This place was top notch in terms of efficiency, transparency, and kindness. All prices stated clearly upfront, estimates and work done nearly same day fit a very large job. Prices seemed very fair - everything came with warranty and 24 assistance in the event of an issue.Could not have been any happier with the work and service.

A friend referred me to this car service shop...Im glad she did!I went to the Honda for routine oil change and some other maintenance work. Of course the dealer would charge dealership pricing. But they didnt go over all what was ACTUALLY needed!Its hard being a woman driver and getting ripped off. This place isnt like this at all. Explained everything in detail with recommendations.I will be back as they have gained a new long term customer!

Great place. They got my van in quickly. I rented a car for a week as I thought it would take that long. Diagnosed it the next day with estimate. I authorized the work and they called me the next day as it was all done. Bill was as they estimated! Turned my rental car in early! 🙂 $$$

US Autocare is AMAZING! I use them for my personal and company vehicles. Very honest shop and affordable prices. They do not recommend unnecessary items like other shops. Experienced mechanics that know what they are doing.. This is the only shop I use!

I found US Autocare through RepairSmith.com, and they did an awesome job! Based on the requests that I had asked for (given I wasn’t sure if I needed some of them or not), they did only what was needed and didn’t go for the money. They really care about your safety and the condition of your vehicle, and they will only do what needs to be done and give any recommendations that can be done at a later time. Amazing service and knowledge go a long way, and they’ve got it!

There are excellent service and the courteous and they tell you what time we going to get done on time Ill go back if I need my car service again.

I knew the previous owner (Import Car Experts) from my network group, and happily referred business to him. Super friendly and know how to smile to your face. I dont care about the fake customer service, though. Had my car for 13 consecutive days to fix an issue with valve body and replace a gasket. Drives no different now than when I brought it in. They lost part of my key chain, and gave me no other information about maintenance plan or inidentifying overall car health, despite hours of being charged for diagnostics. Plus now one of my tires is a Brdgestone? This felt more like a sick game than a car repair, but at least they smiled while they took my keys and returned them with no real information or answers.

They gave me an honest opinion for the work I needed done on my car and patient with questions I had. On a previously owned car of mine they gave quality with a smile so that’s while I come back to this shop for my auto needs.
