Excellent selection for any type of celebration. The store was kept very clean, items were neat and orderly. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of where things are in the store.Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes were available for everyone needing a cart.I recommend this location if you live in MoVal, Riverside, & surrounding areas.

I bought a Beetlejuice costume & gave the money to the front cashier & then the system went down & then the cashier said it didnt go through. I said what so you mean it asked for my pin number. So she called the manger. Then manager asked the cashier asked what happened & asked if I paid for my costume. I said yes I did. I told her what would I lie too you. She got mad when I told her to look at my statement it shows I paid for the costume & it went through. The manager doesnt know how to mange the problem. This is why I gave them one star. The manager needs to solve the problem without getting mad at the customer. Im a manager myself at a Moreno Mongolian BBQ. I ve been manager for a while. Something like this happens I know how to resolve the problem. To me this is not good customer service. I think the manager should get fired.

Friendly staff. Clean organized store. Tons of party supplies options. From standard decorations and tableware in all colors to theme parties and costumes. Including a large candy and party favor section.

Very organized and had every thing I need to build a good thank you bag for the kids! Also their balloons are good quality. I made an outdoor balloon garland and it stood up well to the heat. Not one popped!

I got balloons from the Party City on Canyon Springs Parkway in Riverside and the girl who made the bouquet did an awesome job making it look amazing!

The store is clean, well organized, the staff is helpful and kind. It was my 1st time there its the perfect place for unusual stuff, if your having any kind of get together.

So so disappointed. I ordered a few balloons the day before a memorial ballon release. The balloons were deflated by the next day. I couldn’t use them. That was it for me. No more party city.

This is the only parry city for miles. So if you want ballons call and order ahead or you will be waiting for hours and I mean hours for just 4 ballons to be blown up.

I had a pleasant experience at this Party City tonight. I found an employee right away and she answered all my questions. I was looking for a gender reveal balloon kit, and while they didnt have any kits, she helped me find what I needed to make my own gender reveal balloon! Very helpful! I was also very happy with the low prices of everything I needed. I was a able to make my own kit with the employees suggestions at a fraction of the cost of a kit from Amazon! The customer service was helpful and let me get in out of the store in 5 minutes! Thank you Party City for your friendly and fast service!

Good location... I didnt like the fact that I was shopping and I guess the store was closing. So the guy who worked there said I needed to go up front to check out... I was actually gonna grab a few more things I already knew what I wanted but I said forget it and just go up and checkout. Well there was a line of about 10 people. Meanwhile I stood there 15 minutes past checkout time and finally got to pay and leave. Meanwhile the person who told me I needed to get in line is just standing there not checking anyone out. So in other words I could have grabbed what I needed and had another 10 minutes to wait and the store would have made more money off me. Felt very unorganized.

Visited today, 4 days until Halloween so of course the store was busy, but the staff was not able to tell me where anything was, I had stopped in because their website said they had the item I was looking for, it said they had 9 in stock, they did not have any, asked about another item and was sent to the wrong place twice, the employees we encountered today really dont know the store well, otherwise they seem to have a very large variety of decorations and party favors just be prepared to be on your own to find it.

Although they need more people working here especially on dates that will be busy. The service is good and prices are fair, I went in to purchase balloons for graduation and forgot my phone on counter so when I called to ask about it they told me they had it. Thanks to the employees for noticing my phone on the counter.

I think it is ridiculous that this store is ALWAYS understaffed.today, the wait was 35 minutes to buy one thing. Someone please open a party store in Moreno Valley to compete with these guys! it is always at least a 10 to 15 minute wait to get checked out, and super hard to find anyone to help you find anything if you need help . its honestly terrible service here.

This place looked like what I would expect to see a store to look like after a natural disaster. And the employees were less helpful and friendly than what I would expect from people in the middle of a natural disaster. I didnt even find anything useful that would have made the trip somewhat worthwhile.

A lot of their items was not in the proper place where the prices should have been. They didnt honor the price and they will argue with you about the matter not good at all.

The online purchase option is horribly misleading. The idea is, order, pay for order, employee packages order, and you get a designated time for priority pickup. In reality, you order and pay online, but then you show up to the store, got to the sign that says online pickup, and the manager tells you they dont do that, and you need to wait in the line that you were promised you wouldnt have to wait in. Btw the online pickup register had items piled all over it like an episode of hoarders. It didnt help that bebes kids were screaming and rampaging the entire time. This store is run poorly, and the cherry on top of this hot garbage sundae was that items picked by the employees for the order were actually damaged, and we had the pleasure of returning items immediately as well. Awful experience, just awful.

Tried calling and they never pick up the phone. I had to drive over there to find out they dont carry specialty items. Why have a phone if youre not gonna answer it. 🤔😡

The workers are very rude, lazy, and disrespectful. I go to this store for the convenience of the location but their customer service is simply awful. One cashier in particular was of no help and responded to questions in a harsh tone. So so rude. Dont expect much from this store.

They had no helium to inflate balloons. The manager would not let us buy individual balloons because of this, insisted on selling a bouquet when all we wanted was a couple on inflated balloons. Ended up leaving without anything for the party. Shame on you Party City of Moreno Valley.
