I worked for these guys for over a year and i know theyre honest...many times ive seen them go above n beyond even for difficult customers who are never satisfied with anything and they will bend over backwards to try n accomodate ALL their customers

Dont ever buy a car from here. Wife bought a car that has problems popping up left and right. Mechanics spliced radio and hooked it up to main power causing a snowball of electrical problems. Then lied about parts replaced that needed to be replaced. Tried to get our money back and trade in and owner refused to work with us. Then had the audacity to reference me to his mechanic whos A good mechanic, very cheap. May as well be a scam. And if i could would leave no stars. Honest hardworking young couple with kids wanted a reliable car and instead were sold less than a lemon. Talk about false advertising.

Great place to get a car cheap. Got two cars from here and would do business again. Not all cars are top notch and some have lots of miles but if you use common sense in picking one out youll definitely come out with a gem!

Bought a Honda Civic from here so far so good it had low miles on it and I had it checked out by my father before buying it for my daughter. The only thing I didnt like was I didnt know they would add a $1000 to the balance since I didnt pay the vehicle all in cash. But I will buy another vehicle from here only took 30 minutes to sign the paperwork and we were able to drive off with the car same day of purchase. Oh yeah took 2 months to get the vehicle registration also

We bought a car here. Paid cash. We had the windshield replaced, and other stuff done. We got a call to verify our vin # and we were told they were buying our car back because of issues with the plates!!! We had already invested time and money fixing things in this car. We asked around and no one has ever heard of this happening before. They said they were getting new cars and that they would call us when they got them. They never did.

This place is completely miss-run and the scams continue from the sales team to the ownership. They are unwilling to work with the customer for any reason and all they want is to be paid. Both Hildebrand Auto Sales and San Pedro Auto Sales are owned by the same guy. They are ripping people off and do not care. If you need a used car that you want to buy on credit, run away from these idiots and go somewhere else.

I went there with a friend of mine who went to but 2 vans. It was in the afternoon and we told the folks there we were interested but would have to come back the next day to drive them and make sure they were ok. The man there wanted a $200 deposit to hold them for that. My friend left them $500 in good faith to return and test drive them the next day. They gave a receipt for the deposit and at no time told us that it was non-refundable. The receipt did not say not refundable as well. The next day the test drive showed problems with the vehicles that they did not want to fix so we said we could not buy them. At that time they said the were keeping the entire deposit. Just relating our story so it wont happen to you as well.

In 2016, after my Mercury Sable was T-boned, I had bought a 2005 Mitsubishi Galant.. Was good for awhile then after 1 month and 1 week I had to buy a new car. This one had a right front axel and bearing needing to be replaced and AC was always leaking inside my car, had that fixed by a close mechanic BUT I couldnt afford the axel and bearing to be fixed.. Wheel was wobbling and very unsafe but it was my only vehicle. Never ever recommending this place to any one ever again. Fortunately, the one person I did recommend got a better vehicle than I did though it did need a lil TLC it was easy fixing.Oohh... Never got my money back either.. As is sales suck the life outta ya.

The phone number they provide u on the car contract aint even valid. u look up number its a different number, and even then u have to hang and text it ur name and info.. Then omg guess what they dont call u back, also after an hour they dont answer u back!! They are nothing but liars, and thiefs.. Hell they even lie to ur face while standing there, asking a direct fkn question... If i have anything to do with it, they would be out of business!!! Save ur money.. They ripped me and baby boy off for 4000$ to drive a car for 2 weeks.!!!
