Very very cute, GREAT prices with a pretty wide variety. My only complaint, and the last star comes from being ALMOST completely inaccessible to wheelchair users. For reference, Im in a smaller than standard sized wheelchair and my partner could barely get me around in the store. There was NO turning around, so we had to circle the entire store if we wanted to look at anything twice due to being pushed past things by other customers the first time around. We also unfortunately did knock over a few things trying to access certain parts of the store, thankfully the employees were still very kind about it. If youre not handicapped, Id say RUN IN WHILE YOU CAN. If you ARE handicapped, please just be careful going in!

I love this store it’s so adorable and have many things the staff there pretty nice but. . . the store is super small ! so if ur on a wheelchair or can’t walk it might be super hard to get in because everyone is crowding around things. ://

Rating 3 stars because girls where busy but did say hello but didnt came up to actually try to sell me something like a pencil or anything please bring back the surprise bags those brings back good memories :(

Lots of options to choose from, very adorable plushes and merch but sadly often tend to be very overpriced. Would recommend that you search online before buying in person.

Sanrio was an amazing store! The workers were super friendly, and one of the workers helped me find stuff! Yeah, the prices are a lot but it’s a Sanrio store so I expected that. The mall it was in was very cool too, but the sign pointing to the Sanrio store was facing the wrong way so I had to ask somebody where it was at. They had a lot of cute plushies, and of course a lot of Hello Kitty stuff. If you’re not into Sanrio I saw they also had Kpop stuff, I think some Pokémon stuff, a lot of Disney stuff too. I will probably be back, I live in San Diego by the way in case you’re wondering. We definitely need a Sanrio store in San Diego though!

Have had my share of nice workers, I mean I ordered stuff from website and Instagram, like a nice jumbo teddy bear of 32”. But I recently acquired about a jumbo sized Polka dot plush, they said they would have to check shipping and find a box large enough to fit because head was larger than teddy bear so I said ok that is fine will wait because I wanted one and will take one. Well never got back to me so I messaged them again on April 2nd, they said it was still available and that once again have to check shipping and I replied ok I will wait but now it’s April 12, still no response as to the shipping costs.

Adorable stuff, the place is amazing! BUT just like everyone else is saying, it is a but pricy. I spent over 70$ on two stuffed animals and a little surprise boxs . So I dont recommend if you are on a pretty low budget.Its great for kidcore or soft aesthetics. And there is a lot of stuffed animals (Which personally I love 💕) and a lot of stationary to.Though I only got Sanrio related stuff they also have so much more like Pokemon, Tokidoki, Rillikuma ( I think ) And more.They have things for people of all agesSo I would overall recommend. 😁

Everyone was super swell. Everyone had their masks on and there was never over 6 people in the store. Keep up the good work kitty employees

This Sanrio store has everything, and then some. They carry a large variety of Tokidoki items as well, be forewarned you will want to buy everything! What made my shopping trip here so great was the staff and the knowledgeable and most friendly owner. I live in OC and I cant wait until I have time to go back. Thanks for your friendliness I love my Tokidoki mini back pack!!

This is my favorite sanrio. Ive stayed in the store for hours beyond hours. No matter how small this is the best sanrio out there.

Its cute but its not cheap. If you are looking to spend under $20 here you might be able to get a small $12+ stuffed animal or maybe some pencils got a surprise bag $20 a my malory stuffed animal $35, a thin twin star bag $30, and some twin star chop sticks spent more then $90 almost $100 on just those items .

I love this store because it reminds me of being a little girl. Going to the mall with my grandma. Theres always such cute Hello Kitty stuff and other characters. Not to mention all kinds of cute bags! Everything is usually pretty pricey but its Hello Kitty when is a bit pricey? Employees usually just let you shop and dont bother you.

Use to come to this store when I was a little girl, still come every now and again for my little sister but prices definitely went up.

My daughter loves this store, there are so many different things to choose from! A few big items are pricey but most of the items are very reasonable in price. Lots of squishys.

Love this store is just tht they dont have much in this store I like the way the people work here they r nice and patient too, I just wish they have hello kitty tea sets and more clothing for kids n womans 😉

I love going to this Sanrio but I think the owners hire girls who have never held a job before. The two girls when I was there were paying no mind to the customers, no greeting, no asking if they needed help (basic customer service tbh) holding conversation with each other WHILE a customer was asking them for help? Yikes. I see this trend with younger cashiers nowadays, so I dont really expect to be helped in stores that employ kids like that. Store is cute though, lol.

To be honest, I dont mind the store. Most of the girls their are fairly nice. I think only one girl in particular was really rude and disconcerned. But everybody has their days. I understand that.Its the manager that bothers me.Shes followed me around a few times, as if I was going to steal. Im not a ragamuffin or a under 19, so I dont see why she thinks that. Then when I asked her a question about a wallet, she got on me REAL nice.Hey, well I was wondering if you had a wallet different from this. Because they have it at Ontario Mills-No! We all have same thing. Every story get same thing....are you sold out?No! We never have it. Store all get same thing.Yeah, shes the most unhelpful upheaval of a woman manager Ive ever seen. Because not ALL SANRIOS carry the SAME THING. JUST TODAY I went and bought something their that was NOT AT THEIR store. I really have a personal grudge with that manager for her poor customer service. Not every Sanrio has the same thing, and thats probably why I visit every Sanrio store I see; to experience something new. And I DO. EVERY. TIME. I go to the Mills once in a blue moon and not only is that store bigger, THEY HAVE MORE STUFF. And nicer staff and managers! Instead of the 10 dollar grab bag, they have a BIGGER one (3 x the size) for 35. And there bags are worth it. Those grab bags arent. You really dont get anything interested ever from those, and maybe thats a matter of opinion. But its true. Once I got a grab bag with like three erasers, two pencils, a notebook and a keychain. All crap I saw on the discount rack a week before! At discount price it added up to like 6 bucks.When I got to Ontario Mills, theyre not throwing discount wrack b.s. in the bag. Theyre giving me the overstock from Christmas, Easter and any holiday.So honestly, if youre not going to go to Ontario Mills Sanrio and cant, go here I guess. Dont expect anything out of the ordinary, though. And watch out for the crab of a manager!My opinion, my self, my experience.
