Buyer beware!!! This place is a SCAM! They take your money for a order they mess it up then refused to offer a refund! Worst customer service EVER!

They do no treat there employees well. I worked at Muscle Shoals store as a driver for 4 Months in Summer of 18. I was there every day on time and did my job. I was told by manager Carl if you dont want to do it we will get someone who will. If that is the case why cant he keep anyone over 2 weeks ? He has a my way or highway personality. The management position went to his head. IF it wasnt for driver Craig Moore the Muscle Shoals store would have folded up along time ago.

Will not replace my window that was broken by their employee. Have had trouble with window for 4 years. Employee broke window in my presence last November. After repeated calls, they say they are not responsible for damage.

Place is good at screwing people bought wood that was warped and had knots all in it and couldnt get my money back for bad quality lumber I would not recommend using them and they have terrible customer service bad attitudes and take advantage of there customers
