This company installed a Chamberlin Smart Garage door opener as a contractor with Lowes in La Quinta. The Garage door only worked properly for one day. We called this company several times only to be put off or they promised to call and come out to repair the opener and failed to do either. I would NOT recommend this company. It going on 2 months and my opener still does not work.

John Cross Construction is our go-to garage door company. Weve used them at our own home and we recommend them to our real estate clients. John and his team do great work for a good price and in a timely manner. No waiting weeks for them to come out and repair or replace your door, opener or parts like other places.

It isnt often these days to experience excellent professional customer service. Just had a garage door opener (with a battery backup) replaced and John Cross clearly knew what he was doing. He even activated the remote in my car. Also very pleasant and sociable. Very pleased.
