Busted my wall while delivering washer/dryer! No one even bothered letting me know it happened. When brought to their attention the next day….supposedly their insurance company will contact me! Three days later and no contact from them!

My wife and I decided to walk in to look for furniture for our kids room. We walk in and not one employee is wearing a mask and exhibited poor additudes. It didnt take us but 20 ft into the store to realize they were not going to get any of our business . Very unprofessional atmosphere.

The sales people and staff has always been extremely nice and very helpful during my selections of my purchases i reccomend Farmers home very highly.

I visited with a friend, who purchased two pieces of furniture. They were told that their order would arrive in ten days, on December 3rd. They were to call when the truck was unloaded. My friend could pick up, or pay $60 delivery fee. Today is Dec. 11th, STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THESE FOLKS!!!!

Staff was not friendly at all. the worker seemed like she did not want to help at all. asked questions and got really short answers. i was really thinking about purchasing due to the limited amount of furniture stores in my area but this place of business has definitely been scratched off my list. no friendly business at all

Nice friendly atmosphere and they had a great selection of furniture and rugs....priced right!

Service was good for the most part. I understand making a sale is important but keep business coming back is also. Their customer service definitely needs work. I wanted replacement couch cushions. Its been almost a year and nothing. Several calls wir h the store manager and nothing done. I even offer to pay for them out of pocket. Just be weary of them when you need help .

I when in today to make a payment very rude because I was late because my son have surgery and they new that and then she said when are coming back to to make October payment I said we talk on phone you agree with Friday and they said will if are late when need to make sure you are going to go back like never coming back like am never paid at all and was late till now. So you dont ever give me chance to go in before you try to in embarrassed in for or people that not getting me to respect you are or your business practice like that
