My son purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage brand new 2021 feb 5 th of this year has had nothing but problems with it . Scratches all over that they won’t fix . Was told several times they would fix also my sons car has already had a transmission replaced and it is down again for stalling out but they say they can find nothing wrong with it .

The Service Advisor was very helpful Great customer service she provided. She made sure I was drop off and picked up while my car was being fix. (In her own car) She had a warm welcome greeting. I wished I could remember her name. Even when I was told the recalls will take up to 3hrs which ended up being 6hrs do to one tech only working on Recalls. Queen was the most pleasantly honest, forthcoming, and diligent salesperson that I’ve ever dealt with. I had low expectations just from my previously experiences when it was Masano (many years ago) but my wife was in an accident and our credit hasn’t recovered from Covid so we decided to give the “credit amnesty” a try. Queen treated us like people and not “ugly credit buyers” I’ve never seen my wife actually happy while buying a car. It was an absolute amazing experiences for us and we are customers for life. We got a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES that is brand new, with only 1,200 miles on it... Contract states 8 miles. And my insurance company was told just under 300 miles. And we paid full price with an extended warranty for an additional $2100.00 for a vehicle that was not even close to the brand new sticker price. Dont ever let people rush you!

DON’T BUY MITSUBISHI VEHICLES!!!!!!Bought my BRAND NEW 2020 OUTLANDER SPORT on 6/5/2020 and ONLY have almost 27k miles on it, LESS THAN A YEAR LATER.Check engine light KEEPS coming on and off, as well as SPUDDERING when engine is running and when driving.Car needs a new COIL PACK.Dealership STATES that they DO NOT know WHEN they will get the part in.Have been driving my car with a faulty coil pack for 2 months now. And this repair is covered under my factory warranty.The dealership (SPRINGFIELD MITSUBISHI of READING) REFUSES to order AND/OR use a NON-OEM part to change out my bad part because it WOULD NOT be covered under WARRANTY.THIS ISSUE IS KEEPING ME FROM WORKING.I NEED TO WORK.THEY NEED TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION ASAP.DO NOT BUY A MITSUBISHI VEHICLE THAT YOU CAN’T GET PARTS FOR THAT ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

I never write bad reviews but this is the first time Ive ever had such a bad experience. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. First thing is I responded to there ad of a dime down regardless of credit and not having to worry about paying thousands for a down payment cuz of bad credit. After they found out my credit score they then said I was gonna require a down payment. That is fine but just dont falsely advertise the dime down regardless of credit.Second is they were supposed to get back to me to let me know if I would be able to get a car with a dime down the next morning because I was planning on going to Reading straight from work York which was an hour and a half away. They never called and I left messages throughout day with no response to the salesman Jesus I originally talked to. He just ignored me until I finally called the dealer and talked to someone who then told me I would have to have a down payment and it has to be a used car. I said to let me know what cars in there inventory in eligible for and to please get back to me because I planned on going straight there to get a car. They never called 2 hours later so I had to call back. They then said the guy I talked to went home. Noone even looked and they knew I was waiting home on a Friday night so I could get down there once they responded. The person I talked to then asked for all my financial information again when they already took it the day before to run through the bank for approval. This is what they told me the Thursday night to wait until Friday morning so they could run financials with bank. That means they never did it Friday morning and then tell me to wait another day after ignoring me all day until Saturday morning to do same thing they said they would have already done. The guy apologized and said I promise I will take care of this personally and get back to you in morning. I waited around again next morning and nothing. No call no response. This is my worst experience ever. It seems as if once they realized I didnt qualify for a new car I wasnt worth there time and put me on the back burner. If you dont want to sell me a car thats fine but dont run me through motions and ignore me. Tell me upfront and dont leave me waiting for 2 days with no response. If my credit was great and I qualified for a brand new car they would have responded the next morning jumping at opportunity to get me in there. So unprofessional in everyway. I will never have anything to do with your dealership and will recommend for everyone to stay away. Please get your advertising straight and stop misleading customers. If I could give 0 stars I will but it makes me give 1. Customers deserve so much better regardless of what there credit is. I recommend Jack Giambalvo Hyundai in East York. They treated me with respect from the begining and found me a new car. They didnt ignore me because of my low credit score. They were amazing!

My family and I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle at this location on Route 61. We were attended by sales rep, Carlos, whom was very gracious, informative and catered to all of our needs. He was patient as we evaluated our options, and at no point did we feel pressure from him to make a purchase then and there. The process was seamless as we took a test drive, returned to the dealer, talked more about the features and differences between models, and then finally sat down to finalize the paperwork. Overall, we felt very comfortable and excited with our purchase and knowing that we were treated by an honest and courteous salesman. Thank you!

Very frustrated that I’m most likely going to try another mitsubishi dealership that’s 20 extra minutes away. After below post, weeks later I did receive a phone call from Dave explaining the delay and informed me that he will rectify the issue. I could go on about the whole deal, wasting time and energy, but I’ll just say Thank you Dave for reaching out to me and correcting the issue within a day of our conversation. Posted this on the wrong Springfield Mitsubishi site. Response from them was to reach out to management which is funny because management was the one whose giving the run around, well according to the car dealer:42 points23 hours agoSpringfield Mitsubishi in Reading lied to me. Shame on me. My daughter was looking for a car which they helped out a great deal. But again, if we would have went somewhere else we probably would of gotten the same deal. Although, I would have helped my daughter, they promised through my daughter, $200 referral fee. Why not take advantage of easy $200. She got the car deal which I then asked about the referral which I was promised to receive the $200 check by mail within days. This was early September and we are now in mid October. Stopped by the dealership to check on my daughters car that was left behind because key was lost and asked about my referral fee. Again was lied too, stating that they will cut me a check within a few days and will get a call to stop by the dealership to pick up. She even made “a call” in front of us. Again, another week out and no call, no check. Have been calling with no return call. Apparently, they are a true car dealership. Filled with lies, lies and more lies.

The online appointment was confusing. i thought the appointment was scheduled so I went in on the day and time I picked. When I got there it turned out it was not scheduled because it still needed to be confirmed by phone. The service advisor was able to fit me in to have my car looked at for a recall and they were able to complete some other services I needed which saves me from making a second trip. Thats great customer service.

Service was excellent first time i ever tried to buy a car price with everything $21,301 for a mirage G4. Price not bad for a new car. Seems to me like there only problem is there lenders are no good at all I had good credit and all and there lenders want 18% interest rate which i can get a personal loan interest rate cheaper then that no one pays 30,850 dollars on a 72 month loan for an item that was 21,301 thats to much for people who have good credit the average rate for my credit score is 9% to 12% and thats the highest. 18% means its time to look for new lenders for them or they wont ever sell cars if you have perfect credit and i mean 800 or higher then there your place but then you could go anywhere but if not theres others who will do business keep looking gl.

Man O’ Man. Truly an honest place. We took my sons 12 year old Endeavor to get work done. First was replacing the door handle that he broke off. Second the rear drivers side window. The window went down but never came up. Well they diagnosed it as som corrosion on the switch. It was wrong. And they charged me for it. BUT hears the great news. After a little investigation with the mechanic it was determined that a wire had a short in it. When the door was open, the switch worked. When closed it did not work. Now they did extra work to fix the switch and DID NOT charge me at all because they misdiagnosed it. They were honest from the beginning. Both original job took a hour. They only charged me 30 minutes and 30 minutes instead of charging me a hour for the handle and an hour for the switch. I would buy another Mitsubishi just for there service.

They laughed at me for taking such an awful deal from the dealership.
