This company is amazing! I had new cabinets designed and installed 20 years ago and I still absolutely love the cabinets and the design. Recently we had to replace a microwave which had a custom piece of wood made for the front to make it look like it was built in. The new microwave we purchased was a different size then the previous one... But no problem! Woodcraft was happy to adjust the custom piece so the microwave would fit! I would highly recommend Woodcraft for any of your cabinet needs. They are amazing and do great custom work with high end materials which stand the test of time!! We love them!!

During the design process Dave had a lot of great ideas and suggestions to make the project work well and was able to give me information on construction of cabinets and counter tops that assisted in getting the right look, since we wanted no upper cabinets and no backsplash. This was important to me as an architect, also acting as the general contractor. After the appliances were installed and the project completed, his follow up was excellent in making any needed adjustments. His installers were professional and polite, and worked in a clean and efficient way without making a big mess. We would certainly recommend Dave and his crew at Woodcraft Mill.

Dave and the installers did an excellent job! We gave him a few images and descriptions of what we wanted and Dave was able to create an innovative plan that matched our imagination. His insights protected us from making missteps and he demonstrated flexibility as the design evolved. Dave never made assumptions and vetted every detail of the project with us before the cabinets were built. The cabinets were completed on time and installed quickly as promised. Moreover, when minor corrections (misaligned panel) needed to be made, he dealt with it quickly and professionally. But the most enjoyable part of the process was working with someone who was smart, always polite, helpful, and pleasant. We have worked with many contractors, builders, and carpenters, but Dave is one of the best.

Our new cabinets were done here for our kitchen and it has been an amazing transformation. They added upgrades I didn’t even know about without charge. They listened and really personalized the entire experience. They were ahead of schedule, on budget and just wonderful to work with.

We are coming to the end of a whole house remodel. When it came time for the cabinetry, we looked at two companies, Woodcraft and Pepper Tree. We needed cabinets for two kitchens, two and a half baths and our laundry room. Boy did Woodcraft deliver. Not only were their cabinets of a higher quality than Pepper Tree, but they were more professional and they gave us more cabinets with a more thoughtful layout for considerably less money. Of course, with an order of this size there were a few design changes and a few mixups and mistakes made. However, they were patient, professional and friendly from beginning to end. The design changes they took in stride and all mix ups and mistakes were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with our new cabinets and whole-heartedly recomend Woodcraft Mill and Cabinets.

Woodcraft provided custom cabinets for our kitchen remodel and we absolutely love our new cabinets! After discussing what we wanted for our new kitchen, the design team came up with a layout that utilized every inch of space and our kitchen flows and functions so much better. The best cabinet shop in the state! Their attention to detail is incredible. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Got my cabinets out in a timely fashion without loosing an ounce of quality. You will be very disappointed if you have another shop do your work. I would say they gained a “lifelong customer”, but I don’t see myself ever having to replace these beautiful cabinets, so I’ll go with “lifelong supporter”. 10/10.

I highly recommend Woodcraft Cabinets and have no reservations in doing so. Im a repeat customer so feel I have a good feel for Woodcraft cabinets and the quality of their work. Dave, Jason and their team have done two major projects for me. One downstairs in 2001 comprising of a full kitchen, media room, bookcase, office, bathroom and bedroom desk/cabinets. These were done in a combination of Alder and Cherry stained finishes. Due to how long Ive lived with the cabinets I feel Im a good reference to speak on the durability of the finishes and cabinet hardware. Ive not had a single piece of hardware fail, and the sliders/drawers operate as good as the day they were installed. In addition, the finishes have held up extremely well and still are beautiful. See the darker cabinet pictures taken in October 2018 to show how these have held up. They are beautiful and speak to the quality of Woodcraft cabinet.Woodcraft also completed a major remodel of my upstairs in 2018 consisting of bathrooms, kitchen and fireplace/media cabinets. While I cant speak for the durability of these cabinets since they literally were just completed, I can speak to the beauty and quality of the work. I have no reason to believe these will not last well into the future.Dave also helped us with our appliances and was an excellent resource for helping us acquire our Wolf/Subzero appliances.Id say Im pretty particular. Woodcraft ups one up on me and has an eye for detail as well and makes sure the job is done right. You wont go wrong if you select Woodcraft cabinets.

They listened to what I wanted for my kitchen setup and made it better with adding functionality and placement. We had Woodcraft do all of our custom cabinets in our custom Sandy home remodel in the spring of 2020. This was a large job. We had talked to several companies but made the decision to go with Woodcraft not because they were the least expensive but because of the way we were treated from the beginning from all of the staff. We also felt Woodcraft was the best value for the money we were spending. We had several contractors working on our house in the spring of 2020 during Covid 19. We had many delays do to Covid 19 from several contractors. Woodcraft was clearly one of the best out over 25 to 30 other contractors that were working on our home. Woodcraft was on time and completed the job in a timely matter. Woodcrafts quality, service and price was excellent. The entire staff from start to finish was awesome. We had our kitchen remodeled and our cabinets from Woodcraft Mill & Cabinet. Dave Hall was great every step of the way. He had fabulous suggestions of maximizing space and creative storage options. I especially love the pull out spice racks and the extra depth of the upper cabinets. I didnt fully appreciate this until we had custom cabinets installed at my work (another company) and they are not as deep and somethings that we would like to store upper cabinets wont fit. The quality of the cabinets are top shelf as well. I highly recommend this company.

I love the work that Woodcraft Cabinets did for me. My daughter recommended them to me because they did a beautiful new kitchen for her and she loved the job they did. We are so fortunate to have a world class cabinet maker here in Salt Lake City! We wanted an ultra modern kitchen with panel front appliances which required extremely precise craftsmanship. I let Dave 7 years ago when my General called him about our decision to remodel our kitchen. In 24 hours we picked a world class kitchen because Dave knew exactly what he was doing. He designed it knew measurements of all the appliances which we also got from him and had it done in no time. The quality for he work can not be matched by anyone and if you are looking for cabinets that will stand the test of time look no further. Two occasions came up where we needed help with an appliance warranty and we needed molding both times he delivered.

Have done two projects with Woodcraft Mill and Cabinet and I will never use another cabinet shop again. They were courteous and professional, and I was amazed that they were on time which is almost impossible with all the building going on around salt lake. They provided amazing help with the design and the installers were top notch and I felt like they were genuinely concerned about my overall satisfaction with the jobs. As I stated I would never go to another cabinet shop, why bother with anyone else when you can get 100% satisfaction using them!!

We love our custom cabinets from woodcraft mill and cabinets! Theyre high quality, functional for our kitchen and just beautiful! We have a small kitchen and were concerned with space. Bob stopped by our house and helped us design cabinets that gives us tons of storage. We had a color idea and these guys created exactly what we were looking for! Chad also did a great job with the installation! The drawers slide smoothly, auto-close nicely and the hardware is perfect. As a bonus, we got a tour of the mill! We shopped around at other custom cabinet makers in the area. Woodcraft prices were actually better than some of the other bigger name custom cabinet makers. Plus, the cabinets they made are completely custom to fit our space.

We have Woodcraft cabinets throughout our entire house and they are as beautiful now as they were the day Woodcraft installed them. That was 15 years ago. I just barely called Dave to have Woodcraft come out and touch up just a few places on my cabinets. They came out within a few days and the experience was terrific. Their touch up person was so professional. (I am writing this review during the Corona Crisis....) Gabrielle (the gentleman who came out) was so respectful, fast and thorough. I would recommend Woodcraft Mill and cabinets to anyone. I feel like cabinetry in a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes. I must have gone to 7 cabinet companies 15 years ago when we remodeled our home. I am so happy I chose Woodcraft Mill & Cabinet Co. Woodcraft Mill and Cabinet replaced our kitchen and laundry room cabinets. Dave came to our house and reviewed the layout. He made great recommendations that we would never have thought of. Our custom cabinets give us a lot more storage space than we had before. The end product is better than we anticipated. These guys will definitely get our business from now on. Price was competitive with non-custom cabinets. Quality is very high. Installation was top notch. They gave us s schedule of when the work would be done and they followed it. This is our second time around with Dave Hall and Woodcraft Mill & Cabinet. They did such an outstanding job for us when we finished our based about 12 years ago that we definitely wanted to use him when we did a major renovation on the rest of our home late last year. Woodcrafts quality of workmanship is comparable to or better than any of the other premiere cabinet makers in Utah and at a reasonable price point. Their installer. Gabriel, was terrific; always on time and the quality of his workmanship was outstanding; none better!When we finished our basement, Woodcraft manufactured and installed full set of kitchen cabinets, custom made built-in bookshelves, custom fireplace mantle and bathroom cabinets. Recently, we completed a total renovation of our main kitchen; all new cabinets and cabinet fronts for all of our appliances, new butlers pantry, family room entertainment center, custom fireplace mantle, new master bath and guest bath. Dave was very instrumental in the flow and design of our kitchen. His input was outstanding and made the final product more than we imagined it would be. He also manufactured additional matching crown molding for our general contract to use in the dining areas and family room so the look remains consistent through out the open floor plan. We had one issue with installation of a custom hood over our stove top which Dave resolved immediately and without problem or argument.I would highly recommend Dave and Woodcraft for any custom cabinetry. They were innovative, professional and did not cut any corners in the manufacturing or installation of our cabinets. There is not a single change that we would make to any of your cabinets. They are simply perfect.

Building a home is a stressful time working with many Subs, comparing bids, and trying to find the right companies to hire. Dave Hall, was without a doubt our best Rep and Company to work with. They make it happen and their workers are excellent craftsman to the finest detail. Most projects don’t go perfect but they will take care of issues without you having to tell them. We had a rule to get 3 bids on every portion of construction. Well we didn’t follow that Rule with Woodcraft because they were so great to work with we didn’t feel the need to get any others. They didn’t disappoint and most of their standards are upgrades with other companies.

They took my various ideas and crafted them into a beautiful piece that is not only functional, but beautiful to look at. They listened to my need for storage and incorporated U-shaped drawers that allow for the storage I needed, while accommodating plumbing. I I cant recommend them highly enough!!

They were very busy, but were honest about lead times and install schedules and kept to those timelines. Chad did our installation. He is an artist!
