The mulch is wonderful and they delivered quickly - however, they dumped it in the street and blocked off one whole lane so people have to wait and go around it. I was told they would arrive between noon and 2:00 so I was almost home when I got a call at 11:30 that they had arrived. I told them to dump it on the left side of the driveway and lawn - just making sure I could get my car in the garage. I have no idea what they were thinking when they dumped it onto a 2 lane road. When I called, they pretty much said that was all the could do. I have had mulch and rocks delivered with no problem before. Now I am having to try and get it spread in record time. Very disappointed.

You will not find a better price or more friendly staff. Bryan knows customer service. If need it he can get it. Bryan is my only source from ice melt, to mulch and even bbq sauce. Bryans staff wont make you feel like just another customer, they will make you feel like the only customer.

As a downtown resident, I was thrilled when Morgan opened a number of years ago. No more hour-long round trips to North Raleigh to pick up mulch. Not only that, but the prices for triple-shred hardwood mulch were cheaper than what I was paying up in N Raleigh. I cant speak to the prices of other products, but Ive been very pleased with prices on mulch. The assertion that they only take cash is flat-out wrong. Ive payed many times with credit/debit cards.
