Great folks to work with. Selection of the stone was easy enough, as they have plenty of inventory to see samples & full slabs to ensure I was going to get what I wanted. Installation was just as easy, as the crew used was very careful & professional. Highly recommend using Grassie Granite for your projects. I will definitely use them for any future projects!

Qe have met with Brenda twice, and she is super nice and very helpful. We received our quote very quickly. We have not ordered yet as we have some more work to do in the kitchen but we will soon!The fabrication of the stone countertops is done on-site, and the shop has many CNC waterjet cutting machines and a large laser engraver.

For months we planned this quartz and they day it’s delivered not what I asked for. I made it very clear to Velvet the manager who by the way doesn’t care to remedy the situation that I wanted bright white quartz polished with a glossy/shiny look. What did I get.... Matte finished Silestone that Lowe’s sells. If I had wanted Lowe’s quartz I would have went to Lowe’s! I paid way to much for what I got. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!

The store had a very large selection of slabs that allowed us to hoose just the right color for our project. They helped us pick the edge treatment, the sink and everything else we needed. The whole job was very professionally done, and we are very happy with the work.

Our experience was great from start to finish. Andy, our salesman was extremely knowledgeable. The measure man and installers were all first class and went above and beyond to make sure our product was installed to our satisfaction. A 2nd trip was required and completed in a timely manner. Would recommend Grassie Granite to everyone.

The guy driving inches from my bumper today in Avalon should be fired. If hes the owner, he shouldnt be. Im driving with my 2 and 3 year old coming through a residential community with 3 consecutive stop signs and this guy thinks if he rides my bumper that Im going to go faster. Im glad I didnt and Im glad I made you wait. Watching you struggle to go double the speed limit in my rear view mirror was the most satisfying moment of my day. After getting sick of looking at his face, I pulled onto the shoulder as he slammed the gas to go around me. Then on CF Blvd, of course he starts doing the same thing to the person in front of him. I called and spoke to a lady who didnt seem to care very much. Shes probably the owners wife. Might be a great company but whoevers driving your van is not representing your company well at all. Very sloppy granite install. Walls were damaged & granite counter does not fit flush on cabinets. We have to hire a contractor to repair walls, paint & install trim to correct messy install. Have found several pits & scratches in granite.

I wanted a measurement and was told I had to measure my own. This was a for sure purchase, I guess they dont want my business.

Purchased granite tops for kitchen in early 2013 I was told at time of purchase they were an old local company and warrantied for 15 years. In late 2013 I notice coating coming off as it got worse I contacted them in early 2014 2 persons came out in March and said the filling was coming out of the imperfections. One observer said I had bought a inferior quality stone, I certainly was not told that at purchase, Home Depot sells same stone and it is there second highest quality out of five they sell, the second person said it looks like you have a warranty claim. In early April I was told it could be fixed but there would be a charge (what about the 15 year coverage). I refused. Then it occurred to me I may have been given an inferior quality stone and if I paid a fee to fix that I would be acknowledging that I had no warranty. I would not recommend them to any one. They were great till something went wrong then they want more money. There word was worthless in my case.

This is just a comment to the person about the undermount sink.. Did they tell you the sink was free? I would expect to have to pay for it. I am having my bathroom countertops done with 2 undermount sinks and I expect to have to pay for them.They did my tub, a lip and then I went down the front and it looks beautiful.

TERRIBLE INSTALLATION. I had ordered granite countertops for two condos at The Ashworth in NMB. The countertops were installed terribly and incorrectly. They mixed up pieces between the two condos, didnt use enough glue, cut ends incorrectly and scratched the stainless steel sinks. Took 9 hours to do the installtion. One man was on the phone checkin on his paychwck while the other 4 stold around. I would never recommend this company for anyone installing granite.
