I took my vehicle in to CSAI for routine maintenance and believe me I was long overdue for an oil change and I knew it. Of course, they sent my usual reminder but I kept putting it off. They went through my vehicle inspecting, checking, and topping off all of my fluids. Turns out because of COVID and me not driving as much, I have another 1500 miles before I need an oil change. Let me be clear. They could have charged me for an unnecessary oil change. I would never have known. My service charge for this visit was $00.00. This was not the first time something like this has happened. This is why I am a loyal customer. In addition, I know what services I will be needing soon and have a cost estimate so it gives me enough time to save up.You cannot buy honesty, integrity, professionalism, kindness, thoroughness, and character. I trust the owners, Patricia and Johnathan. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the staff always does an excellent job.I love this place. How often have you heard a woman say that about an auto shop?

I took my truck to these guys after getting a quote from another shop to get it to pass Smog. The first shop wanted $3200 to replace four major components. CSAI did a more comprehensive diagnosis and was able to get my truck to pass by replacing just one component for $1100. The office clerk was very friendly and happy to answer lots of questions. They were also realistic about time frames. I wont be going back to Top Dawg.

When I arrived I was greeted by Ryan, he was kind and professional as he got my estimate paperwork ready before starting the service on my vehicle. I was also offered water which was great considering the temp was in the high 90s at that time. After my service was completed I received a text where I could see what other things my car needed attention on as well as pictures so I can see it for myself. Great attention to detail and awesome customer service.

CSAI is amazing! I used to come here super often to get my car serviced here for regular maintenance about 2 years ago. Brittany was super helpful and organized, and she was able to give me an accurate time estimate of my car service right then and there. They have a private waiting room in the back with restrooms, which is a plus. The best thing about this shop is that I have never had to wait over an hour to get my maintenance done, which is why I stopped going to my Lexus dealership for service. The mechanics are very knowledgable and friendly, and they are honest and very reasonable about their pricing. You will not find any place better than CSAI.

Nor mally I dont post but I came here for a smog check which normally takes 10mins. and when they took the car in, they started bs-ing around not doing anything just chatting with other workers then I guess boss or manager showed up and was bs-ing for another 15-20min. after 30min of not doing anything (all 4-5 workers werent doing anything) I had to tell thebreception/cashier guy whats going on they havent touched my car for 30 min. finally he went out to tell the mechanic and the mechanic was really slowly doing my smog check. come on.. they need to understand that customer comes first and they should know that I see them bs-ing doing nothing from the waiting area. after he got on my car it took 10min to finish. I wasted 45min to do a 10 min job WTH

There are plenty of auto repair service stations near my home but I gladly drive the extra 30 minutes to have my vehicle serviced at CSAI Smog & Auto Repair. The owners Patricia and Johnathan are honest, professional, courteous, and care about their customers. The prices are reasonable and I know that as a single woman I am not going to be taken advantage of. They always do an excellent job and they do not charge for unnecessary work. I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here. The place is clean, they have up to date technology, and actually send you photos of your vehicle repairs. Quite impressive!

They were efficient in showing me pictures and explanations of suggested services & communicated clearly with quotes & expected timeframes. My car runs smoothly now. Ill be returning for my next car health check-up. CSAI saved my family quite a bit from the dealers quotes. Thank-you CSAI!

This is a great business. Very competent mechanics and office personnel. They were able to figure out a lean-fuel error code on my Corolla that the Toyota dealer could not diagnose. They are also a teaching institute for mechanics and therefore very knowledgeable. I give this business my highest recommendation.

Theyre no good here judging from how theyve screwed over the one customer who just went there to get his battery checked. How sad, how tragic.You can tell that his experience must be true, even though everybody else who reviewed CSAI gave em 5 stars. Ive recently done some research and found that this one very negative review is worth more than a thousand good reviews.The individual who issued the bad review was found to be quite honest, fair, and reliable. So, regardless of whether CSAI is Automobile Club approved or not Ill never do business with them or in any way recommend their services to anyone, ever.

Ive been here before for my previous car and again recently for my new car and this mechanic shop is still my preferred place to go and recommend people. Their prices are very reasonable and I have found them to be very trustworthy. I was able to get an airbag wire underneath my seat which my dog chewed open spliced back together within an hour for $100 (basically their labor price). Sure, I could have tried it myself but Id rather have a professional do it. Also the Honda dealership was going to charge me much more just to look at it and was even mentioning that they might need to changeout the entire airbag wiring harness (at least $1000). Brittany at the front desk was very nice and they also have a comfy waiting area for you to relax in while they work on your car.

Got a maintenance here. Very friendly and responsible. The price is also very nice. Will go back.

All the AAA repair shops I’ve been to have done a great job so far, but CSAI was exceptional. They were not just courteous, they treated me like a family member. I’ve never had to deal with repair shops before, but they walked me through every step, fixed my problem quickly and charged me a reasonable price. I was impressed by their speed and service & asked them to look at the A/C the next day. The temp outside was above 100 for the entire week, and the truck is black. When they were finished it felt like Christmas, just before the snow. They’re my (new) auto repair shop go-to place!

When I arrived at this business I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by one of the owners Ms. Patricia was very knowledgeable and the lobby was spotless ! I was so relieved that I could have a seat and not soil my clothes. Patricia also gave me very cold water and the whole process was very fast !

1st time attending this smog institution for my EI smog license update. Their price is better than another local smog institution and the Smog instructor is courteous and humble. Will be coming here from now on for my updates.

Amazing honest customer service. Phenomenal service team with no pressure to get services they recommend. I do have to wait all day for my car to be serviced. I have had two cars smogged there and and oil change on one. I was there 30 to 45 mins tops. If you go during lunch it will take a lil longer, but not hours. Great repair shop recommended by AAA.

Had coupon for oil change and various checks such as battery brakes air pressure etc. Coupon was AAA road ready Del for 50 dollars because my car used synthetic oil the price beva.e more than 100 dollars!!?? I had a water leak problem i wanted them to fix. Cost me over $640 to fix. Come to find out, there was another leak they missed. So now in order to fix the second leak, they have to tear down the whole engine all over again to get to the bypass hose under the engine which includes tearing down the original leak they fixed.Also means Ill be without a car again maybe three days this time. They took two days last time and that leak was on. top of the engine.

THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Every one is professional and super friendly. Me, my husband, and 10 month old son broke down and we didnt know where we were or any body in town. They made us feel comfortable and at home, checked in on us and made sure my son was ok. They have the best waiting area ive ever been in at a mechanics. I cant say enough good things about them and will definitely refer friends if they are in the area. on top of everything they are reasonably priced and tell you everything they will be working on.
