Horrible packing on the pallets. Refused shipment. Called immediately and spoke to someone and said email pictures. We did immediately and have heard zero in 5 days. Nothing. Called in to get update and no one knows anything. They won’t refund or resign a clear issue on their part and we have to wait. This was our first and last ever purchase from you. Container and packaging runs so much a better company than you and we will stick to our other vendors. This was order #484696 for proof of real review.

Ordered from them on the phone and they said they were going to ship it out the same day because we needed it fast and 4 days later they still haven’t shipped it. POS customer service. I will never ever use Berlin again!

Berlin could stand by its posted mottos. One being Same Day Shipping, especially when the customer requests and pays for it. Second, the advertisement on this page of no order minimums is a false.Our business placed an emergency order that was needed within 48 hours in order to produce a large purchase order. The order was placed (after trying for a week to contact a Berlin salesman by phone, email, and other methods with no luck) with a local rep in Salt Lake City. It was made known to the clerk who was receiving the order that the order was needed on a MONDAY and no later. Shipping was calculated and charged for the express delivery (on a Thursday.)The order did not ship until Friday due to elongated lunch hours taken by the clerk, and three-four hour meetings-at lunchtime the day the order was placed. When it did ship the warehouse it shipped from shipped it ground instead of express, making the delivery three days late. We were informed of this on Saturday-when it was too late to make changes-no receipts, packing slips, or tracking numbers were given to us until Monday. (the day the package was to arrive.)We had to purchase the items from other sources as well as hire staff to work around the clock for three days to complete the order due to this error, and never even received an apology from this sales clerk. Her words I hope you can use these items on another order in the future. There is nothing I can do to get them to you in time.That is just wonderful and yes they are items we can use, however that does not account for the $4000 in extra payroll expenses we incurred due to this error, plus the overnight shipping charges for the exact same items that we ordered from Aztec Candle Company that were delivered to us on Tuesday Morning-when we found out that Berlin had totally messed up our time.They told us that they would find a mutually satisfactory resolution to the situation, but also mentioned that the sales rep was invaluable to them that made the error-despite her incompetence and rudeness. Ten days later we have heard nothing and have spent more than 600% on labor and other costs to fix their error.If you want a company that stands behind their mottos. Do NOT use Berlin. I am happy to share the entire email thread with this sales rep and myself-anytime. Please feel free to DM me. I have also emailed and tried to contact any superior. No reply.
