I love my patio cover & Oscar helped me pick theone that was best for me. I have the insulated one with rain gutters. Also my installer did a great job, I added extra stuff at the end & they did a great job. It only too 4 hours.
This company completely wasted my time. I contacted them to come and look at the scope of my patio project and they sent someone out right away. They did the diagramming and mentioned it would go to engineering and then to the city for permitting. A couple weeks later they came and did more measurements for engineering and I signed an agreement and gave a deposit on 04/28/2021. I received a text on 05/19/2021 that there was an engineering change necessary and they would call me to fill me in on that. They called me back on 05/21/2021 and said that due to the engineering issue that the owner did not want to do my project. They wasted a month of my time and here I am thinking that the project should start in 3 weeks. Meanwhile, I have been holding my neighbors up for painting based upon when we can get the project going. My question is, shoe on the other foot, would they be willing to let me out of my side of the contract so easily? Doubt it. The worst part is that I did not go with this company because they were the least expensive, I went with them because of the rep they had in the field. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they have a shady operation and did not even try to make the project work. Save yourself the time and frustration.
Horrible service. I called and left my number twice on two different days for someone to come out and give me a quote. Someone finally called back and tells me that a field rep will call me shortly and we’re not a flaky company🤔.I finally receive a call back and the appt was set. Here we are appt day and a no show or call from the field rep.Someone from this company is writing the reviews. I would never recommend this company
We are very happy with our new aluma cover. The quality of the sales men, installation and material is great. The work only took 2 days and the installers were kind, detailed and organized. I would recommend this product and company. It is no maintanence, quick installetion and a great price.
This will be my second patio installed by alumacovers. And just like the first patio this one turned out beautifull everyone that has seen it is impressed with how much of a difference it makes to the house. Ill be posting pictures soon.
Worst company ever.. took them over a month to submit my city permit then decided to blame the city for there 2 month delay. Had they put it in immediately I would have only had to wait a month. Now that they finally got the permit that are backed up and have to put me on a 2 month wait... here we’re are finally got past that 2 month wait and now there vendor had ran out of panels that I need for my patio. What a joke. 5 months of waiting all for NO progress. William will give you every excuse in the book. Don’t waste your time with this company.
I just had a patio cover installed less than a week ago. I noticed a problem with the door hitting the patio cover and called the company to see if someone could come and fix it. An operator took my call and said someone would call me. Received a call an hour or so later, the person on the other end had an attitude since the beginning when I told him what the problem was. I brought this to his attention and then he really went off and said that it was a busy day with everything that’s going on. I am sorry but business is business and customer service should be priority to these businesses. I used this company because of the reviews, however, if I would have read something like what I experienced I would have never used them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And will post my experience in other social media. I am hopping that they do come out and fix my problem because the guy said he did not know when they would. Customers should be first.

I am honestly amazed by this company.After price checking about 10 companies alumacovers had the best price and the best staff. I felt super comfortable during the entire process. The management staff really went out of the way to make sure I was happy with everything.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! We had a guy come out to give us a quote. We signed a contact to have this installed and gave our deposit on 5/20. Haven’t heard from this company since. No updates on what the hold up is. I called left a message with a call center. Someone then called me back to give me a quote again. I explained the situations. He just gave me another phone number to call. I called the several times never received a call back. I called the 1-800 again left a message to have a supervisor call me. Within 5 min I received a called just to tell me he did not have an installation date for me my permit had not been been submitted. The communication with this company is horrible!!!
