Unfortunately this has been the worst experience I had my vehicle work on a couple years back and it was amazing to the point I went back for more workUnder new management and it’s horrible

My brother recently took his car here to get only a fender fixed. When he got the car back there was an extra 200 miles put on while it was there. When he confronted them about they acted stupid and denied it.

Unfortunately a car accident is why i was their. From service at its best to the body work on my car. I would highly recommend this Auto Collision place.

K&G Collision Center did a fantastic job on my 2016 BMW Z4 and 2011 BMW 328i. Teresa at the front desk and adjuster Christian were very professional and my final cost was actually less than the quote. The body work looked great. I highly recommend this place.

Had my daughters lexus repaired here and they did a wonderful job and the customer service was outstanding.

Absolutely an amazing experience!I was in an accident, not knowing how bad the damage was. AAA towed my car to them. They stayed open even after closing hours for my car!!! They took the time and explained to me the process (my first big accident, so I thought it was kind of them to help me out!). I popped in twice before taking my car out of there and they knew me by name. Very friendly staff and keep you well informed of everything that is going on. Found out my car was not going to get any benefits from the insurance, so I sold it to pick a part.All in all, best choice I made. Definitely recommend!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

I brought my vehicle to K&G Collision Center in Riverside after getting rear ended and needing a full bumper replacement and some other damage repaired underneath the bumper. I was very impressed with how fast the work was completed (4 days total), and especially with how the owner Ross helped out with the insurance claim, contacting the adjuster, lining up my rental car, etc. The work they did was flawless, and when I picked it up it was detailed and ready to go. Its been years since I have needed the services of a body shop, but if I need one again I will definitely go back to K&G Collision Center.

The paint job that was done on my 1998 Buick LaSabre was excellent. Looks brand new. But the #1 reason to come to K & G Collision is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did an excellent job on the vehicle, plus detailed it to look beautiful. From the estimate process to the efficiency in service (got back one day earlier than quoted), we were treated very well. I have always owned German vehicles and it is extremely important that whenever they need work done on them that I can trust someone who can meet its demand, and not give an astronomical price. When someone hit my 2014 Mercedes Benz in the parking lot, I knew I would have to pay for it myself, so I got a couple of quotes on the damage (dented driver side rear bumper). First stop were the auto body shops on Hamner and as soon as they saw the Mercedes, I could tell they were trying to up-price me. On yelp I also found K&G collision which had great reviews, so I went on down to give the folks a visit. I was greeted with attention as opposed to being looked at as another paycheck. Russel came out and took a look at the car and gave me half the quote of what other people were asking. Other than the warm welcome, genuine conversations, and honesty...what it all boils down to is the quality of work they perform. The work persuades me to let anyone with foreign cars that they hold dear, to not think twice about letting K&G work on your car. For all I know, maybe they are secretly a branch of bigger dealerships...thats how good the work was. It was so good that when I got in an accident a couple of months after (mangled bumper) that I had confidence that K&G could get me back on the road, in factory condition. The team makes sure that all the parts are OEM (my car has AMG parts) and they detail the car before they hand you back the keys with their business tag on it! Best choice I have made with my vehicle. When I purchase an Aston Martin, I will definitely come to K&G again.
