A condescending vibe during my last visit from one of the supervisors at this location. Granted, I have had outstanding service at this Walmart provided in the past & I have quite the extensive history with this location. That being said, its all the more reason as to why my satisfaction (as well as any, regular customer) should be taken into great consideration when providing assistance or even just a simple, significant & genuine; Hey! Hows it going? Also, the 3rd party cell-phone vendors that operate in the back of the store in the electronics section, should be subtly scrutinized for potential replacement, whereas I literally experienced a vendor LEAVE THE STORE FOR THE DAY DURING THE ACTIVATION OF A 📱PHONE. Reason or notice was not given & proper acknowledgment to this happening did appear to be of any concern to the appropriate personnel. SO yes, I will deduct ×2 ☆z from my rating until things improve which I will then adjust my rating accordingly.Respectfully,◇MM◇

What can I say it’s a Walmart. It’s got everything you need. On the cheap. As soon as I arrive to Las Vegas the first place I went was this Walmart. I bought all my groceries for the four days I was going to be there. However to my dismay my hotel room did not have a microwave or refrigerator so most of my food that I bought went to waste. Except for the case of water I bought. A bottle of water at the MGM hotel cost nine dollars so with a case of water from Walmart I say

Always out of alot of things and just kinda messy for the most part. Customer service most definitely sucks. Then again most Walmarts seem to have fifty employees on the clock. But one or two of them actually have a register open. Waiting in the lines here was more than enough for me to locate a more efficient and happier place that I can go to.

Picking up my items was easy. I had to figure out somethings. When I did fast professional and caring.

The store is always clean though its discouraging that some items are out if stock .Which can be explained but overall the shopping experience was good.

You cant get anybody to answer the phone in automotive at any of the Walmart stores. Youll have to drive around all day to multiple stores trying to see if your car battery is in stock to warranty it and if they actually have a working battery tester. Their batteries are priced lower than the auto parts stores but Im not sure its worth the hassle

Store was nasty and dirty coming thru the door.... But I came to get my kids their clothes... Pretty cool selection...

The shelves are so empty but there are employees everywhere, I dont get it! The cashiers are so slow that everyone is going to the self checkout lanes and theyre all backed up! Management might want to take a look at ways to have their people work more efficient, theyre definitely not sorry staffed!

Better check out waiting time. There was a particular cashier, I forgot to see his name tag, but he is an African-American, middle aged man, very cool and professional. He does his best on getting the lines down at the check out. I will ask him his name next time.

Some stock issues. Everything is in locked cases. No service to be found. Better bring patience as this will be slow and frustrating.

I absolutely love their online pick up. Makes it much easier especially with having kids and just want to have a quick grocery shopping done. Most of the employees remember me, so its a pleasure coming to this location.

Again, no carts on either side but a ton of employees just standing around chatting. I came to get groceries and some clothes but ended up with only what I could carry, so not much. I would also avoid this walmart on weekends or the 1st through the 10th as it usually takes 45 minutes to an hour to check out. The photo is the line for self checkout, and the regular lines are worse.The people here are very rude and angry all the time. Quicker checkout and better stocked with carts at Cheyenne and Rainbow, or Charleston and Decatur Blvd.

A lot of things changed when I moved out of the city center and came North. I didnt expect walmart to be one of them. This store is cleaner than the other one I went to (Eastern/Russell), the staff dont act rude to customers, and the food isnt covered in dust.On the not so good side:Good luck finding a shopping cart. Ive been here a dozen times and each time I park in the boonies so I can find a cart on the way back. Also, the liquor counter apparently only has 2 people allowed to work there and inevitably they arent working when I go there.

I noticed the team members helping shoppers with their items and they had such a happy atmosphere

Well stocked Walmart location. Usually not as crowded as most other Walmarts.

I went to return a printer I bought 2 weeks before, of course I had my receipt. They were very courteous and fast. I was in and out in less than 10 min. There was no line at customer service, this was in the morning between 9am-10am.

I CANNOT STAND WALLY WORLD!! There should only be 1 in every side of town. 4 Wallys in LAS VEGAS but there are 43 Wally Worlds here!! Why?? They have put more stores OUT of business AND THEY DONT FRANCHISE!! STAY OUT OF THIS STORE!! HATE IT!!

My experience at Walmart was good! The self checkout was a good experience the lady there was very helpful! The store and bathrooms were clean!

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. I purchased a tv and bicycle from this place online. The tv did not work after taking it out of the box and the bicycle tire popped the very next day. Did an online return for refund and upon bringing products back. I was refused my refund and told to contact manufacturers. Managers refused my refund as well

Walmart is fun it has so many things to look at. And its like they say one stop shopping. My boyfriend likes electronics and I like clothes. We go separate ways and meet in foods. Works out good everyone is happy.

I drive past 2 Walmarts to get here. Always fully stocked and different items here. Worth the drive

I mean...it is Wal Mart so....This one is relatively clean and the lines werent very long. The cashier was friendly and efficient. The one problem is carts. There were none available in store. You have do go to the cart corral to get one. Slight inconvenience but still annoying.

I enjoy going to Walmart the prices are great the staff is nice and I love the changes that theyre made there

I got my battery replaced by a very helpful employee he did a super job.

When you guys do Walmart pick up at this location. It’s gets busy. I highly recommend you check your groceries. Got all the way home and found out the stuff that was substituted I did not get and missed $70 worth of groceries on top of that. Whoever is doing the shopping needs to double check and make sure ALL ITEMS ARE ACCOUNTED for. I will be escalating this complaint for the simple fact it was my kids food missing.

Convenient location with lots of parking. Neat and organized with wide aisles for easy access and social distancing. Well stocked shelves with prices shown. Easy to locate depts indicated with large signs above the aisles. Online shopping and indoor pick up available. Friendly helpful customer service. Several self checkout stations available.

Over all good.Concern: Many customers and members wearing their face mask incorrectly. Witnessed 3 customers without facemask and not a single vest-wearing member addressed them.

Great place to buy board games got jenga here, uno, Doritos, coca cola, miller genuine draft, Ben and Jerrys, toilet paper and didnt even speak to a single person. Self checkout was fast. If you want to eat they have a deli. Great place to go and get to see the REAL locals. Drop buy and buy some videogames. Only thing they didnt have was KLASK a danish air hockey game so I got that on Amazon. I came in for two things and went grocery shopping got a watermelon too

Great Wal-Mart. Very busy, but on this day, there were associates there that were willing to help. Got what I wanted, and then some. The associate working electronic area register was fantastic.

I give this Walmart a 5 because it works hard to keep the shelves stocked and the store clean. Most checkout lanes have cashiers and you can normally always find a worker somewhere in the store to help if you have questions. I go to this one like everyday almost lol. There is always something I need from Walmart. The workers that I’ve encountered are friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to find a cart but I prefer going very early morning when there are not a lot of customers. Thank you to the workers who show up and deal with people during such a stressful time in life.

Out of most things. Need to hire alot more people, and definitely need the shopping carts fixed and a way better cart person in general because not once can you really count on a cart being at the front entrance unless its a broken one.

They only had 3 registers open today. Spent half of my time there, in line. The only reason they are even getting a star if for the prices. The customer service was horrible and I honestly cant blame them if management wont get them help. I would be frustrated also!

A zoo..not enough cashiers..wanting everyone to check their own merchandise. Cashiers were nice but over worked.

Service at the Cash area was very fast service. Staff was very nice.

I couldnt find scalloped potatoes, sweet breads or Carb blocker.

Went to cash my check at the money center as I always do and the man behind the counter kept saying my check was messed up and it wouldnt read (Ive never had a problem with cashing my checks at this Walmart until today) I dont know if it was his inability to understand of how to run the check scanner. So if possible put more Experienced workers in the money center to avoid future issues like this

The worse Walmart experience ever. Devin, an associate, apparently the only associate with a key to the locked contact lens solution cabinet was horrible. He watched me wait as he helped every customer that walked up, even though he said one second ten minutes into my wait. Once my husband insisted he help, he came over with an attitude saying DONT BLAME HIM, he was taking orders from the walk-talkie.Ill never go back there, simply because of Devin. If I could give no stars, thats what I would do.

Large stand alone store. There is a Subway sandwich shop inside. Also a pharmacy and material by the yard.

It was busy as usual. But for a change they had more the two check out registers open. It was quick to get out.

If you want to buy more than a handful of things. Don’t do it here. You’ll never find a shopping cart! Literally none! It’s absolutely absurd.

Grocery. Pharmacy. Clothes. House hold goods. Lots of parking. They did this one right.

This walmart never has any available handicap carts. Also, there are rarely even grocery carts available when entering the store. The carts are always strewn throughout the parking lot. I regularly have to go find a cart which is difficult being that I am disabled. The employees never offer to help. This is the only walmart I have ever been to with such horrendous service.

Cant even walk through the parking lot without security being biased and harassing. Grow up and do your job right.

Never have carts at the front and will tell you to go find one in the parking lot- daily. Bad attitudes. During one visit I experienced two employees talking underneath their breath apparently on their phones via Bluetooth and they were speaking with hostility. They looked like mental patients; it was a little funny but more dystopian than anything. Bad vibes at this Walmart.

You busters better talentis pistachios ice cream next time I come. Also, for the publics sake, stop rearranging the store items. We just got used to the last switch up.

This Walmart has the absolute WORST customer service of all time, they never answer the phone and when they do they leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes and hang up. This is why everyone orders target over Walmart. Absolute GARBAGE STAFF

Okay so first off Ill be honest Im little biased. I rarely have ever had a good experience in any Walmart. However this one takes the Cake. Im more a Target kinda girl and I recommend to anyone reading this go to Target. Even the target on flamingo and Maryland parkway dont treat you this bad. Im not even sure where to begin but Ill try my best. I know this is long but trust me please just read this. I was already anxious about going to into this store and havent been in a Walmart since Thanksgiving with my sister in Texas. No Target for many miles unfortunately. The first issue is their app and inventory. The app tells you item is in stock and an employee tells you no. Very confusing for those that like to plan ahead for their items. I picked this location solely for their inventory. Dont bother trying to call confirm no one will answer. Have many minutes I realized it was futile and gave up the hunt. I find a solution and head to check out. I have an anxiety disorder and panic attacks just to name a couple. By this time Im so stressed and stretched so thin that I can hardly wait to get the heck out of Dodge. The cashier wasnt yet 21 so I had to wait on manager to pay for my beer..I play and head for the door and the guy stops to check my receipt. He realizes the cashier forgot to scan the 2 items on the bottom. He makes a huge scene about it and I tell him Im going back to check out. I check my receipt and realize she didnt scan them. I also realize I grabbed a wrong item that Id yet to pay for. I starting heading back too the aisle and this lady in the photo approaches the greeters telling them to go thru my cart. I ignore her and head back to get what I need. I swap it out and head for the front and realize Im being followed by two employees. I about ended up in the ER because the anxiety was real and it took every ounce of coping mechanism not to have a full blown panic attack right there. I finally pay for my 2 items and head outside. As I am literally loading up my Uber she comes barreling outside. Shes telling about the photo I taken and that shes communicating to some location by the airport who knows. All I can say is that this was a horrible experience. Not to mention the wait in line. Just be smart and go to Target.

AUTO CENTER!!! Decent oil change. Lounge for waiting small. Time I arrived it was full, but service allowed me in. Great for oil changes and tires located on the Northside of Walmart

On 5/31 @8pm, my daughter & myself were there, store was busy .We were in the Front end lead,Erikas line, 3rd customer,finally,when next reg.opens,& Erika YELLS, reg.#2is open. Upon being, checked out, finally, I had got a clearance item,& she rang it & it was not in the reg.properly,so I told her it was $1.less ..She was very condescending loud and made me feel as if I was trying to steal a dollar from them. I am a grandmother certainly not anyone who would try to get over on Walmart for $1. Then during my daughters order right after me, I was double bagging one bag and triple bagging another because my granddaughter has her birthday coming and shes at that 8-year-old curious age we did not want her to see through the bag. And again Erica, starts telling me she cannot allow me to take three extra bags I explained my situation I did not ask that my eight bags were doubled and she said theres a bag shortage. Then I spoke to the manager today and he wants to defend this she said the store had been busy and so she had an attitude and the manager Don seems to approve of this behavior I will never patronize this Walmart again ever.

HORRIBLE!! Worst Walmart Ive ever been to..there were people in the parking lot actually physically fighting over the lack of shopping carts!! It was effing ridiculous! The store was dirty, stinky and just an overall horrible place!!!!!

I give Walmart to stars for having everything in a centralized location. But for anything else they are sorely lacking there is no customer service and almost no staff that can be found to assist you. The produce is unusually small but the price is inflated I can go to Sprouts and get nice big normal size not steroid size produce 4 half the price and their meat and milk does not last like it should

This location is not as bad as another I reviewed recently. Its generally cleaner and most associates are helpful. However, when a customer has on item that would take less than 30 seconds to ring up and cash out, do your job and dont give excuses.

Its always an experience at any Walmart but this one is my home based and its always Eyecandy shopping so I give it 5 stars

Im old and handicapped.They are rude to me when I ask for a scooter.And speaking of scooters... they never have one that has the battery charged. And this is a crying shame. Because until I get my knee replacement surgery. I cant walk far enough to buy my groceries, much less the other things I need for my house.So I give this Walmart only 1 star... because I cant figure out how to give them a half a star.

The only problem I have with this Walmart is that its very congested.

Checking out is terrible 1st time for one item it took a half hour the following week it too 1 hour in a half. People were leaving there carts that were full and walking out

They never have items on the shelf. Never enough registers open. Veggies, go bad fast if not used in a few days of purchase. Store always dirty. CLASS always doing nothing but telling others what to do, while they stand around talking..I dislike this store..

I went with my children this morning to this Walmart at around 7:30am /Monday morning. I had a very pleasant experience at this store!! I couldn’t find organic bananas and 2 employees went out of their way to make sure that they got some off of a pallet for me. (They had to dig) And they were VERY nice while doing it. They didn’t act annoyed or anything like that. Then when I was in the Hostess aisle there was a lady restocking and changing price stickers on the shelves in the hostess cakes and she was amazingly nice, not fake nice, for real nice! Every employee that I encountered at the store was far more professional than any Walmart I’ve been to in town.. I wish I could remember their names! They were wonderful! Was a blonde woman in produce and a darker haired gentleman, and a blonde woman in the snack cakes. Just in case management can figure out their names by the shift and department. ;) ;)
