Dash Deliverys fleet mechanic. Weve been using Todd for years. Hes fantastic. He gives advice on vehicle purchases, helps arrange for tows, sometimes even does field calls. Wait, on 2nd thought, dont use him, we want to keep him for ourselves.

Simply called them to get a quote. Lady on the phone was rude right off of the bat. Told her my issue and she said that they dont work on my type of vehicle in a very rude tone. Suggest they get a new receptionist or she needs to learn some customer service skills.

Aways friendly and courteous they keep me in the loop during my service.

Took my 2007 Chevy Malibu in for an issue other mechanics couldnt figure out. Todd spent about 2 days on it and figured out it was a computer issue(the computer had all but died). He took it to the dealership for me and got me squared away without me having to go myself. Great experience overall. Thanks Todd.

Your cars issues will be continually ignored by Todd, and he will fix something else instead. Charging you money all the while until your car breaks because he kept not fixing it and them hell charge you a ton when the, now broken at his hand, car cant cant be moved from his lot.

UPDATE:Took my car John’s automotive care and fixed the relay of the installed heated seats to the fuse box in the hood. Not the REAR like what Todd was telling Boring’s upholstery. The best thing was, it took them an HOUR and didn’t have to keep my car overnight. A freakin HOUR guys. I asked them if parts were needed and said “no, our electrician connected to one of the fuse box and we marked it”. Y’all CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $100 for “PARTS” that was NOT NEEDED. Thanks for the BS business. I don’t know why people bring their cars to you guys🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂UPDATE:Todd (electrical guy) refused to work on my car because I left a bad review. My car was left on Wednesday, Todd said that he “ordered parts” that he got on a Thursday that did not work and had to “order another parts” to leave for tomorrow. Then Friday comes and read my review and now he’s not gonna work on my car. It’s funny because he can’t fix my car and found a loop to not work on my car 😂🤣😂🤣This place have my car for a total of 6 days just to install the electrical system for my heated seats that was installed by Boring’s Upholstery. They have so many excuses about “parts” but cannot deliver their promise. I told Boring’s Upholstery that LOCKWOOD AUTOMOTIVE IS BAD FOR THEIR BUSINESS because Boring’s Upholstery is GREAT to do business with and just became my middle man for this transaction. I thought I was having heated seats installed but it feels like I’m having an ECU replacement. Please, please, please. There are other shops in town. DO NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF SERVICE HERE. They probably ASSUME that everyone has a spare car to use everyday because they love to keep cars in their garage. All I’m saying is don’t take an appointment if you guys are “BUSY”, what a bunch of liars.

I can only say that this shop has outstanding service and quality care. They treat you like family yet are very professional and well respected in our area. Definitely a keeper!

My car has been in this place for over a month in what was supposed to be a 5 hour job and every time I call I politely ask for an update (I call 1-2 times per week) and the receptionist says EVERY TIME that she doesnt know and Todd will call me back. Not to mention she is terribly rude and will all but hang up on you if you ask her more than one question. I have yet to EVER recieve a call back from them. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Next time Ill spend the extra money and go to a more professional shop.

I have been taking my jeep to Todd @ Lockwood for years. He has gone above and beyond for my family. Helping my son with his truck and my parents when their fuel pump went out.

Was going to have Lockwood rebuild a motor for me but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Todd told me to call him to get a set price on the rebuild. Called and left my number with the receptionist about 6 times without one return call (shes not the most friendly) finally after calling one day, he finally picked up and didnt have a quote and told me to call back the next day. 2 days later when I got a hold of him again, he still hadnt so he took my number and said hed call me back that day. Well thats been 2 weeks and Ive called multiple times with always the same answer. Hes not here. They lost my $5,000 I was gonna spend there and I have found another place. Just poor poor poor customer service.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Todd will lie to you over and over agian he would much rather use make-a-gasket than actually put a proper gasket on I definitely don’t recommend him in anyway shape or form he’s just charging you for professional work and doing the work of a monkey I will never take any vehicle of mine to him ever again and I would hate to see someone else get screwed over by him

I have used Todd for many years to repair several of my vehicles. In the last year he has done nothing but stall on repairs, lie about the work hes done and lie about getting in the wrong parts. Most recently I brought a vehicle in to have the tank dropped and lines fixed. I was having issues with gas spilling and slow fill ups. Paid him around $300 for the repair and not one of the problems was fixed. The last issue was for a gasket repair on a transfer case. I left the vehicle along with the gasket kit with him for several weeks. I got tired of waiting so I showed up at the shop. He told me that he did the one side but there was another side that he needed to order a different gasket kit for. I kept calling to find out if he got the other kit in for weeks. Well he finally told me it was coming in and to drop it off. Upon arrival, I notice that the original gasket kit that I dropped off with him was still in the package on his work bench. I didnt say anything as I just wanted the repair done and over with. Aaaaaand again a week goes by and no call. Finally got a hold of him and he told me that they sent the wrong gasket kit. This was about 5 months ago and he still has yet to not only get the correct kit in, now he cant find the one I left with him! Do not waste your time or your money here. Todd will shine you on, take your money and you will not be any better than when you dropped your vehicle off.

Avoid Lockwoods at all cost!! I took my car there to get the coilover taken off and put the stock ones put on so after a few hours Todd called me and told me it was done. I showed up asked about the coilover he told me he had to cut them off in order to get the coilover off smh $120 down the drain

Todd is the most honest mechanic EVER.... he saved me so so so much time and money, he loves what he does, and it shows. the team they have is the best, most patient and understanding people in this industry. he dialed in our 1968 ford Galaxie 500, I swear it runs better today then when it was original from the factory.. Thank you guys..

I completely trust this team of mechanics. I has an estimate from another shop in town but lockwoods did the job for 1/3 of the price and in one day. The other shop even said I needed things done that I didnt need. Great service!

Todd repairs my vehicles very well.

My friend has taken her car here 3 times in just a few months and they havent fixed her car properly. I feel this place is taking advantage of a senior citizen. Ive suggested her to go get her car and tow it to another mechanic. I for one wont be having these guys work on my vehicle and mist of the women we know will stay away. So sad cuz this place came highly recommended and now i wouldnt send anyone here. Hope you are able to do a better job for your future customers! With the net good bad or indifferent you are out there

But Tammy was totally rude to me, hung up on me, and said completely the opposite of what Todd had told me, and that they were going out of town and wouldnt even look at my car. What the...? Im picking up my car and taking it to someone who is professional. Never again. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

I left my Astro van to have the transmittion checked and the rear brakes done if needed. Told the service writer Id be back in a week. The day I came back to town they made up some excuse the mechanic had an emergancy. Come on, a week?You used to get good service there, but I think they need an efficient service writer

Dropped off the truck on Tuesday. Still no call Friday before a holiday. Worst customer service ever. Clearly this small business doesnt want to be a part of the community. Disappointed.

My car was at Lockwoods several times and, on the last occasion, it was there for more than 3 weeks - and the problem is still not fixed. I found him to be evasive and untruthful about the work being done on the car. I finally retrieved the car which was in the position where I left it - and the battery was flat. I cannot recommend this auto shop.
