for $60....dont waste your time here....they will nickel and dime you to death!!
