Worked on order for 5 business days. Assured products needed were local, 3 day pickup at will call. They just want to make a sale. I requested firm confirmation and thats when the truth was found, it went from 2-3 day to 5 days to a week to, well the local supplier will have to order from manufacturer. I cancelled my job and the entire order, they lost 3-4 hours of employee time and I avoided a further bad experience.

The office will sell you product but when you drive across the street to pick it up surprise they dont have it. This has happened to me twice. The office refuses to make sure they have product before they sell it. Then they say we will order it after they have your money, with no firm delivery date because they refuse to check with their vendor about product availability. In both cases they did refund my money but it cost me hours of time for nothing. Dont trust them to tell you the truth, they just want to get your money.

Im here from Las Vegas doing some work on a friends home and needed some wood siding and they are very helpful.

If youre loading or uploading prepare yourself to wait a while. This place is very congested with trucks and lumber everywhere.

They took 3 hours to unload one truck

I am building a formal living room and a bakers kitchen, I ordered the lumber and dealt with Joshua he was real nice & said he would have the order pulled. All the lumber that was sold to me was the worst!!! It was very dry and the wood was chipped! I am very disappointed, especially because it is a family ran business! I would have ordered from 2 other companies that I had quotes from that I was referred to had I known this!!! Even if it cost just a little bit higher. I dont know who was responsible for the choice of the lumber that was pulled for my large order! I truly regret it! It was very hard to work with & the contractors did the best they could. I told the contractors they should have shown it to me & I would have returned it all!!!

Champions personnel and products have always been first rate for me. Never had a bad piece of wood come my way. Plus...they have donuts in the morning

I needed to borate treated 4 x 4s they said they were special order those up or take a few days but I need to leave a deposit which is perfectly fine and understandable. They dont take deposits over the phone! no credit cards on hold or anything like that. I have to come downin person to put a deposit down.Its a half hour drive away so this means another total hour of drive time just to give them a deposit. then Ive got to drive back again a few days later to get the wood. I asked since I only need two pieces of wood with the order without a deposit. The answer is no. I mean God forbid I should change my mind and not pick up a couple of borate treated 4 x 4s. Like somehow they wouldnt be able to sell a couple of already treated 4 x 4s to somebody else. I guess Im going to Ganahl lumber instead apparently guess they would prefer that.I wasnt told anything like well you could call back and talk to the boss and he might make an exception since your order is so small no, I had to ask hey can I call back and talk to your boss and see if I make an exception. I mean I had to think of this, this idea lets make an exception to get a customer wasnt thought of on their end, so I dont have a lot of confidence in the way they run a business.What kind of silly business wouldnt take a deposit over the phone? I guess this one apparently.

Just make sure have time to will call orders sometimes is a lot of people there

I bought wood for a first-class patio and it seemed that they picked it up from the garbage, it was badly damaged and beaten, the worst beaten and wet plawood, I would never recommend that terrible place
