My experience a few months ago was amazing. The person I dealt with was very friendly, informative and helpful. Naturally, I went back for the same service. Today was the opposite experience. Not only were both the individuals not helpful or willing to communicate clearly, they were incredibly rude, argumentative and acted almost angry that they had to help a customer, or explain anything. When I called her out on the poor attitude, she stated they were short staffed. Sorry, but that’s not the customer’s fault or problem, and no excuse for bad behavior. I was also the only customer there, so I’m not sure how that was relevant. I ended up leaving, and let them know Id take my business elsewhere. I went up the road to another business, who was very helpful, and I might add, much less expensive. I won’t ever go back or suggest them to anyone. Unreal and sad people choose to act this way in a business.ADDITIONAL COMMENT: My issue was NOT that you did not have any cylinders to loan. My issue was both of the employees’ hateful attitude that I received, the moment I walked in the door. Neither person was willing to clearly or kindly communicate with me. You both were utterly rude and condescending. Instead of having a helpful dialog, listening, and answering my questions, you chose to act inconvenienced and like I was was wasting your time. Your solution was to sell me another cylinder. I didn’t need or want another cylinder. Please refrain from placing blame on others because you chose to have a terrible attitude, and upset a customer. Maybe your attitude is why you’re short staffed?

Quick, friendly service at a good price! I came in to fill a 5lb CO2 cylinder for my planted aquarium, and the guy answered all my questions about setting up my regulator safely without making me feel like an idiot.

Amy and her crew are consummate professionals! I’ve been a fan since the first time I called looking for a CO2 canister for a keggerator. The people at City Carbonic made sure I had exactly what I needed. They are always pleasant and friendly, and have earned my business from day one.

Wow. Thats all I can say. Im reading these reviews about bad attitudes and I had an exact opposite experience. I was in need of CO for a wedding this weekend, and this was the only place left in the metro area that had any. I had some problems with my bottle, and they totally hooked me up, homie style. I have my gas for the keg, and a customer for life. Thank you, Amy!

CC knowing full well my tank was passed it’s useful date they took it in for hydro test. Then charged me $45 to do nothing with it. So glad I will never have to do business with them again.Missed my point, tank was for hydro test. Instead of politely saying that service is unavailable because the tank is out of serviceable time. The tank was taken in I waited 4 weeks to be charged for something you couldn’t do in the first place. I know better then to use a nonserviceable tank. The condemned sticker was not the issue here.

I have been a customer for years. Staff is always great. Based on past experience I think they are the ONLY place in town that has 100% pure C02.

They tested an air tank before checking the date, the tank has 4 more useable years left on it by law. They then destroyed the threads so it wouldnt be useable. On top of all of that they charged me for the testing.

Came yesterday no one could fill my tank....came 4 workers sitting in the parking lot all on lunch at the same time . Still no co2. I’ll never come back.

Sales rep i dealt with seemed to have a serious emotional disorder. she was short with me, gave me misleading information (probably unintentional) and seemed extremely put out by very simple and reasonable questions. ive been told they are the only game in town, but if all you need is an scuba tank or co2 tank filled then there are other places that will do that without the attitude.

These guys are awesome really helped us out of a bind.

Honest people, I went to get my HPA tank re-hydrod and they told me I have another year. I was clueless and they could have easily taken advantage.

The old lady at the front was the nicest person

It seems like everyone who works here has a pretty serious attitude problem.

The old woman that runs the front counter and answers the phone is rude and could care less about your gas needs. Shes been crappy to me twice. Theres too many other places in town to get gas. I wont ever go back.
