Easy guy to talk too main Thing is good customer service. They get right to whats wrong with your air conditioning. Also they been in business since 1987 give a call they have the skill trade lock down. Air on my car is back on track.

NAPA and the dealer wanted way too much and didnt want to go to autozone for the cheap knockoff!! Long story short, its been over a month since Ive made my purchase for the refurbished alternator and its still going strong. Ive been going to this place for close to 30 years. They have very reasonable prices and are knowledgeable and helpful. They do their own work right there, so even if you have an unusual or hard to find model that they dont have in stock, they can rebuild your bad one. I always check prices at the local auto parts stores before calling them and for me it has always been cheaper there. I got an alternator there today for $75.00 less than other places. I have never had one of their alternators go bad on me, but they have good warranties on their products.

Five stars for Arnie, Mario and the rest of the team at Inland Alternators! They diagnosed and fixed a busted alternator on my Mazda 3 for less than half what dealer quoted. Brought it in the morning and was back on the road a few hours later. + They stand by their work with a 3 year warranty. I highly recommend this mom and pop shop - no wonder they’ve been around for 30 + years. Will return to get my AC fixed before the summer.

I have a very custom car and getting the right parts are difficult. I had an alternator emergency 10 minutes before they closed and was about 15 minutes away. I called and spoke with Howard and he stayed open for me to see if he could fix or replace. I showed after hours and he had a direct replacement available immediately. He spent the time and ensured I had all of the right nuts and bolts, as well. By far and away, the best service around. I dont expect to have more issues in the near future, but going forward he will have all of my business, including my referrals.

So my son found this place online and the starter for his Jeep 2002 including core was like $100.00 not saying yours will be the same price but I shopped around and this place was the least expensive and offered a three year warranty The owner Arnie was there a real straight shooter. Honestly this guy over charged us for an alternator he already had in stock and all he did was changed the Polley out from my alternator to the other restored one he already had. He charged us $100 when normally he has charged my brother and family way less. He told me he was adding a brand new Polley but he just transferred my old one to the alternator he had and he said the band was a lot ticker so that’s why he was charging me that much. Very dishonest and very disappointing experience. I was under the impression he was going to fix our own alternator not give me another one he already had. He never mentioned that once no wonder it was ready in 2 hours something like restoring a alternator takes a lot longer I’d imagine . My brother recommended me to him and has giving this man so much work throughout the years and brought him lots of clients after. My brother went to pick it up he told him he’d never do business again with him because what he did was wrong. I don’t recommend him at all. He told me our alternator would be ready in two hours not a different alternator would be given to me.

Honest, very inexpensive, and quick turnaround! Total cost: $160 for diagnostic & labor.My A/C had been on the fritz for almost 2 months. My husband is great with cars and made several repairs, but they were temporary fixes. We had taken the car to several places who had quoted us repairs up to $800 which we KNEW were bogus.I love this place because the owners daughter drove me back home, then picked me up 3 hours later when the car was ready. . Very unhappy with the first alternator that they had sold me that caused problems with my computer. Had recommended me to an auto mechanic that diagnosed the problem that caused the handle to the circult which led to the computer. Be careful what you buy here

Watch out they do not stand behind there warranty . They jacked me 95 dollars to fix there shotty rebuild with used parts . Less than 6 months on there rebuild it failed with there used parts they use to rebuild starters BEWARE !!! I would not recommend there services . Just buy a new one to avoid getting a shotty rebuild from them and a warranty they dont honor.

I was glad that they fixed the alternator. However if I could give a zero... I would. They raised the price and refused to give me my car back after the job was finished.

So I called around to the usual auto parts places and well they really didnt seem to have the right answers for me. The other thing is the core cost were twice as much or more than Inland Alternator Starter AC. Arnie has been in business for like 27 years and I got my starter including the core for like a hundred bucks. I jacked it up by over tightening the bolt and tore it off the top of the solenoid I came back the next day they repaired it for me for just a few bucks on the spot. I guess they also check alternators and starter to see if they are broke. I had to replace mine the old hammering the starter stopped working. So you can save like $$ and get a three year warranty so I would buy your stuff here. Thanks Arnie and Howard for all your help Ill be sure to tell my family and friends if they need your services.
