I don’t know where to begin… Single independent farmgirl… Amazingly enough not mechanically inclined… Relies on these wonderful people to keep me safe on the road… And that they do… With honesty and integrity… A good dose of humor and always a smile! What more can you say about a business that’s still operating after 100 years… Clearly they’re doing something right! Highly recommend!

I stopped by for some brake work and general inspection of fluids. They did an excellent job, were able to take care of fluid replacements and new brake pads and rotors all before the end of the day. Really positive experience and Ill definitely be back.

Arrived just prior to closing. Needed a rare tire which was only available in Florida. They truly went out of their way to accommodate me. Put the spare on and told me the tire would be in next week. Fortunately it came in early they mounted and perfectly balanced it so all I had to do was come in and have them swapped it out. The entire event could have been much worse but they did everything in their power to swap it out. Thanks to Hogans service there was very little inconvenience to me.THANK YOU HOGAN TIRE

I was pretty stressed out over destroying my brand new tire. Hogan Tire ordered a new one for me and got me in the next day. The guy at the desk gave me all the time I needed for questions and even went outside with me to point out some things on my car. I hope I don’t have any more blowouts, but I will certainly use Hogan Tire if I do.

Took my CRV in to have the tires looked at and Dan and his team discovered that my back brakes were practically gone...I had no idea! He took me in on short notice and turned the brake/tire work around quickly. Definitely recommend Dan and his team for your auto repairs.

They are always friendly, never pushy and get the work done right and on time. They are my go-to place for everything tire related.

My new tires were slightly bigger than my original tires which caused some issues with my spare tire touching the muffler piping. He moved the muffler piping free of charge. This is the place to go to for your tire needs.

Had a great experience here fixing a flat tire.I took it to a different place first, but they were unable to fix the leak because it was too large. I then called Hogans and they were able to get me an apt within a few hours that same day. Nice professional staff was very helpful. I waited in a nice air conditioned room with WiFi while they did the repair. And I was driving back home in only 40 minutes.Would highly recommend!

I set appointment up the day before on line - but arrived 1 hour late due to overrunning on prior work meeting. They could not find my appointment that I scheduled but they were able to bring my car in momentarily and check tire- I knew I would probably have to purchase a (2) new tire as slow leak wasn’t very slow ( filling with air daily) - they were unable to fix the leak but they had 2 tires the correct size and current brand that I purchased. I waited less than 1 hour for everything to be completed. Very happy as I work on the road and needed to have this done sooner than later with a limited time schedule.I would definitely recommendService writer was very courteous and attentive.

When I got a flat tire in Natick, I called hogan tire in Natick to tell them I was having my car towed there. They were so reassuring over the phone and took my car in right away. After 30 minutes I was on my way home. Everyone there was wonderful:)

I went in with a flat tire on my BMW and was so impressed with the way this shop is so clean and well organized and with their knowledge and excellent customer service. The repair was also very inexpensive! I will be going back to this shop for anything else I need.

My husband and I were about to drive back to South Carolina (from Boston) when we discovered we had a flat tire. We changed the tire and searched Google for a tire repair shop. Hogan Tire was on the list, and it had great reviews, so we drove there. We arrived when they were opening (7:30 a.m.). We told the manager, Michael Hicks, we had a flat. Not knowing our situation (driving back to SC), he asked, Okay, can you leave the car with me? But as soon as we told him we were headed home, he happily agreed to have our tire repaired immediately. It only took about 30 minutes and cost $29. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Hogan Tire in Natick is one of the best places for tires and car repair. I have been a customer for a little over 20 years and can say that the customer service is excellent. The front desk and mechanics are always courteous and professional and all the work completed is to utmost satisfaction.Just had a ball joint replaced with an alignment and again it was a pleasant experience. Hogan tire is the best place for car servicing. Since i moved to Natick, they have constantly worked on my car to keep me on the road. The price is reasonable and the service is amazing. Prior to visiting Hogan tires, i went to another car servicing and i regretted because the touched things i did not ask them to touch and they almost messed my car up. At Hogan tires, they are very professional.

I go here for all my oil changes and tire work. They are always good.Jim is especially good -- I have a bad habit of calling the day I need to get in and ask if they could squeeze me in -- 99% of the time they get me in. I dont know how Jim manages to do it but its great and I really appreciate it.

Friendly front desk service, clean comfortable waiting area with WiFi and coffee. Got four tires and an alignment in a little over an hour. Price was exactly what I was quoted online (and much less than another garage in the area.)

Been going to these guys for years; i needed brake updates. while im there, i say: lets do an oil change too; and could you deal with the malfunctioning TPMS sensor? the dealership wanted $350 to fix the sensor, they wanted $77. i get my car back, and it feels great. i park and realize: the handbrake is no longer a flappy piece of s***. i didnt mention it, i didnt ask for it, but they tightened up my handbrake for me. they found a problem, they just fixed it, and they charged me nothing. they didnt even tell me. they just let me find it later, a super-pleasant surprise after i was already stoked that my car felt so much better. i want to hug whoever did that for me. cannot recommend these guys enough
