I love coming here. Everyone is so helpful, and friendly. Great prices and quality products. Just try and get there before closing, 5 minutes till their running your butt outta there. No matter who you are, or how much your spending.

The store associate helped me a lot, she even offered to hold my 2 year old so I can compare two products. She helped me find the list of things I needed and she gave my three kids a treat. Very pleasant experience

This is by far the nicest beauty supply I’ve ever been to. The owner was super helpful with the many questions I had. I wasn’t being followed around the store like a presumed thief. Excellent customer service and I will continue to drive 20 minutes to come to this location.

I have been coming here for three years buying hair wigs and products yet still have been disrespected. The store manager or owner tells me today, “How can I say this to be nice? We are closing in 15 minutes and you won’t be able to try on wigs.” I say, “Have a good day.” Then I walk out. The girl at the register purposely ignored me and the last time I came in two weeks ago to buy a wig the guy who normally helps me was rude. Korean Or Asian people don’t value the black dollar. They have lost me as a customer. Don’t waste your time or money coming here.

Manager/Owner (Im assuming he was one of the owners) Seemed very annoyed with assisting me. His interactions with made me uncomfortable and made me not want to shop.... With Amazon, Aliexpress, walmart... and countless other online hair supply retailers; Black people dont have suffer through poor customer service experiences esp when you consider the ridiculous mark ups they have on these products. Im good.

I had just bought a edge control for 10 dollars and I found an alternative one for 2 dollars right after I completed my purchase asked the guy to refund it WITH HIM STILL HAVING MY RECEIPT and let me buy the 2 dollar one and he said no . This place is horrible and the customer service is disgusting . DO NOT SHOP HERE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE

The usual selection of your beauty supply items. I wasnt looking for anything in particular but was their with my Aunt. The staff was friendly and helpful while she needed assistance. I would definitely comeback. Nice size store, organized and friendly. I would definitely come back.

All of the hair products for black women are extremely high compared to Metro Atlanta beauty supply stores. Besides that, good and genuine staff and lots of options..

This is one well-stocked beauty supply store. They have absolutely everything a woman needs to look and be her beautiful best. Maybe Im biased but this is my favorite Beauty Supply shop in town. I will travel the distance to get there. the staff is friendly always smiling and if you are a regular like me theyll give you a 10% discount if you simply ask for it.

Great prices but unsafe area. Due to Covid If you have a underlying issue or older avoid. Employees are not wearing mask. When asked to wear one to assist with purchase. Request was denied.

There’s an island lady who follows you around the store and watches you to make sure you don’t take anything and the owner at the register watches from up there. Don’t waste your money

This is my go to because they usually carry what I need, and as a natural-haired woman that is important. They carry clothes like most Asian-owned beauty suppliers. This particular shop is large and has jewelry (not sure of the quality) a wig section with someone to assist and they sell shoes. No one is following you around the store either. They will even give small sample packets of new products. The location is convenient on Jimmy Carter Blvd. in plaza with Popeyes.

My experience was great they was very helpful every time I go and thats why I keep going back...

Best hair store in Atlanta. The owners and employees are sooo kind, patient, and helpful. You usually don’t see customer service like this at other beauty supply stores. They are honest and knowledgeable about their products and don’t just throw anything at you to get you out. I have yet to have a negative experience.

Man I love this place. They got so much makeup for so cheap. The owners are awesome...they might follow people around but thats just cause people still be stealing from there even with low prices. Alot of other jobs do that now a days too though. If your in area Id recommend stopping by. 9 times out of 10 youll leave with something. :)

There is generally a wide variety of products but the guy who works the register (Asian guy with spiky hair) has a very smart, sarcastic mouth to customers and his staff (who are African American and very nice). I heard him tell his male staff member out loud he needs to clean up himself. That is definitely something to say behind closed doors. He is on guard as soon as customers walk through the doors and stares you down as you go through the store making you feel like he thinks youre stealing. He isnt pleasant, and it makes me wonder how he gets nice people to work for him. Dont look down on black people because we make you and your entire family (here and abroad) eat well and live a comfortable life. Customer service means something. To the owners, please research it. It takes more than having a business license to operate a business.

I look forward to going everytime. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Also, you all keep assuming you can identify the owner though, I’m pretty sure he’s rarely there If ever.

I have been a regular at this store for the last 5 or more years. The last 2 visits where the most appalling visits Ive ever experienced in my life! Ive always felt the owner has trust issues. i overlooked it because at least he was respectful. But now, hes gone too far. For starters, his prices are inflated and the inventory is not the best. Second, Ive noticed that he has hired an older lady and on my last two visits, she followed me throughout the store and watched my every move! Ive never felt so violated in my life! Even though this store is the closest to my home, i would NEVER return.

First visit today...the employee that helped me was so INCREDIBLY helpful and sweet...i will definitely be a repeat customer 👍

I have been a customer since 2005! I am black and I see a lot of reviews about racism. I have always been treated with the up most respect, I would ask questions and they would be answered with no problems. I also have a gay black bf,f who as well shops there and he loves the experience!

I have been going to that store for the past 5 years. Never had any problem. The owner J is friendly, he knows his products and always advise me well on what to use for myself and my family and they always work. I dont even have to go to a salon if I dont want to.People say theyre racists, well Im a black woman, I never had any problem with anyone there. Its the first beauty place Ive went and was treated courteously and respectfully; where I can have all my questions answered. I moved from norcross and still drive 45 mns to go there when I need something.

I want to the family dollar, there suppose to open at 9:00am. But. they never do they need to open on time
