Clean, organized, friendly, and helpful... Love that they have a deli, & the food is great. You can call in & have them cook it fresh if you choose. My favorite is the plants and flowers! They are unique, and gorgeous, & the prices are unbeatable!The prices on their products and groceries are a bit overpriced for myself, but everyone has their preference! The meat department is the same as the rest of the store & complies to customer requests, clean, & friendly. Overall nice place to shop, but I bargain shop, so I shop elsewhere. But, I do shop in the floral & deli departments!Thanks 👍🏻🤘🏻

Publix is always so nice. I love their selection. the only thing is their prices. you really pay more than I believe you should, but I guess you get what you pay for. Ive never gotten anything bad. lines are always short. the employees are always super helpfu.l I always enjoy my visits to Publix. I only wish their prices were not so high.

Publix is a level above other food stores in the area and many people miss out on a great food market solely because they have the feeling that Publix is expensive compared to other food stores.There may be items Publix is more on but when you consider Publixs BOGO sale items (effectively half the regular store price) along with Publix branded items then Publix is competitive with the others. Where Publix shines other than the store experience is their quality of items and also Publix has a much greater variety of many products such as numerous pasta sauce brands.If you have never been to Publix I encourage you to at least give it a try and see the difference in quality and cleanness as soon as you enter the door. The store is keep pristine and the variety of products cant be matched.

Easy to see why Publix is a stand-out in the retail grocery biz. Clean, modern stores, with (alas) clueless, lazy, 20 yr old employees who dont know diddly about customer service, and could care less. So, its a self-service, dont-ask-for-help from those young-uns. The light is not on and nobody is home. Publix used to hire senior citizens with a work ethic, good basic education, and customer skills. Not no more! I hope you lose your market share, Publix, and teeter on bankruptcy. You let some empty-headed adolescents destroy a perfectly good weekly shopping experience.

Was having my car checked at the dealership and stopped there because it was on my way home. The one in Florence was way out of my way. I drive as little as possible and prefer not to be around lots of people because we have the varient here.

It is a great market. The workers are very nice and ready to help. I was in produce dept and one of the guys working in this dept noticed a man with a confused look on his face, he automatically asked could he help him. I was very impressed by this. Anyway it was clean inside and out. Nothing negative to say.

The line was short, but they seem to be either under staffed or always have new people that are figuring their way around the deli.

Publix it the best grocery store in the area. We know most of the managers and employees. Recently we started using the pharmacy. It lasted less than a month. Not very professional and rude I will still shop Publix. But have moved our pharmaceutical needs to another place with friendly staff.

The general manager is very rude as well as the assistant managers. I’ll be shopping at the Florence Publix from now on. It goes without saying that Publix is a very nice place to shop but the employees seem to hate there job.

Publix associates are friendly, helpful. They help load ur vehicle with your groceries if u need it & if u use an electric cart an associate will walk out with u & they will take the electric cart back in the store for u. The store is clean & neat. Reminds me of my Hannaford grocery store up home! :)
