We had a great experience with Airport Cadillac. I found the exact ESV on online and called the dealership to reserve it. It arrived a few weeks later and we flew in from out state. Tomas was great from beginning to end. Every step of the process was so easy. This dealership truly treats you like an appreciated customer and have crushed the car salesman stigma. I would recommend them to everyone!

What can I say.. Airport Chevrolet and Emily...a great pairing. This girl took control of truck from another sales person and possible buyer. The guy was definitely interested..would he have been a buyer? Dont know for sure and Emily didnt give him time to know what hit him. She literally took the truck from underneath him...and did it professionally and with class.I had been doing some serious shopping for a truck through out the Rogue Valley. This was shopping for a truck for the company I work for. That shopping ended today!Yes, it was about the right truck..but it was also about the experience...I had previously found THE truck at another dealer...but, I didnt go back, even after doing the test drive. It was the the truck but, the experience with the people was..well, I didnt go back because of it and Emily closed it. Boom!

We were happy with every aspect of our experience, aside from 2 things. One, the price went up and we were not told that until it was time to pay. Two, whatever rag or cleaner was used to wipe down my steering wheel after they touched it, smelled of mildew and was obviously not clean and was immediately on my hands. But all aspects of the service itself were great.

I recently traded in my 2020 Blazer 2LT for a 2021 Blazer RS. Airport Chevrolet made my trade-in experience extremely easy! I live in Salem and after a few texts back and forth we were able to come to a fair deal. They even offered to meet me closer to sign paperwork so I didnt have to drive all the way to Medford. Every previous car purchase Ive made required hours sitting in the dealership, I am so glad that we were both able to save some time on this trade-in and Id definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new car!

Tim is my Service Advisor & he treats me like gold! Fast, efficient, and does his best to get me in and out of there for my oil changes in a timely manner! Last Friday - 30 minutes! And I appreciates that he listens to my worries. My Colorado was a very expensive truck, and I want it babied, and all my concerns addressed. He goes above & beyond that for me. I expect no less, or I would go elsewhere. Hes an Angel.

Everyone was nice, I needed a new battery. The battery I had was replaced a couple of years ago and covered under my bumper to bumper coverage as I bought my car new from Air Port Chevrolet, a 2016 Buick Verano, When they replaced the battery a couple of years ago, I asked if the one they were putting in would also be covered under the warranty for the battery, they said yes. When I came into Airports garage Monday morning, Brittni helped me and looked in the computer to see when I got the battery a couple of years ago, and she said yes, it is still under warranty, I was relieved. I left the car at Airport and a shuttle driver gave me a ride home. A couple of hours later, I got a call from Brittni and she said she was wrong that I will have to pay for the battery, as I didnt have to pay for the last battery as it was covered under the bumper to bumper, even tho that battery had its own warranty. I was very upset. I dont think this was handled properly, and I do feel that it should have still been covered under the Battery warranty.I have always had good experience at Airport Chevrolet and they have always been fair to me about repairs on my car. I was disappointed.

Internet and phone scheduling of appointments need to get their act together - DO NOT schedule online, as you will always end up waiting longer! It seems the Internet will schedule on the half hour, but the dealership only schedules on the hour - end result is the Internet appointments (me) end up waiting longer than usual for car to be serviced. Other than that, Angel (rep at dealership service center) was pleasant and accommodating as best he could, considering the circumstances.

About a year and a half ago my husband came in to look at a GMC Sierra and he talked with Emily then. He didn’t buy but she was so personable and since then has sent my husband a birthday card and I believe a Christmas card. Even though he didn’t buy a pickup that day. Well of course when it came time for us to buy our new pickup we ask for her. Her persistent but kind personality sold a truck to us. We are very happy with our Chevy Colorado Duramax. Emily is great to work with no hassles. I would recommend Airport Chevrolet.

All these comments on based on your service dept-not your sales. Last time I tried to buy a pickup Levi told me I should go ahead and by it at Dave Smith. No need to waste time with people like that. I purchased a 2020 high country from another Chevy dealer. But like I say you service dep is a bunch of winners and have always been great.

My ratings are low because my truck was not looked at. I made my appointment over a week early. This is the only vehicle I have for my business and I can not afford to take time off to have it fixed but it obviously needs fixed at times. I figured by doing this I would have some kind of priority to make sure it was fixed. So, I dropped off my truck at 8am on a Friday. I dont remember being told that the truck might need to stay an extra day if they couldnt get to it when I made the appointment. If that had been the case I would not have taken it in on a Friday because I need it on the weekends. So, when I called later in the afternoon I was told that they needed to keep my truck until Monday because the mechanic was not able to get to it. This was extremely disappointing. I obviously couldnt leave it so went and picked it up. I wasted an entire day leaving my truck with you. That wont happen again.

Dave was more than professional. He answer all our questions. Caring a little more than his numbers, versus considering where my numbers came from without explanation. That part was not though confrontational. He didnt sound argumentative during that process. Very kind, very nice, very professional in dress. A little superficial without any real personality at first tell I mentioned it to him. After that, he change to the nice a good sales personal that we always knew he was, base on his performance prior. He seemed to be afraid to, mirror the customer at first, he answer questions as if he has said them time and time again as he has said it before, and not on a first time bases. But he was professional even when he didnt mirror. I give him a 10 on being honest. I give him a 10 for being professional, I give him a 10 for not playing with the numbers, I give him a 10 for not sugar coating the situation, I give him a 10 for being efficient not taking to much time, (surprised how it still took a while specially with looking over lot etc. didnt occur with out also a 6 point feature on cars on lot we didnt want, the trade number was the only issue yet it took 3 hours, but not complaining, yet others just might would have). I give him a 9 for personality at first half of the deal. Didnt like so much first write up telling us that our trade in was not in nice condition, (of course we already knew this sense we have had it for 4 years. Beating up my trade in that manor wasnt the best way of doing it. Just letting us know of the issues would sufficed. Yet I know it wasnt personal. Loved the finance manager. Was very personal, (yet I can tell he was trying to hard to be personal. Dave must have told him about my suggestion on being perisonalble, yet it was nice to hear). Walked back into finance office for something and heard him tell Dave, I think your going to like this. I wanted you to make money, but that statement sounded as if we got screwed. Being in the car business myself, I knew what he ment by saying this, perhaps others would not have. A $1,000 profit sounds fair, yet his statement made me feel that it was much more profit than that. I knew that trade was UAed, but perhaps more than it should have been. Manager did not show me Kelly Blue Book as I asked for. He instead showed me true numbers on print out and not the real trade i value. Perhaps to UA the trade more than it should have, which worked yet didnt like it, for again it made me feel like you made more than $1,000. I would have used Kelly Blue Book Fair value than subtracted the issues on the trade if from that number. Yet manager didnt give me that option which I asked for in the first place. I didnt see the trick tell it was to late, and again I didnt mind letting you make money. Over all, the experience was a 9, (Dave not included in this assessment, Managerbrought it down to a 9). Appreciated though finance officer trying so hard to mirror and be personable, even though it seemed that he tried a little to hard to do so. I like him for that though. Ronald Jordan

Wouldn’t recommend. Tried to work a deal over the phone. Sales person wasn’t very responsive. I had to call several times, including the main line to try and get in touch with the salesperson. Once I was able to get in touch the car was sold. Car buying experience should be enjoyable, instead it was a lack of response and car gone. Two stars based off the fact the salesperson was knowledgeable on the vehicle I wanted.

Once the part arrived for my car the tech was able to get it done before his lunch and the holidays. I’m thankful for the staff that took their time in doing so. Angel even blessed us with a gift. I liked this place...very nice people...process was long but I love my car...There is only one thing that I did not appreciate and that was not being notified I had to switch over my cars with my insurance...my sales lady was with my insurance company for 30+ minutes to only cover me for a week? Sounds fishy...I am a little upset because I got a rude awakening call from the bank I am paying my car through that my car has been uninsured this whole time? So howcome no businesses told me this until how many months later? Weird...But other than that dreadful nail biting moment...I liked this company but make sure you have every document in writing INCLUDING insurance...make sure its in writing that you have to switch your car within a week...

Waist of my time and yours. Live in K Falls and have approx 500 miles of time and expense in my warranty experience with your company and basically got blown off. My 2020 GMC pickup is supposedly covered bumper to bumper, but all I got from Airport Chev GMC is excuses on my concerns and pretty much nothing being done to address them.

It was a long process, ordering and waiting for the vehicle to be produced, but it will be worth it. The dealership, stayed with me the whole time and keep me updated of the progress of the mfg. in progress. Glad that I can move on with life now. As of this writing, the vehicle is somewhere between unloading from the rail car in Portland to arriving at the dealership. Guessing it should be delivered to me in the next 7 days.

While traveling through Oregon from Southern California last week (7/21) our 2018 Silverados water pump failed. I contacted Airport Chevrolet and spoke with Brittney, she advised me that they were backed logged and the wait time could be extended. The Silverado was delivered to Airport Chevrolet that afternoon where I met Bob at the service desk, again he stated there could be a delay do to the back log. However, he would try to get us in ASAP.Much to my surprise and realizing the situation we were in, he discussed our dilemma with the Service Manager (Larry) and the repairs were made the following afternoon. I cant tell you how thankful were to receive the news.What a GREAT Staff! The customer service is some of the best I have seen and I highly recommend them.Thank you Larry, Bob, Brittney and the technician who completed the repairs.

My experience at airport Chevy was really good with Joel and I was excited to get a new truck. Joel helped out and was great at answering any questions I had. When it came to signing papers Levi was absolutely horrible. He was rude, made smart remarks at me and my dad. When we turned down the extended warranty he made a remark Saying “not what I’d let his son do” and that made me wanna walk out and not deal with airport Chevy. He then proceeded to get mad when we said we wanted something documented and said “if you don’t trust us why would you come to do business”. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He was also training somebody at the time he made these remarks and that’s not how you should train people to treat customers.

My appointment went exceedingly well. It was only for an oil change but I was treated very courteously and everyone there had a smile for me. The service only took one hour (as estimated) and I couldnt have been happier with my experience.I am one of those folks who has to be extra careful with COVID protections so I was very concerned about being in a public place. I did not need to be concerned as they had everything nicely arranged so people could be spaced apart from each other. It was a nice day so I decided to sit outside and a chair was provided outside near the snacks.No complaints for sure! My service person, Tim, was especially personable and friendly. I could not have asked for more.

The friendly-ness of everyone is quite remarkable and it gave a sense of less sales pressure which is normally always a real bother at car dealerships. The experience was quite refreshing. Russ was really great to work with!One thing though, the number of times we had to sign our names during the purchase process was ridiculous. Levi did make it quite bearable and entertaining though. It is a shame that the trust we used to experience seems to have disappeared into the wind. I trust Airport Chevy because it has a good reputation. Unfortunately, Airport Chevy knows nothing of my reputation. We the people all live in a pretty rowdy crowd these days!

I went to Airport knowing I wanted to but more than anything needed to buy a vehicle as my current one was at its last leg. I wouldnt even say legs thats how bad it was, at first the salesman I was working with I was truly not satisfied nor felt I got the service a paying customer deserved. Then the GM got involved and personally took matters into his own hands and I will tell you it was then the best experience I have ever had at not just a dealership but a buying experience all together. I am completely ambivalent as to my recent service. The problem was obviously from a manufacturers defect that was conveniently found 4000 mile passed the warranty. Chevrolet thought they were generous in cover a majority of the cost, but I still shelled out over $600. $600 I believed I should not had to pay. Airport Chevrolet did their job satisfactorily and fixed the problem and got paid for it.

Bought a brand new GMC Sierra 1500, drove it around for break-in (normal driving on local roads and highways including the freeway), didnt do anything crazy, and the engine failed at 600+ mileage...basically blown. The verdict, loose bearings inside the motor. Asked for a replacement truck, but this dealership played the pass around game with GM. Initially, a GM representative said to talk to the dealership, that it was up to them. But the dealership had us create a case number, and said it was up to GM.If youre looking for great service on BUYING a car, go for it. But if theres a major factory defect on that car and expect the same service, think again. Youll end up dealing with a GM representative who, if youre lucky, might answer the phone and talk to you.If I could go back, Id buy a Toyota Tundra instead for reliability. GM used to build great dependable Professional Grade trucks, and I still wanted to believe that. But after this experience, and noting that they asked for a $9 billion bailout 12 years ago, I can no longer go on with the same belief. Good luck.

Best car buying experience Ive ever had! Dave and Evan were so helpful and accommodating. My husband had been looking for a very specific Chevy Tahoe for many months and there were only two in the country, including one at this dealership, but it was custom ordered and spoken for. It kept showing up as available, so he called and spoke with Dave a few times who said hed call if it fell through. Low and behold, the buyer backed out and Dave called my husband right away and let him reserve it, even though that isnt standard policy. I drove from the Bay Area to get it and my old vehicle broke down about 30 miles away. Dave actually offered to pick me up on the side of the highway, but I was able to work it out. Then, when I arrived, Dave knew I was very COVID-safe and both Dave and Evan were super accommodating to me, even hijacking someone elses office near the front of the building which had a sliding door that opened so that I could feel comfortable sitting at a desk to sign everything. Everyone working there wore masks and it felt like a very safe environment during this crazy time. Thank you Dave and Evan for going above and beyond for us!

It was a ruff start bring in my truck. I felt like the service rep. Brittany was arguing with me about what I wanted looked at with my new truck. I felt like I was having to convince Brittany to look at what I thought was wrong with the truck. I was questioning the heater & floor vents.Otherwise, my experience was good after that.

Called for an appointment on Friday and was scheduled for Monday morning, which I thought was pretty good. My service rep this time was Tim Case, and he was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Even had my trucks clock set to daylight savings time. I continue to be impressed with the efficiency of the Airport service department.

Alex was a new salesman, but was very friendly and patient as we test drove the cars I wanted to try. He was very good to ask a supervisor if I had a question he needed to find the answer for. I decided I wanted a car from a dealership in Hillsboro. It took them almost no time to get it transported down here. Jennifer stepped in to help him with the sale paperwork, when I came in to bring my down payment. They all continued to check on my while I waited for the Finance person, Evan. It wasnt a very long wait. Evan was very clear in his communication about the paperwork as we went through the process. They compared financing rates and found a lower interest % with a lender other than my bank and I appreciated that diligence. The whole thing only took a couple of hours on a Sunday. They were very flexible to set up the process when it was convenient for me. My car arrived only 2 days later and they delivered it to my home in person, also at my convenience. They stayed to take the time to go over the various features and functions of my new vehicle and answered questions. Got my WiFi paired to my phone and they said to call or stop by if I had any questions. They were all just great! I am very satisfied and I love my new car!!!!
