I recently had my counter tops done and love them. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. I did write a review on there old website about how informative and detailed there website was and team. After checking it out for a friend that was interested. I saw there was a website change. The information on it is a little confusing compared to there last one. Finding the colors for the specials and having to scroll down is a pain . I dont know if they were trying to make it easier but it is more complicated. I know that there workmanship makes up for it but just wanted to let there team know about some of the customers feedback on the website in hopes of them working on it to make it better.

Fair-priced, knowledgeable, and looks great!I did two different color quartz pieces for my kitchen and Im really happy with how they turned out. The staff were patient with me as I changed my mind a lot on what I needed, and the guys who came to install really seemed to know what they were doing. They also did a great job with the sink cutout - its under mount. My kitchen looks great - the new counter tops are gorgeous!

Just had our kitchen countertops and fireplace wall redone in the pure white quartz and Zapata did a great job!! The team was experienced, clean and fast! We highly recommend Zapata for all of your countertop needs!

So sad. Was referred this company by friends. Someone came out and measured every countertop(we wanted kitchen and all bathrooms done). We chose from Quartz samples. The gentleman said he needed to go back to the office to finish the quote. We never heard from them again. We tried to get in touch and were basically ghosted. I am not sure what happened, everything was great and we wanted to get things going.

I had my kitchen done with Zapatas and was really Happy with them over all . They did an amazing job . The two young ladies in the office were very helpful and kept us well informed . The day I called for a estimate got it with in a hour.The staff and installers were very respectful .The installers kept clean and organized . I was very pleased with there prices after going to many places and got crazy quotes.I will be letting all my family and friends know about them,you will not be disappointed.

Great customer service starting with Krystal! She provided an estimate within an hour, answered every question immediately and honored military discount. The installers were on time and cleaned up all demo debris! Best price and best service! Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! My cabinet installer recommender and their prices compared to 3 other places was much better priced. Their showroom isnt very large but has a good amount of selection and the staff was very knowledgeable. They installed about 2 weeks from when Ozzy took measurements. The installers were here most of the day but were meticulous about making sure everything was clean, polished, and perfect. We are very happy with the overall product!

Zapatas showroom was not flashy, but the help, knowledge and friendliness of the staff more than made up for that! Their enthusiasm for the vision of our countertops and kitchen was obvious, as was their expert opinion about what material to use.The installation went very well (even though there was a plumbing surprise on our end). The crew was conscientious and clean with great attention to detail.Zapata Granite is the place for a great deal and great service!
