Unfortunately, we cant give a review about products, installation or workmanship because we never got a call nor email after we visited the showroom, picked out some granite samples we liked, left our dimensions and contact info. That was 5 days ago and counting since theyre closed on weekends and I dont expect an estimate today. We really wanted to go with a local to give business.. Many companies and contractors in the area to pick from, not sure if they realize that. 🤷‍♀️

Terrible customer service. Although it looks like my contractor did not add in one simple word to the order(Mitered, which the front desk girl Lea told him was not even an option), when I went to address the unfinished countertop I was ignored for weeks. Once I checked back with options of how I would move forward since I couldnt get anyone to care enough to respond, I was spoken to with complete rudeness and zero respect by Anthony who did not introduce himself or tell me what his role was at the store after multiple times of asking. I had asked multiple times via phone, email and text for help on how to rectify the situation and was ignored. Not even an option to pay more to get it done correctly...Simply a, This isnt our fault. Then, once I emailed over the options I was giving them, I was told that they had nothing to say to me and if I do not pay the remaining balance they will put a lien on my home! I never signed a contract or did the order. A simple nice gesture of TRYING to help me fix the issue could have made the whole scenario better. As a fellow business owner, I am in shock that anyone continues to stay in business with this lack of professionalism and lack of values. The quality of work was shotty, and I paid close to $6K for a cheap piece of countertop for a small outdoor kitchen area. They also up-charged me for more counter top material last minute but refuse to give me the extra I paid for. Apparently its a liability, even though I spoke to multiple Contractors that state it is not and they will more than likely go sell that same piece to someone else. So sad.

These guys did a fantastic job and quickly with no issues. This is not a DIY job, let the professionals do the work. Everything they did was with precision.We shopped around before choosing Northwest Countertops. The prices are right in there with all the other contractors. If I had to do this all over again, I would most definitely choose this company again.

They did a wonderful job on our master bathroom at a cost of half the estimate we had from a big box store. Anthony was very attentive and professional and so easy to work with. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend them!!

Hours on here are wrong. They’re only open Tuesday- Friday until 2:30pm and Saturday with appointment.

Anthony gets a high rate of 2 stars because he managed to semi-complete our kitchen with some quality product and with very little communication skills. However, Anthony wanted some tree work done from our business which is nice for small businesses to help each other out, right? NOPE! We paid for all of our kitchen cabinets and counter tops in full and yet he has not paid us what he owes us for the work we did and refuses to contact us since April 2019. MONTHS have gone by and still nothing from this guy. Im sure the office will say I am also a fake customer or that hes in Yakima again. It seems to be their go-to excuse.

I walked into there show room and they seemed very friendly Anthony even came to my home within a couple of hours to measure as he was leaving he told me that he would get a hold of me in a couple of days. After a week I called the receptionist was friendly as said it normally it takes about 3 days to get a bid out and she would have Anthony call me after 2 weeks I call back well he is on a job right now. So I said I get it if your too busy just let me know so can go elsewhere, the response was we will call you back now on 3rd week no call.after day 1 a made all of the calls and never a call back. The guy might be a good person but he is not a good businessman I will start over with someone else I just lost 3 +week of my time

Anthony and Thomas replaced the island in our kitchen. The new one looks great, and it was a lot less than I thought I would have to spend. Anthony is very easy to work with and gives good advice to help make choices on colors and materials.Update: I hired them to do the vanity in my bathroom. It looks great!

Wow! I have flipped many homes throughout the years, but my experience with Northwest Cabinet & Countertop was by far the best! The Showroom Mgr. Julie was always in constant contact with us, professional, and extremely organized, while Anthony was punctual, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. I now have my dream kitchen and master bath! The cabinets are beautiful as are the granite countertops. Anthony, Thomas and the entire team at NW Cabinet and Countertop are awesome. The were always prompt and professional. Anthony spent extra time in designing my kitchen to meet all of my needs, including budget. I cant thank them enough and I highly recommend them.

I got seriously screwed by another place in Tacoma and from a personal referral I went to Nw to talk to Anthony. He treated me great! He gave me great design ideas, made the process very easy, and priced my kitchen very competitively. I have an amazing kitchen now and I will def use him again in the future!! We can’t say enough about Northwest Cabinet and Countertop LLC! After having a very bad experience with another company, we just dropped into their showroom, explained our situation and Anthony explained their process to craft and install granite countertops. We went down to the wholesale warehouse, picked out the granite and within 2 1/2 weeks, Anthony’s team was installing our new countertops....which turned out to be so beautiful and a great enhancement to our new kitchen.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

I called NW cabinet and countertops after the company we were hiring to do our counters didnt show up to make our template. Julie helped me pick out our countertops and had someone out to make a template and install within a week. I highly recommend them!

My experience dealing with NW Cabinet and Countertops in Puyallup, WA on Meridian:Anthony Lenberg is an absolutely flunky of a business owner. Clearly failed at all parts of his life including being a real estate, agent, not to mention cabinets and countertops. His shop is ran by some woman with her toddler running around claiming that she is just helping out. It turns out to be a front to get you to pay them 70% down and then play games about scheduling the work.The game goes like this: Anthony sends you a text at random and claims your template and install dates are ready. When you call him back, he doesnt answer. You text him and he doesnt reply. A week goes by and you get another random text. He acts as if he is doing you a favor, but his ultimate goal is to use your deposit to float his so-called business and string you along until he is ready to do the job as promised.After the back and forth and the impossibility of getting in touch with him or someone that knew what was going on at his business, I finally told him that if you cant confirm a date in the near future to refund my money back to my credit card. His reply later that week was Ill mail you a check. Over a week later, I try reaching him again for my refund but he doesnt reply. Another week goes by and I told him that I would be contacting my bank and report the fraud. His reply finally came... He replied via text, Go ahead.I file the fraud report with BECU and a week later I get a piece of mail hand addressed to my address and with Anthony Lenbergs return address (all in female handwriting.) I assumed it was my refund, but after opening it its some random check written to Pierce County Budget and Finance Dept. Clearly this guy is a crook and the woman that was in his showroom knew full well they didnt intend on doing the work. Just another stall tactic for their float game with my money.After filing the fraud report with BECU and waiting another two weeks and hearing nothing from NW Cabinet and Countertop, as well as nothing from the owner Anthony Lenberg, I get a random text number from a woman claiming she is with NW Cabinet and submitted a refund to my credit card. Clearly the bank called them about the fraud report.As a business owner, I try to spend my money for services and goods at small businesses and try to avoid the big box retailers. But lesson learned. Never again. Absolutely unreal. Waste of time.And if youre smart, you will avoid this company at all cost.

DO NOT hire these people. They do not communicate anything to/with you, they either dont show up or are 2 hours late almost every time and if you complain about it you will get berated by Anthony. When they finally get around to doing the work its very slow going, material ordered was often wrong and on multiple occasions they complained that the cabinetry that THEY order was cheap and difficult to put together. If they dont like the cabinet maker, why use their material in the first place?! Some of the base cabinets are not level and look crooked. The biggest issue was the installation of the backsplash. It was obvious right away that they did not have the technical skill to be doing it. The tiles are crooked, not placed evenly and they left an 3/4 space between the bottom of the cabinets and the tiles...its so noticeable and looks terrible. When we questioned the work, Anthony stormed out of the house and drove off. After WE called him to get the issue worked out he made it clear that he was not coming back. Now they are trying to get us to pay the remainder of the balance even though they have unfinished work that they do not intend on completing. They are so unprofessional.I would also like to point out that 2 of their five star ratings (the 2 without an actual review) appear to be from their employees. Names match. Talk about crooked!
