Made my daughters Quinceanera memorable!

I bought a prom dress and had to have alterations and when i picked it up the stitching was too tight and the color of the stitch did not match the material, when i brought it back the owner was rude and uncooperative. She refused to refund the $15 alteration fee but offered me $7.50. Also the dress was not steamed as agreed upon and she dose not even do that in he shop as i was led to believe. There was a nice selection of dresses but unless you find one that fits PERFECTLY.....i would not suggest anyone buy from here unless you are a seamstress.

My sister purchased my nephew a pair of white shoes for his christening. Long story short as I was dressing him I noticed one of the shoes looked dirty, the shoe string as well as the inside. So I took the shoes back, not requesting a refund but an exchange for clean shoes. The lady behind the counter had one of the nastiest attitudes. She said that because they have 1 shoe out in one shoe in the box, the one thats left out collects dust. Thats me saying it in a professional manner. She on the other hand had her neck rolling, talking over me and not willing to fix my issue. If you noticed that the shoes that youre leaving out are collecting dust, LEAVE THEM IM THE BOX! You cant sale one dirty shoe to people. Had she spoke to me in a pleasant manner, I wouldnt have left a review. Because she had a terrible attitude and was unprofessional I WILL NOT be purchasing my little sisters prom dress from this facility. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE WHEN YOURE RUNNING A BUSINESS!

Very bad service ... a girl from the afternoon shift who works in a deli and where they sell food ... very arrogant ... demanding that whoever had given me the order that by the way they went to pick it up and they still did not have it ready And to top it off they didnt give me the guacamole that the vombo included ... I love the dresser there ... but for my next parties I wont be back
