We order a lot of parts from here. Almost always have what we need but we get parts daily. If they dont have it in stock they can usually get it from another location the next day. Very helpful and know what they are doing. Website seems to always be up to date.

Great little secret! I was able to find the parts I needed at a great price. I saved about $200 for a replacement bumper and step pad. The order was originally supposed to be picked up at the Houston warehouse but Brian the manager in Houston was able to locate the parts at the San Antonio location which was way closer to me. I arrived at the San Antonio location and they knew who I was and within minutes I was on my way home. With the time saved, I was able to get everything installed the same day. Great prices with great service! I would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone needing to buy auto body parts.

I had to speak to Raul (one of the Managers) in regards to an issue I had on a bumper I purchased. I thought I was out of luck since it was past the return window, even if I had a good reason why I could not return it. Raul listened to me and was able to exchange it for a small price difference. I really appreciate him and the other workers there at AutoFit.

Terrible customer service. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. 45 mins for side markers all for them to say that they didn’t have them in stock. No one bothered to say they didn’t have them until I asked why it was taking so long. The reps up front are disgustingly rude and unprofessional

Do not order from them online! I ordered headlights for my car and was shipped the completely wrong item! Their return process has been a disaster and after almost 5 days now I still do not have the headlights in my possession. Cyrus has been trying to do the right thing to get my order shipped, but it seems as if his boss, Brad, does not care. Extremely disappointed!

I can get good quality parts without paying expensive shipping locally in San Antonio, that is just awesome and their inventory is pretty doggone good.

Went here for the first time today..The slowest service I have ever witnessed..40 mins to get my part and the bad part about this is the “Part Pullers” had already pulled the part and when I asked the lady up front where the part was, it was already directly behind her and the Puller never told her he pulled it...Bad communication between themselves...Also those part pullers guys, walk and drag like if they hate there job...Seems like the owners don’t pay there workers much.. I saw a part pulled guy come back from lunch with ripped converse shoes..For a place that operates fork lifts and car parts..I believe that’s a safety issues torn shoes that are about to fall out..They should use Steel Toe or Hard Hat.. in case something falls on them..

Great supply of auto crash parts and prices. A bit of a wait but well worth it.

Ordered part online and selected pickup in store. Called and asked if part was available for pickup I gave them Order # and they said it was ready. Drove 2 hours only to find out they didnt even have part in stock.

Poorly ran place of business. I called in 2 hrs before I got there to have them pull a hood, the only one they had. I get there and have to wait 35 min for them to find the hood and then when I finally get it, the front of the hood was crushed. I would highly recommend you buy your parts somewhere else.

Certifit is alil cheaper but atleast wen I called auto fit and they said they had the part they actually had it

Managers attitude is that the customer needs you more than your business needs them. To much competition in San Antonio to have that attitude.

Terrible communication, over exaggeration of delivery, and constant delays in shipment. My order was delayed by an entire week and all they’ve been doing is lying to me that it’ll arrive the next day. By far the worse company to order parts from.

You can find MUCH CHEAPER prices ONLINE. Its not that cheap being a warehouse. Basically paying for convenience.

I have a 2006 Honda Civic LX and the real one at autozone costs $ 20 more than here at AutoFit. It cost me $ 70 for a radiator when Autozone costs you $ 20 dollars ($ 90) more.I recommend this place
