Ive been a customer of Kahoots for 9 years. I had a Finaky senior dog that would have passed at a earlier age, Because of the variety and quality of the foods they carry, my dog lived to be 19.( dog on right is the 19 year old. She served as a service dog for 17 years. She saved my life many times.When she was 1 year old, she instinctly used pressure to stop a panic attack. She got her CGC when she was 11/2. A little over two, she had her first litter. She went on to produce 14 puppies. She was an excellent mother, she was patient, attentive and a brilliant mom. After researching service dogs, I learned that a dog senses and responds to a disabling medical need, that she could be my service dog. She immediately picked up on several tasks needed, and earning a CGC, she automatically accepted public access. Nikka was the most loyal, non demanding, loving, quiet, obedient, agile and intuitive and confident dog that Ive ever known. Her death at 19 even surprised me. She was healthy, dianamic and energetic until the end. Thanks to Kahoots !

If you have little ones stop in, Kahoots has a number of fun animals. Like chicks, chickens, bunnies, birds for sale and also to enjoy looking at. Looking for products for large Horses to little Hamsters Kahoots probably has what you are shopping for. Finding products that 3 German Shepherds will eat is a challenge at times but Kahoots had many choices also had products for a Moluccan cockatoo. Be sure to show your appreciation to the hard-working staff, after 8 hrs of lifting heavy bags of feed, heavy bales of hay and trying to make every customer feel like there only customer its a long day. Theyre not Veterinarians here just people trying to give great service.

Always seem to have what I need. Very friendly. Now a days I always call before I go to any specialty store, to make sure they have what I need. So far this store has not failed me😊👍

Kahoots is Amazing in general and this location was no exception. Amazing employees that are very helpful, very clean store, and great products. I had gone the the Murrieta location first as I need 2 bunny hutches, they only had 1 in stock( which didnt fit in my trunk so they disassembled it for me), so they had called around This location in Riverside had it and held it for me since I had to drive about an hour to get there. FYI of you need a great quality bunny hutch, and not the small plastic ones pet stores carry ONLY Kahoots Feed locations carry them as their pet store only locations only carry the small plastic ones. This location had another option in a chicken coop that could work for bunnies so we ended up get that as the second one instead of the 2 story one we bought from the first location. Riverside location employees were also very helpful in getting the coop to fit in my trunk.

Bought chicks from here, even with a proper brooder setup they didnt survive the night. Should not be selling them that fragile.

Love their brand of dog food. I am from north SD relocated to coachella valley 10 years ago.... And o I am glad they do online ordering. My dogs looked and were the best on their grain free dog food. And they loved the salmon skin strips they used to carry.

Kahoots has a big selection of supplies for animals. The buildings at this location are separated: one for livestock/farm animals and the other building has house pet supplies. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. I am also a fan of the shot clinic that is offered because its so easy!

Ive been visiting this place for approximately 7 years. Ive gotten my needs met for goats, lizards, chickens, turkey, birds and domestic pets. Its a huge place with reasonable prices. Convenience is the first thiught that enters my mind. The staff is helpful and readily available to assist. Times of operation are earlier and more convenient than other shops. That was a huge time saver for me when I was getting ready to leave town early one morning. Crickets are available in prepackaged containers, which made my finicky wife very happy. Thank you for your service to our community.

You will not find a better place to get your pet supplies from. They have an exclusive brand of dog food that is very high quality and reasonably priced. Some of their items are a tad more expensive than the big box store BUT the service you get is well worth it and I am always willing to pay more to keep our local owned stores in business.

The thing that makes kahoots in Riverside unique is not just the well-stocked store which service has all manner of pets from dogs and cats to livestock and horses but it is the special group of people who work here. I have been coming here for nearly 15 years and choose to come here over other locations because the guys behind the counter are always helpful and friendly. You can get rabies shots for your dogs and cats as well as other minor medicines for your chickens and livestock if necessary to help out with small problems. Everything is always clean and well-informed this is a great place to shop.

I dont normally shop here, but my brother is always going here buying baby chicks to other stuff we need for our animals. The staff seems to always be super helpful with my slow brother. One time he had an issue with something he bought and they fixed it like that. Thank you Kahoots for how you treat my brother!Oh and of course they have lots of products and they have always had any random item we were looking for.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even though they didnt carry the brand of dog food we were looking for, one staff member took the time to introduce us to another brand and gave us samples to try before buying. Great experience overall. Will make it a place to shop for our expanding pet family.

This place has been here for years and very nice to see they have added another building. Its very nicely done now.

My rabbit only likes their store brand rabbit blend. I will buy other brands and she will eat only their pallets. So got to give to them on that. Price are slightly above average but again rabbit is picky soooooo thats that. Customer service you cant beat.

Make sure to ask the techs running the vaccine clinics the cost of the shots. I asked a regular Kahoots employee and was a bit surprised when the actual cost was almost 3 times more than what she had told me a few days earlier. Would have been less expensive to just go to my vet!!!

I used to get my alfalfa and alfalfa mix from here. It was close and convenient for me. However on more them one occasion when opened up, my bales were covered in black mold. The staff is polite but not everyone is knowledgeable in livestock or products they carry. Employee couldnt tell me the breed of chicks they carried and referred me to a picture on the wall and I had to guess. On the plus side, chickens are a great price, I purchased a dozen last summer. Turned out to be a combination of Plymouth rock hens, Americanas and Brahmas.

I only go here. I have a Boston Terrier who will have major skin reactions to bad food. I buy kahoots & alternate between their three flavors....he has had nothing but good skin from eating their brand & Im not paying $25 a bag. Expensive doesnt always mean quality & I hope kahoots continues to offer a great product for a reasonable price. Thanks guys great job.

I live in Rancho Caballero down the street. Our social committee asked if they would like to donate for a community event we were having. The staff was extremely rude in informing us that they had their charities they give to. Thats fine, but the attitude was unnecessary. I discourage every one who asks about it from going there. Since we also have horses in Norco, I do the same for that location.

Great feed store, but I was looking for specific prescription food for my cat. Turned out my cat loved the food I was able to procure, which is their own brand, its hard to know in advance with my feline as he is extra finicky, so I took the chance but would prefer to know in advance if he will eat it.

Very upset!! This feed store did not provide a game of Kahoot for my animals when I brought em by ;( The poor animals were bored out of their minds! Wasnt gonna leave a bad review but you did this to a dear friend too. Unacceptable.
