Went there for an insurance adjuster to look my car over. The receptionist acted as if I was interrupting her. The claims adjuster was demanding and a bit rude. Due to having a comprehensive and a collision claim you need two 30 minute appointments. To top it off they wouldnt inspect the car, claiming my name was not in their computer. That department needs a total overhaul asap. Based on dealing with the claims/service department, Id never buy a car there.Edit: Went back for a rescheduled estimate. The adjuster was much more professional and despite the rain quickly stepped outside and did his job quickly and professionally.

Havent seen any improvement in their service department since I bought my truck in 2016 when it was Kenny RossI havent had it serviced there without having to take it back to them for work left incomplete. Seems to take them 2 visits to get it right
