Limited in stock, but staff were amazing! The girl at the front I dont remember her name but she was really short she even said even though stock is really limited if I find something online that I really want you can have it sent to this location so I dont have to drive so far. What a rarity! All West Marine stores are equal in the merchandise they offer. But when it comes to customer service, I must single out this particular West Marine in Riverside, CA (and a particular employee) for providing a superior consumer experience.I had about a billion (sailboat) questions that needed answering - this, after countless hours on the Internet. So I walked into this West Marine location and discovered a wonderful resource named Kaylee (spelling??). This exemplary employee knew where stuff was in the store, had phenomenal suggestions as to specific product application, offered excellent pricing information, and basically allowed me total access to her professional wisdom and experience. And perhaps more importantly, in those infrequent cases where Kaylee did not have a direct answer, she pointed me in the right direction. Like having Google in human form.Like I said, a rarity these days. I highly recommend this particular West Marine location and employee. While anyone can order any product from West Marine online, having your questions answered by someone who understands how to work a problem - and how to offer viable solutions - is often times significantly more valuable than the product itself. At least it was for me, courtesy an employee named Kaylee. She is a welcome asset aboard my sailboat anytime.

The service was exceptional. I spoke with Ruth and she did her best to get me the stuff I needed. She was very knowledgeable and when we could not find what I needed she quickly found the best person to ask and soon I had everything. Parking was very easy. I drove a long way to get there so it was important for me to get everything I needed

They had what I needed, and bethanie running the register was so polite.

Great place for the boat enthusiast. They have everything from swage supplies to boat waxes and cleaners, to outboard parts and charts.

Always get good service there, and theyre open on Sunday :-)

Giant store full of products Im always keeping an eye out for. Good quality products along with fast service. Even if you dont live or play in a Marine environment youll see a product that will catch your interest, in my professional opinion.

I was lucky to have West Marine to get some last minute items for a boat trip.

I hate when my hasband and i go shoping for our boat and all the female workers want to do is look at my hasband instead of both of us thats so disrespectful thats bad Customer service. I work with Customer service and when they walk in welcome both look at both dont just look at the husband and stare then welcome him that doesnt welcome customers it makes us want to walk back out and go somewhere else and never come back

I think they go out of there way to help people. I have gone there a few times over the years. And wether a phone call for a question or in person they figure it out.

West Marine was extremely helpful with all the problems that occurred at Bass Pro Shop. They took care of things that I did not think they would be able to do. Dont waste your time driving to Bass Pro go to West Marine.
