I read all the high reviews, so I Decided to stop by. Maybe it was a bad day, because it sucks, the service was bad. I ask some questions about 5.11 products, They didnt know the answer. The product are very over Priced. A Meg light was $95 dollars just because it had 5.11 on it.

I love this store. I wish I could buy it all. Best pants here are the stryker. (I think that’s what they are called) Full price will run you around $75. Worth every dollar! Have some of these pants for years and year them daily. High quality gear.

I came in for a pair a boots Ive been stalking online and I found them there. Just one person working but he was very friendly and helpful. Although I came for new boots, I bought a new hat, a patch and a coffee brand Ive been aching to try. Not only that but they sell a wide variety of items like heavy duty pants, shirts, socks, underwear, backpacks, pre-made med packs, duffelbags, gun bags (and cases), holsters, etc. Theres no doubt Ill be coming back again.

Customer service needs some work. I walked in and the guy at the front desk (Emp-0000718) was on the phone, back to me, and would not acknowledge me. He could have at least said 1 moment please. I wanted to ask where the tactical gloves were. So instead I wandered around the store to find what I needed. He later came over to me and asked if I needed help. I didnt anymore. Other than that my visit was fine.

Just found out about this location. Very clean, good staff, and a wide range of products. Typical 5.11 prices, so there should be no surprise there. However, they also sell Qalo, Hydro flask and Black Rifle Coffee so to me that is a plus.

They said they don’t accept cash cause they are understaffed. Okay whatever. It’s illegal to refuse cash as a payment and the idiot behind the counter admitted it but still refused. All the while they were just talking, all 3 employees with no customers presumably for most of the day. The store was cool but the staff are children.

I have been going here since they opened. The continue to add new things. A little pricey but great quality.

I dont really leave five star reviews too often but this 5.11 tactical outlet is incredible. At this 5.11 location you will find all the gear and apparel you need. There is a huge variety items to choose from and in addition to that every item here is of incredible quality. The store is very well maintained and presented with not a single item out of place. The employees here on the day I visited were very polite, patient, professional, and presentable. This location is definitely my new go-to place for all my gear and it will always have my recommendation. Great job to this 5.11 Tactical of Riverside.

Best tactical apparel and gear. Amazing quality. Visiting one of their showrooms is a must. Great fire, Police, and EMS gear/ uniform items in addition to civilian tactical apparel and accessories. FYI no uniform items at the 5.11 store still worth the trip and you will still most likely end up buying something, you need to go to a uniform store that carries 5.11 first responder apparel/Uniform items.

Great store! Very clean and organized inside with a huge selection on 5.11 clothes and gear. Basically, if its in their catalog its in the store. Only reason for losing a star is we were there shopping for my wife and their selection of sizes and colors for womens pants wasnt very complete. The 5.11 store in Salt Lake City had a better selection of womens sizes and colors. Otherwise, this is a great store!

Great line of clothing if you want something to last. 5.11 is better than Dickeys. They have everything from shirts and pants to tactical gear. Shoes and belts too.

Top quality gear!

The only reason this place isnt awesome is the prices. Granted it is high end gear, but you can get very similar brands for much cheaper. The employees are outstanding and very helpful with any questions you may have. Many are very knowledgeable of the gear to get, without trying to sell you the most expensive stuff in there.

The 5.11 store in Riverside is the only one in the county currently. It has a limited selection when compared to the website, but what they have could be useful for adventurers and those in the Public Safety community who have come to like the brand. Apparel, bags and cases make up most of their product, but sizes will be typical in apparel, which will limit the availability of footwear over size 13. They will order however, but if you are driving a distance, you are better off ordering online if your intention was to try on any apparel they dont have in your size. The biggest draw for going to the store should be the ability to get your hands on the bags, knives, tools, holsters and load bearing kits available so you can make a better determination of whether they are right for you, especially with the often high price tag. That being said, everything I own from 5.11 has been solid and its one of the first sites I visit for new gear.

I love the idea behind their product and their strong American stance however the products are way over priced. I only wanted a pair of boots for work and I think I literally tried every pair they sell. Ended up buying a pair for $180. Ouch, but excited still. Wore them around the house a few hours and felt a defect in the tongue manufacturing that was very pronounced when I went to lace up the following morning. Just a bad design. Took them back the next day in perfectly sellable condition. Was only given store credit that was not usable even in an online purchase. I had to find $180 worth of over priced apparel to use my store credit, felt very wasteful. I will not shop here again. Some of the staff was pretty great but the store policy policed by the manager left much to be appreciated.

Helpful staff and we were able to find what we needed(boots), they didnt have them in my wifes size so they ordered them directly to our home about 2-3 hours away. When the delivery was stolen off of our porch, they sent another pair, free of charge no questions asked, highly recommend.

Really wonderful staff. Place seemed quiet but I put that on the location then anything. Staff knew what they were talking about when I asked some questions about pant style and belt sizing. Will totally go back again to get more stuff.

Great staff and great selection.This location has the full line of 5.11 products. Its nice to be able to go to one place and be able to try on everything before buying.They are well stocked in all sizes and colors, as well as having very helpful and knowledgeable staff.My only complaint is that i find it a bit irritating to have to grab an employee to unlock the fitting rooms. I understand the reasoning is to prevent vandalism and theft, but that could also be achieved by simply keeping an eye on the rooms instead of installing doors that lock behind you when you go to grab another size.

The selection is decent but the employees are absolutely ZERO help. They greet you when you walk in and that is the last time you hear from them. Management should get on top of that. A friendly environment brings the wallets out.

Customer service here was poor to say the least. I asked if they had a certain boot and the employee just kind of smirked, said it was discontinued and was for women.This is also a civilian store so they only carry civilian clothes and boots. No fire, police, or military clothing at all.I will never purchase any 511 anything just because of the customer service I received today.First impressions last forever.......

This place is great, it was the only local place in corona I was able to find a rubber wedding ring it was reasonably priced and staff was great. Arriving at the location was a little tricky but, other than that. 10/10

I was so surprised to find this place just tucked away a short distance from the Tyler Mall. The employees there were extremely helpful and friendly. They have top-of-the-line products here.

Great products no doubt but the retail portion and business aspect of it is the worst Ive ever seen. Apparently each store is their own entity. As the representative on the customer service number stated they are all one 5.11 company(sure they are) but if you buy something from the store you have to deal with the store ???????? One company means you can buy anywhere that bears the name 5.11 tactical and return / exchange / price match anywhere else that has the same name. Quality is big but if the company wont Stand behind its own name, then I would never buy their product again and for those who are not aware of this vital information I urge you to go elsewhere . To be honest, I was a little disappointed with this store. As with every law enforcement uniform store, there are only about 3 types of boots on display for women, and it was the case with this store. Not much options for womens boots which is why I ended up special ordering boots for men.

Great store and pretty decent prices for the quality of the gear, though it is still expensive, but you pay for what you get in terms of gear quality. Very friendly sales associates who are very knowledgeable and accomadating to your needs. 10/10 would drive 2 hours to visit again.

Great store! Perfect place for military type attire. Best Cargo Shorts, cargo pants and utility jackets in the entire Inland Empire. Kind of pricy, but its quality stuff and its worth it.

Best backpack I have every owned by a large margin. A bit on the pricey side, but I have probably saved money in the long run seeing how I have easily bought four EDC backpacks int he time that my 5.11 bag lasted me.
