I bought the 1st set from them and there were a few issues. I contacted them and they sent me a brand new set. Only had to show a few pictures. I really appreciated how they made it right. I would def recommend them because of this.

Purchased a set of Iboards for my husbands Silverado. They came with a incorrect bracket . Once I read the reviews I was nervous about getting everything corrected. We called customer service they needed a picture of the incorrect bracket which we gave them . They sent the correct bracket and all is well . Felt I should give them the review they deserved with our issue . Couldnt have asked for better customer service.

I purchased a set of step bars for a 2012 Nissan Frontier, supposedly stainless steel. Less than 2 years later they are rusting. To top it off I keep my truck in the garage. So I wrote them and sent pics, their response was that I can still use them. Are you kidding me?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a seller coming from Amazon,bought iboards said they would fit my 2016 Ram 2500 they did not said to return them at my expense because i did not want to send them a photo of my vin#,also tried to tell me that I had a 2500 mega cab instead of crew cab.Im sure i would buy a brand new truck and not know what type truck I purchased.

All these comments have me worried I have a billet grill thats supposed to be getting here today but if it dont fit I can always cut it and tweek it lol the only thing that I worry about is it not getting here
