Great customer service. They were very helpful and went above and beyond for helping me find my parts! Two thumbs up!

Words cannot describe the incompetence this place shows. First, I was told my tractor was going to be delivered at the end of October. I was absolutely thrilled to hear The date got moved up to August; however, when the tractor was delivered as a surprise. I received a phone call stating my tractor was 30 minutes away from being delivered. I was at work and had no idea the tractor was going to be delivered. Second, when the tractor was delivered I did not receive any tutorial on how to operate or use the tractor. If you buy a riding lawnmower from Lowe’s, they send out a technician to teach you how do use the equipment. Third, when the tractor was delivered, apparently, it was delivered without all the proper equipment installed. Fourth, the tractor was scalping my yard and I didn’t know what was going on. I reached out to RDO and got nowhere. Fifth, they came to pick up my tractor to install the missing parts and did not return my email requesting a date on when I will get the tractor back. Sixth, when they called me back to apologize they told me my tractor would be delivered today at 10 AM. I attempted to call my sales rep and got her voicemail. I left a message and I emailed her. I received a reply stating she was in a meeting and couldn’t take my phone call. I I received a phone call an hour and 15 minutes after the delivery was supposed to have been made telling me they can’t make it until 1 PM. I took the morning off of work so that I can take delivery of the tractor. This place doesn’t communicate and is an absolute mess once you write them a check for the equipment. There are absolutely no words for my frustration and dealing with this company. I should’ve went somewhere else, or I should’ve went to Lowe’s.

Holly made sure our transaction went smoothly responding to every question and concern I had via email or phone call right away. What a wonderful customer service oriented team they have on staff. Michael was kind enough to come out to our property and help us with some issues we were having with implement connections. He even brought hydraulic fluid to top off. So happy we made our purchase from this location! Thank you, Riverside RDO!!!

Called 3 times just to see if they had a tractor in stock, never got to talk to anyone that knew anything, finally went down there and was verbally given prices, then got a written quote that was totally different, with charges for unwanted assembly and the written price was100.00 more than verbal quote, buyer beware they will try car sales techniques to get more money out of you. And when we finally got the quote in writing where it was supposed to be, they didnt have the tractor in stock anymore and dont even know when they can get one :(

Friendly helpful staff eager to get you what you need so you can go back to doing what you do best, making money and being productive. Good selection of climbing gear and accessories. Theyll order what they dont have, and are good on their return policy.Service side weve had no issues, theyve been informative and helpful. Weve had them work on warranty and recalls on our Vermeer equipment, as well as dealt with ordering parts or supplies from them. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable in what your working on. Parts for your machinery are accessible in a short period of time. John Deere has parts diagrams that are clear and legible that you can request from the parts counter. The service department is professional, and very knowledgeable in your equipment your operating. Basically will help you in all your repair needs. If you need some accessories for your John Deere equipment, you can get here. The hole place is clean and parking is always easy to find. My experience with this John Deere facility is always exceptional.

I own a Vermeer Chipper, and had been having some trouble with it. Before going to this place, Ive taken it to get fixed at other locations for a cheaper prices and had no luck. So when I came to this location, I was aware that the price was going to be much higher, But that the quality of service was going to be well worth it. I am a busy gardener and had a big job to do the weekend to come, so went in on at the beginning of the week and took my chipper. I was told that by Friday I was going to have my chipper done and ready... and thats where it went downhill. I was charged for 1 hour of inspection $150 and for that price and youd think that that hour of inspection was going to be a very thorough one, well after getting a call form one of the gentlemen that was working on my chipper, I was told that that hour wasnt enough and that they were going to charge for 2 hrs. Then afterwards, I was contacting the guy that was working on my chipper, just curious of my machine was going to be ready any time soon because Friday was coming and had little to no response, I wasnt being told what was getting fixed, I wasnt getting any updates . When Friday came I was told that my chipper was not ready, and that it wasnt going to be ready for a that day at all. As the weekend came I had to contact them, and contact the MANAGER from Vermeer, but no response. The weekend came and I didnt have my chipper at all. It is Now Thursday, and I barely got my chipper. When I went to pick it up, they handed me my invoice and told me to go and get my chipper from the back. Very unprofessional, they didnt tell me what they fixed, they didnt turn on the chipper to prove that everything was okay, I just handed the invoice, and there was no word after. I paid alot for the for the repair, and I hope that it works, but as in customer service, I hope they could do better. They make their customers feel like theyre bugging on Agreements made by they themselves. I am truly disappointed.

Highly professional staff. Went in and had an issue with my vin # and the assembly blue prints not showing a specific part for my tractor and the woman was polite and patient with me and cooperative and found the part I was looking for. Thanks for making my visit productive and not a waste of time and gas. Definitely will seek them first with any parts or questions in the future.

CALLED IN FOR PRICING FOR A 42 IN BUCKET FIRST THEY HAD ME HOLDING FOR FEW MINS AND TRANSFERRING ME BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS AFTER ALL THAT SPOKE WITH A GUY NAME JOE. HE WAS VERY RUDE WAS NO WILLING TO HELP OUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATS SO EVER IVE HAD VERMEER EQUIPMENT FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND I HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE
