Awful service and prices are outrageous! Be careful when storing your vehicle here after an accident. They use pretext of the car being junk in order to rack up the bill and do no work. Rates are out of control. The bill was in the thousands and they would not allow us to retrieve our vehicle to stop the accrual of more charges. Owner would not call us back!!!!! To me,it seems like an underhanded scheme to bilk insurance company. Unethical. Hopefully, you have insurance...otherwise, you are saddled with a hefty bill.

Hoping to get my Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn repair they corroded me 5200 dollars the insurance that Im going through that hit my truck say they know this company and they used it but shes taking her time figure out where shes going to send my truck but the best part about it is I can take my truck there anyway

They are trying to charge us for 24k in storage fees 4 a car deemed totaled! Thanks 4 nothing then went out of business! Tooooo!!!!!

Best paint job and work Ive seen .

So I’m pretty disappointed in the outcome of painting my sideskirts. To get started I talked to them on the phone telling them I wanted to do them black with a blue sparkle to match the other black on my car. But they ended up painting it blue and the cost was raised up at the end because the “color” was more expensive. And to sum it up the blue they did isn’t even correctly paint matched to the factory blue on my car. So overall very disappointed with the outcome.

I called Ace and they allowed me to store my car there, free of charge, until the part came in. I was treated like a friend not a customer!!! I highly recommend this body shop to anyone. My car looks brand new and you would never be able to tell it was in a major accident. Ive unfortunately been in several car accidents in my lifetime and I’m extremely picky about quality as I grew up with family who worked in the collision business. It’s fair to say that I’m that difficult picky customer who is a little ocd. My Toyota Tacoma was hot pretty hard and the insurance company told me to go to carstar, the insurance company’ “preferred shop”. They wanted to bondo my new truck and cut every corner possible just so they could keep the insurance company happy with a “cheap” estimate rather than following oem repair procedures to fix my truck correctly. My friend at Larson Mercedes told me to go to Ace as he sends all his customers and said they do things the right way etc... So I went to Ace even though my insurance company lied to me and told me I had to go to one of their cheap tacky shops. Best decision I ever made. Ace treated me like royalty and told the insurance company that they are replacing the damaged parts with new factory parts etc. Surprisingly the insurance company paid for everything and my truck came out perfect x 10. Everything matched spot on and they even detailed my entire truck inside and out. Hands down this is by far the best shop in Washington state. I can’t thank you guys enough. Don’t ever go anywhere else. These guys really are the best of the best by miles. Thank you. I love my truck again. It’s perfect because of Ace!!!

10 stars!! There isnt a better body shop or group of employees willing to help you and make sure youre completely satisfied. They have worked on my Lamborghini and G-wagon every time I have been blown away by there vision and custom jobs for me. The only place I recommend my customers, friends and family to.

Had my care towed here. Apparently, my car was not salvageable. No work done!!!!! $4500 for storage and towing, despite the fact that they insisted that insurance would cover it.

Extreme let down. Took our 2018 Corvette to this shop for window tinting and got it back the next day with extra miles on it. Logged into our myChevrolet app and was able to pinpoint every location and time they drove our car around while they had it. They did a burn out with our tires and left cuts in the rubber and plastic around the windows from a razor blade, not to mention the tint began peeling two weeks after. Owner didn’t even get back to us with a resolution or reimbursement after we provided evidence. Do not trust this company with your cars!

Just got my car today. They do very professional work. Took longer than I would like, but its worth it in the end if you want great work. I was a little impatient, but they went out of their way to get parts that were hard to get.

So far not exactly blown away by the quality of work or the service. Going to give them one last chance to make everything right.

I have taken all my vehicles to these guys to get custom work done and minor damage repaired. Each time these guys go above and beyond my expectations, and i dont know what the other vuy who complained about cost being 3x the actual price, because i shopped aroind and from what i have seen they actually beat everyone in and around this area. My accident was 3/9/17 today is 5/5/17 still have no time frame as to when my car will be ready. All I have gotten is excuses. They have been paid by insurance a week after accident. No ones ever called. I call every week and every week is a different excuse.
