Never had a problem with scheduling or with the appointments themselves, I drive a work vehicle and the staff are always very prompt about getting me through.However, as I drive a service vehicle, I keep a stock of parts in the back seats. The staff apparently thought this was all trash and proceeded to throw the plastic seat covers and paper floor mats on top of my parts after conclusion of service.Definitely rude, but is the only issue Ive had in three years.

Terrible service and scammers! Brought my truck in for a standard oil change and it leaked like crazy and of course they aren’t open late Saturday or at all on Sunday. Had to go to Valvoline and they tightened loose drain plug and topped off my oil at no charge. How can you trust any service if they can’t tighten an oil drain plug properly? Valvoline uses a torque wrench for their drain plugs and the dealer apparently doesn’t! I also brought my wife’s truck in for service and got new brake pads. Got home and one of the axels was suddenly leaking, had to replace both front axels that had no issues until they changed the brakes, which somehow took them an entire day to complete. I AM NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN, I am driving twice the distance to go to another dealership from now on for any parts/service and am going to Valvoline for all oil changes and fluid services, they are faster and more reliable and I won’t have more giant oil stains on my driveway.

They are always very courteous and professional. Gave me a time and was taken in right on time. Work was done and right on.
