Horrible service took my car in January 22We are now in March. I paid $300 for a milacron fuse for my stereo because it was killing my battery i waited 4 hours just to be told that he needed to order a new screen told me to go back in 1 week. When I went to the shop it was closed nobody answered the phone. I waited another week and same thing. I Would call but voicmail was full. Finally I was able to get a hold of him. I have to work around my schedule for him to fix my stereo. I went back and was told to come back Wednesday morning I get there he tells me its going to take 2 hours to put the screen back. After 2 hours im being told it cant be fixed. I asked for a refund he tells me he can only give me half because of what he spent for the part which was the Milacron fuse.. and for labor. He tells me hes trying to look for a used stereo for me so that he can fix it. I just told him that its fine just give me half of my money back then he tells me I just had a funeral to go too I spent alot of money I dont have money right now. Give me till Tuesday. First of all If you own your own business you would think you wouldnt even mention your personal business with your customers.... plus why even tell me you can give me half then say i dont have the money so we will see on Tuesday if I get my money back. I Dont recommend this place at all. Just because I am a girl I feel like he thinks I can be taken advantage of he keeps giving me the run around and honestly I dont have anymore patience or time for this!
