Went into the showroom and was assisted by Jeremy. He was a wealth of knowledge, so helpful and let me ask 100 questions. Really excited about the carpet choice he helped me find! Also there were so many installation scheduling options and a lot quicker than I would have thought. Feel good about supporting a local business and didnt have to make any compromises to do it.

We have used this company for 9 years now, both for our rental properties as well as our own home. Without exception, they have met and exceeded all of our needs with respect to scheduling accommodations, installation performance, as well as price and quality. We wouldnt consider purchasing carpeting from any other source. Oh, did I mention customer service? The most helpful and responsive that we have experienced.

We have used Fairprice in the past and we were very pleased, however we just used them for carpet installation and are very disappointed. The manager didn’t have the tape needed for our installers which made them work late and added an extra day. We asked for a cash discount when ordering and he said he could work something out. When we received the invoice he said there’s nothing he could do. We will not recommended them to our family and friends again. Lesson learned.

Good selection of flooring

Used to love this place, family spent alot of money there over the years. Called to make an appointment for measuring and was treated so poorly. The female that answered their phone lacks customer service skills. A simple request couldve been handled so differently. Instead I will spend my money someplace else. So disappointing...

They have/do every thing! Helpful, and they listen.

After a long drive coming from the hi desert the staff at fair price carpets were very friendly as well as customer friendly they had free video games for my kids and they happen to run short of the pading we purchased so we got a double upgrade thank you guys❤
