I have used steven before for a new windshield so when I receive a chip steven came to my moms house in pearland and fixed it and it looks great, thanks steve

I had my driver front door on my 2019 ford f150 at a great price 140 cheaper that safelite and they came to my home and replaced it in my drive way.

I came here for a chip repaired on my windshield but the person was no here so i called and the owner is normaly here i used him about 2 years ago he told me that he had some medical issues and he was not gonna be here, so he sent one of his techs to my house and chris did a great job at a great price, thanks steven and i hope you get well soon.

They replaced my windshield about 2 months ago everything was going good then I noticed a leak so I called back and they came out and fix the problem the same day so happy for the quick response and fixing this issue.

Thanks to the Texas 288 construction crew, I got a giant crack in my windshield. Called multiple places before I reached this one. They answered phone directly with no annoying array of menus. I was told that they could do my repair in the morning (a same day appointment was not possible with many other establishments- if they even answered the phone). This facility was attentive to my need to get replacement done quickly, told me the price up front and who my technician would be. Technician (Jose) called to say he was on his way within in 45 minutes of scheduling the service. Jose arrived on time as scheduled. He was polite and very efficient and got the job done quickly. When he was finished, he asked me if I had any questions, told me that I could drive immediately but not to use any car washes for the first week to allow the sealant to cure. Thank you so much for this excellent customer experience (especially under the conditions that it needed to happen).

Their time is clearly more important than your time. My wife left work early to be home for their arrival between 2 and 3 p.m. Instead, after two phone calls to the company, a driver called about 4:45 to say their warehouse forgot to load the windshield on the truck and they wouldnt be able to make it til tomorrow. I suspect this was just an excuse, because they didnt want to start another job that late. Either way, we already lost part of one workday and, for me at least, a companys word should still mean something. If a windshield repair company cant remember to load the windshield, Ill take my business elsewhere. And I did.

We had a breakin last week, they vandalized my driver door on my ford f250, called these folks and they where out in about 2 hours they put the glass in with no problem all at a fair price, thanks guys
