ProSource was absolutely top of their class with customer service and pricing! I had looked at just about every flooring provider in the Salt Lake area and not only did ProSource beat out the others pricing, they did it quickly and efficiently. Corinne helped us and from the moment we walked in the door we were well taken care of and listened to. I will be recommending it to all of my clients.

Spoke to Robert on the phone a couple of times. Extremely helpful in trying to find my old laminate I want more of. Havent found it yet, but when I do, Ill order from them!!

Great customer service and prices.

We have had a terrible experience with Mohawk and ProSource. We purchased their Luxury Vinyl product and installed it in 5 rooms on our 2nd story. The product looks nice but our issue came 2 months later. As soon as spring hit, the sunlight coming through the windows began warping the floor. This isnt the normal expansion you need to plan for, this is 4-8 bubbles anywhere the sunlight hits. These warped panels do not fully recede once the the sunlight leaves the area. It stays warped! We contacted the retailer who sent out an inspector. The retailer told us they had seen this in several cases and was quite common and a problem they are seeing more and more. The inspector confirmed this same thing. When the inspection report came back it said that we should at our own expense and using materials we would be should replace it and then Install window coverings that could be closed during periods of direct sunlight preventing the sunlight from hitting the floor. That is right, they told us to replace it at our cost and then not let direct sunlight into the room ever again. That is the actual quote from the report. Now, thinking that was ridiculous I asked them to reconsider. After going back and forth many times they told us that they would NOT replace or refund our money although it is clearly defective. I heard multiple excuses. One is that their warranty doesnt apply if the temperature exceeds a certain amount... but then later they came back and said that would only apply for fading and sunlight should be able to shine on the product. They agreed that sunlight should be covered for warranty but then wouldnt actually do a warranty. They asked us to do test after test taking off the quarter round and ensuring appropriate expansion even though we told them again and again this isnt a problem with expansion. So the bottom line is that they didnt want to replace or refund us and there wasnt anything more that we could do about it. Keep in mind that it isnt our batch that is defective, it is the entire product line. So not only should you not use their products, you should not use them if you expect to get any kind of customer service or reasonable warranty. I will never purchase another Mohawk product again and I wont use ProSource again either since they didnt do anything to help us resolve this issue.

Our experience has been great so far, we will continue to purchase carpet and engineered wood from this location.

Our most recent experience with ProSource dealt with the updating of our kitchen counters. Andrea was very good at assisting us, allowing us to work through the process at our own speed. Now that the work has been completed, we are very happy with the result.The same can be said for our previous experiences with ProSource. Over the past two years we have update the tile and carpet in the entire home. As in the past, Diane provided great service.

We chose ProSource to start with because of the great prices, and then found the sales people were great to work with as well. We purchased carpet, tile, and kitchen cabinets. It turned out beautiful!And, a special thanks to Andrea Jorgensen. She came to our home and drew the cabinet layout at no extra cost. I loved working with her.

I went there with my contractor. A kind lady helped me find a good quality carpet that I could afford. They also sell hardwood flooring.

We have worked with Robert and Diane at Prosource for about 12 years. They have always had outstanding service and the best prices. We have purchased carpet (and pad - cant forget the great price on pad), tile, wood floor, and cabinets. I would (and constantly do) recommend prosource to all our friends, family and neighbors.

I called to put in an order for a homecrest cabinet, Pro Source is the only dealer in the state. I left a message with the homecrest sales person, Andrea. I didnt hear back for over a week. I decided to go in and talk to them in person. I wandered around the store for 15-20 minutes before I was able to find someone who could answer my questions. When I showed them what I wanted to order they told me it would take 4 weeks to get here..... Granted, had I purchased it nearly two weeks previous when I first called in and left a message it would still take four weeks, but I would have already been into the process 2 weeks and wouldnt have as long of a wait.We decided not to wait and went with a completely different option at a different store, with a more reliable sales staff.

Ive worked with Pro Source for years for carpet on my home flips as they have wholesale proces and dependable products and service. We recently learned they have a gal named Andrea who runs their cabinet department and we ended up squeezing our new kitchen remodel in her busy schedule and man are we happy we did. Andrea was very helpful and very good at what she does. We completely redesigned our entire kitchen and Andrea helped my wife and I every step of the way! Its quite a process but well worth it.. thank you Andrea and Pro Source for all you did to help us. We love our new kitchen and couldnt have done it without you. Great proces and contractors who all did fantastic!

I have used Prosource for years with no problems! They have been more than helpful and give me good advice, wonderful installers and the best price around. I tell all my friends about Prosource and they have had a great experience also!

Contractor / wholesale only sales of flooring and cabinets. Nice staff who are helpful and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, I would never use this company again. ProSource would not support us, their customer with the manufacturers decision not to honor their warranty. My engineered floors were only a year old when the finish started coming off and one of the planks started lifting and splitting. I brought them in right away to inspect the flooring and they passed the buck from company to company and I ended up with a very expensive flooring choice mess. I just purchased a large amount of new flooring for my downstairs, but chose to go to another company because ProSource does not back up any original warranties on flooring.
