We have been using Magnolia Heating and Cooling for a number of years now. They installed our new system a couple of years back. The last two times Anthony has done the maintenance of our system. We couldn’t be happier with Anthony and his work. He is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and careful.

We had a replacement system installed two years ago and they did a great job. Today they came out for our semi annual Maintenance of the system . Very professional, on time did a thorough job as promised! I highly reccomend them.

Magnolia Heating and Cooling did a fantastic, professional job for us yesterday when our A/C went out overnight. They go to extreme lengths to provide your window of time that they will come, to advise you who will knock on your door and protect your security and health (Covid). The technician was beyond helpful, considerate and knowledgeable in his field. I would call them again if I need further assistance.

I had a leak I wanted repaired. Knowing nothing about ac units I let magnolia heating and cooling lead me to believe they could fix the leak, so I scheduled an appointment. The tech that showed up told me it couldnt be fixed without even looking for the leak, then proceeded to tell me I would have to spend at least 10,000 to replace the unit, and I was charged 129.00 for that, NOTHING BUT CROOKS. I had two other ac techs look at it and they both told me it could be fixed but since the unit was over ten years old and the cost of the old refrigerant being so high that it might be in my best interest just to buy a new unit. One quoted me 3700, the other 4300, so why did magnolia heating and cooling tell me a minimum of 10000. And to make it worse, after doing more research I found Im even getting a higher quality unit going with the company that quoted me 4300. Do your research people, I saved 6000 dollars and Im getting better equipment

My unit was leaking water in the attic. It was nice calling a company and having someone actually answer the phone. I was able to get a same day appointment. Anthony later arrived, quickly determined the problem, and fixed it. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I liked their service and the treatment they gave me. I signed up for the bi-annual maintenance plan. I would definitely recommend them.

I have never had a bad experience with them. Today, Anthony was so helpful! Our AC went out a few days ago and not only were they prompt with letting us schedule an appointment for him to come out and help, but they’re great about sending reminders for service for our anual plan. I had magnolia come to my home for an estimate to replace my mothers furnace and a/c. The person that came out (I believe his name was Tony) actually took time to talk to me about the unit and asked why I wanted to replace. I told him I had another company out a month prior that fixed the a/c, and being that the unit was so old I didnt want the headache of fixing it anymore.The estimator told me to hold on and went to get a meter and a few tools. He came back and told me exactly what was wrong with the unit, and that since I was planning on selling the home to just fix the small problem instead of changing the whole unit.Unfortunately I dont live in the area, so I cant be a customer for life, but I know a lot of people that do and will be telling everyone to call magnolia heating and air conditioning for any of their heating and air needs. Its good to see a company care about the customers for once.

Our AC died overnight during a lovely heatwave. Originally I was able to obtain a next day service which I felt was completely reasonable, but within a few hours I had an appointment same day. The technician, Jesus, was superb. He explained everything and was super nice. He even let us moan about our builders. My parents used their service for many years and now we will be too!

My technician was Tommy. My appointment was set for anytime between 9am-11am. He called on his way and ended up being at my house by 9am. He was there for just a service/cleaning but found a part that needed fixing. He gave me the price and had the part with him. He quickly fixed it and did a great job. My air is working even better than before. I also wanted to mention how great the customer service of the office was. They answered the phone and called me back. Overall it was an amazing experience from the customer service of the office to the customer service of my technician Tommy. I would recommend this company for any service you might need that they can provide.

The house was not cooling - only hot air was coming out of the vents. The compressor hard start part was replaced. The technician was polite, explained the problem and made the repair.

This was my by semi-annual maintenance for my HVAC system. Brian the technician was great, solved an issue and did a great job of explaining things to me.

I called up Magnolia because my AC was having issues cooling my home. They sent out Jesse to check the system. It was about to go out. I asked him if they install new systems and he referred me to Bobby. Bobby was able to come out the same day and gave us 3 quotes for a new system. i opted for the most efficient system and the financing was a breeze. He also dropped off a couple of portable AC units to help out until the new system could be installed. 2 weeks later the installation team came out and completed the install in a day. There was an issue with the heat pump not working and Magnolia replaced it with a brand new one the following morning. Then they sent out another tech for a quality assurance check about a week later. Mike was able to fine tune the system and it works amazing now! We’ll definitely be customers for life! I highly recommend Magnolia heating and cooling.

We’ve been using Magnolia on a number of occasions. Initially we used them at our old house and were thrilled we were still in their service area! We have the Total Comfort Club membership with maintenance on both the heating and AC annually. What I absolutely love is that I don’t have to remember to schedule, they will text and/or call me! Paul has been our service tech and he’s awesome. He is professional, communicative, and friendly. With the pandemic, he wears a mask and keeps a comfortable distance. Oh and he always puts shoe covers on before entering the house. We trust Paul and Magnolia Hearing and Cooling and will continue to use and recommend them!

TECH showed up checked the temp from the vent and confirmed that it wasnt cold enough. Walked outside said it was an r22 system that they dont have freon for. Assuming its low there is likely a leak in the coils. Coils are on backorder so it will likely be a 10k repair to replace everything if you want a cold house. Charged me $100 and left after 5min. Charging $100 to say your not capable of doing the repair it is not a good value. Its paying you to be WORTHLESS. I will never recommend this company. Actually Im so bothered I typed out this review.Called Gomez Air Conditioning. He arrived 30min later, filled the freon and my house is now cold. Thats a worth while value. When they come prepared and fix the problem.

Truly a great experience, considering a crew is taking over your entire property for 4 days-LOL. Everyone was professional, courteous, and patient, and worked diligently to get the job done, explaining and answering my questions. A last-minute request was granted with no sign of exasperation - very nice. They always thoroughly cleaned up every day, leaving things better than they found them (their moms would be proud).When the job was completed, I was given a complete tour, inside and outside the house. Everything was explained and they even set up my thermostat, explaining as they went along, so we had immediate access to our shiny new system.They were so kind to even look at a whole house fan poorly installed by a now-defunct company, finding a serious electrical safety issue and turning off the power to it. My heroes!Everyone in the office and the field were great. Needed to replace original HVAC in our home of 25 years. After listening to several presentations and getting bids we choose Magnolia for several reasons, information on the unit we were receiving was explained thoroughly, quality of unit was going to be the highest of all bids and price was competitive. We made the right decision….so far everything has been over the top for service! We also love the fact that we are able to support a local company. They made us feel like we are part of the family.

My heater had stopped working for five days. I called Magnolia Heating and they came within two hours. Very professional, very courteous. They did a thorough examination of the heating system and discovered a blown fuse on the interior. No idea why the fuse blew as a short was not located. They replaced the fuse and everything has been working fine. Very professional company. Will definitely use them again.

Our air-conditioning unit stopped working. We called several companies for bids, but when John at Magnolia heating and cooling talked to us and explained our options we decided to go with them. My name is Johnny Martinez. I recently used Magnolia Heating & Cooling for replacement of my entire heating and cooling system. They also installed new ducts and vents. This company was fantastic! They are the experts in Riverside! They were dependable, professional, knowledgeable, on time, clean, and hardworking! Mike Lee was exceptional as a crew supervisor and installer as was his crew! All the work done was explained to us each day. They completed all their work in four days. That included demolition and removal of old equip (from1976!). Upon completion everything worked great! I would also like to thank Mike Jaramillo for coming out to inspect and repair a couple of very minor issues. These guys are just awesome. When my A/C went out, they showed me the problem, and they talked me through the pros and cons of different solutions. They didnt TELL me I needed a whole new system, they made me UNDERSTAND I needed a whole new system. I ended up buying a whole new system, and I couldnt be happier. The install was something to behold. Hugo, Miguel, and Andrew covered every square inch of floor they would be walking on, and took great care to ensure nothing got scratched or dinged as they hauled the ancient system out of my attic. Bringing in the new system was like watching them carry a crib with a sleeping baby upstairs without waking it. I cannot emphasize enough that when these guys entered my home, there was a clear and pronounced respect for my house and property, and an overt attention to quality and detail.

I had a recent failure with the Daikin air quality sensor due to my changing my internet provider. I wish Daikin would make this a more user friendly procedure but as it is we have to call out the hvac installers for this. Brayan from Magnolia took care of all of the frustrations with the resetting of the device which took a couple hours with the Daikin help desk. Just glad it is under warranty.

I want to share my experience with this company because it was a great one! We had our install completed back in May. I met with Bobby and he was extremely knowledgeable. He informed me that many AC companies are replacing just the condenser and coil, and how bad that can be, because eventually you will need to replace the furnace, and then be in the same place with needing a new system because the two systems will not work well together. The price may have been higher then the other contractors, but I can confidently say this company cuts no corners, and they are always available to help when I have questions or concerns. I may have spent more money in the front for a perfect system, but in the summer I cooled my home cooler then ever in the past, and still saved money on my energy bill! Like 35%-40%. Can’t beat that. This company will take care of its customers, and all the employees I have interacted with have been so friendly and kind. This is a great company. Take my word and DON’T USE ANYONE ELSE! They are the most honest and transparent AC company out there.

First time using this company. We had yearly maintenance done on our Furnace and air conditioner . The service was great and our technician Jacob did a great job. Jacob was knowledgeable answered all our questions and was very polite. We will definitely use Magnolia again.

I was originally disappointed my system failed so soon aftee such a large purchase, fortunately it was only the thermostat but Jake called me right away and was here within 30 mins and completely satisfied my concern of whether we chose the right company. This company has shined from start to finish and has maintained a 5 star with this family. To have no ac when it reaches 90 to 100 outside really had me wondering how they would perform and they came through like rock stars. Magnolia knows how to hire because all the guys i have encountered have not only been friendly but knowledgeable and professional. This owner must really know what the heck he is doing because i really like this company.

John & Eric performed much needed repairs on our Trane central heating system - very professional, honest, courteous - these guys are great! Theyll be back soon to take care of the cooling system.

Jacob was my technician. He was very professional and on time. He texted to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He provided recommendations and explained why. I think he did a great job and I recommend him.

Anthony was prompt. Explained what he was doing and why. Actually took photos of the unit so he could show me what he was talking about as the whole unit is on the roof. Did not try to up sell me but did suggest that I consider having my water heater flushed annually.
