Its a cozy janitorial supply store, that gives you that one on one attention you need. Prices are great. The service representative was good and the representative knowledge of the products you are looking to purchase is one of one.

Do not recommend this place at all. Poor customer service; straight up rude.

I usually shop here one time per year and really stock up. Been about 3 to 4 times. I read the reviews also. I would say they may have a different style .but they’ve always been nice to me. The store is more set up for bulk buying ( companies) imho . They really know and work hard to save money on there purchasing so they can pass the savings onto us. I drive about 35 miles to get here, Passing up quite a bit of other stores. They’ve got a good stock of a lot of items, good variety.

Shop owners were of course hiding in the back and very unhelpful. And wife was leaning on the counter playing on her phone and never even acknowledged me being there And when I asked for help they were very rude and actually told me if I don’t already know then to not bother And leave it up to people that do. Then tried to convince me that their extremely over priced items are a great deal as though I haven’t shopped around and new better. I know looking online looks as though they are a one stop shop and they do have a lot of stuff but unless you like to over pay and have rude and unhelpful service don’t waist your time.Their are plenty other places to go that you will get treated way better.

I found both the lady and the gentleman friendly and accommodating. No one followed me about and made me feel anything but welcome. I will be back as they appear to have quite a vast inventory of goods and equipment.

I visited this place with the purpose of purchasing equipment and lots of cleaning supplies. I left the store empty handed due to the lack of customer service from everyone here including the male who seemed to be the owner. The lady behind the counter just pointed me to go speak with a man who was busy stocking the shelves when I enquired about products. The man completely ignored my presence. When I asked a question he seemed bothered. He was rude and very condescending when speaking to me. I will not recommend this place or spend a penny here ever. Places like this should not exist. They do not deserve the business as they did not seemed to care about selling anything.

Price Gouging - I was here last week to purchase 2 one gallon container of concentrate cleaner. Last week the price per gallon container was $11.95. Today it was $19.95 per gallon container. Thats a 66.9% price increase is less than 4 days! I didnt purchase anything and went to another local janitorial supply house. Shame On You. Taking advantage of the current crisis that started in China.

Great place to go to for Janitorial supplies but dont expect happy faces. The owners are very serious and dont show much emotion. Normally Japanese, Chinese and Korean people are very introverted with their emotions. However its a good store, just keep it business and dont engage too mich in conversation with the owner.

I have always had a great experience here. Weve been doing business with them for years. They have a great selection of products from many different manufacturers. They have New and used equipment. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The Asian Woman follows any and all African Americans around the store and does not even ask you if you need any assistance or help with making a selection on the products you may want to purchase.She is standing less than four feet directly behind you the entire time youre in their store.I have been told by other customers that they have been treated the same way at the store and have walked out because of this and will never return.I will gladly spend my money elsewhere if Im regarded as a common thief as soon as I set foot in the store.A message to ALL Korean store owners!If you feel that the area is so unsafe and you dont trust certain customers who enter the store you should get out of the area.You dont seem to have a problem receiving and spending African American and Hispanic customers money.

Went here to purchase some cleaning items. I did find some of the equipment to be a bit overpriced, while many of the cleaning supplies and smaller things are priced rather competively. But its difficult to gage the degree or status of customer service provided by the staff that work at this janitorial supply business, as they seemed preoccupied working on orderers, equipment, or who knows what, in an enclosed, secured area for employees. I have bought things here twice and theyve appeared distracted both times.

That woman that works there has to GO! She is hurting your business with her attitude. She is so unfriendly and She watches people as if they were going to take something from the store.

These people should not be in this type of business they know nothing about janitorial they should be selling hair tint and hair extensions Way way bad service Not recomend to anyone
