In a word, awesome. Spencer arrived to our appointment 15 minutes early and spent a hour thoroughly troubleshooting the issue with our washing machine. He successfully identified the problem, provided us with the correct part number and gave us instructions how to operate the machine once the new part was installed. That may sound odd but the part to replace (pressure switch) is quite simple to install. We tried two different appliance repair companies before Jeffries with pitiful results. Technicians would show up with no tools, scratch their heads, make a guess, give us a part number and leave. In both cases, the parts were wrong and cost us almost $500.00 on top of $76.00 just to show up.I would highly recommend Jeffries American Appliance. They are highly professional with the utmost integrity.
